연약지반 다수의 터널 병렬시공 시 기존터널의 거동 (The Behaviours of Existing Tunnels in response to Multiple side-by-side Tunnel Construction in Soft Ground)

  • 본 논문은 연약지반에서 복수의 신규터널 시공을 모사하기 위해 실시된 모형실험 과정 및 결과에 대해 기술한다. 새로운 터널이 기존터널에 근접하여 시공될 때 기존터널의 거동을 조사하기 위해 1/50의 상사율로 모형실험이 실시되었다. 모형 터널은 압밀된 Speswhite Kaolin 점토에 시공되었으며, 오거 형상 굴착기와 실드로 구성된 터널굴착 장비가 사용되었다. 기존터널의 거동 계측을 위해 스트레인 게이지와 변형계가 사용되었다. 모형시험 분석 결과는 영국 Old Street 런던 지하철 Northern Line 확장공사 현장계측 결과와 비교되었다. 또한, 모형시험 결과는 동일한 실험기구 및 실험방법이 사용된 별도의 모형실험에서 계측된 지반변형 데이터와도 비교되었다.

A Neoteric Three-Dimensional Geometry-Based Stochastic Model for Massive MIMO Fading Channels in Subway Tunnels

  • Wireless mobile communication systems in subway tunnels have been widely researched these years, due to increased demand for the communication applications. As a result, an accurate model is essential to effectively evaluate the communication system performance. Thus, a neoteric three-dimensional (3D) geometry-based stochastic model (GBSM) is proposed for the massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) fading channels in tunnel environment. Furthermore, the statistical properties of the channel such as space-time correlation, amplitude and phase probability density are analyzed and compared with those of the traditional two-dimensional (2D) model by numerical simulations. Finally, the ergodic capacity is investigated based on the proposed model. Numerical results show that the proposed model can describe the channel in tunnels more practically.

  • 본 논문에서는 차량 네트워크에서 다중 무선 네트워크 인터페이스를 이용한 고속 IP 이동성 관리 방법을 제시한다. 구체적으로, IETF HMIPv6의 MAP과 차량 네트워크의 이용 게이트웨이 간에 동적으로 다중 터널링을 생성하여 핸드오버 시 패킷 손실 및 지연시간을 최소화 하였다. 제안된 방법의 우수성을 증명하기 위해 수학적인 분석을 수행하였고, 기존의 이동성 관리 방법과의 성능 비교를 위해 NS-2 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다.

  • 본 논문에서는 이기종 무선 네트워크에서 다중 무선 네트워크 인터페이스를 이용한 고속 IP 이동성 관리 방법을 제시한다. 구체적으로, 핸드오버로 인한 패킷 손실과 핸드오버 지연시간을 최소화하기 위해, E-MAP과 이동 단말 간 멀티 캐스팅 터널링을 동적으로 생성하는 IETF HMIPv6를 확장한 E-HMIPv6를 제시하였다. E-HMIPv6는 IETF HNIPv6의 MAP의 확장, 핸드오버 절차, 동시 다중 터널링를 포함 한다. 제안된 방법의 우수성을 증명하기 위해 기존의 이동성 관리 방법과의 TCP과 UDP 기반의 어플리케이션에서의 성능 비교를 위해 NS-2 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다.

다중선형 회귀분석을 이용한 고속도로 터널구간의 교통사고 예측모형 개발 (Development of Accident Forecasting Models in Freeway Tunnels using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis)

  • 본 논문은 고속도로 터널구간을 대상으로 교통사고특성을 다각적으로 분석하여 다양한 독립변수를 선정하고 종속변수를 건, 건/km, 건/백만대km로 다양화하여 다중선형회귀모형을 개발하였다. 그리고 개발된 모형들은 상호 비교 검토하여 최종적으로 교통사고영향요인으로 구성된 신뢰성 있는 교통사고예측모형을 결정하였다. 교통사고예측모형은 모형의 $R^2$, F값 등 검정통계량 수준, 다중공선성, 잔차분석 등 모형검증과정이 수행되었고 터널구간의 교통사고특성 반영여부 등을 검토하여 최종적으로 터널길이에 따라 총 2개의 모형을 선정하였다. 선정된 종속변수는 ln(건/백만대km)이며, 독립 변수는 연평균일교통량(AADT), 종단구배, 터널높이로 구성되었다. 추정모형은 RMSE, MAE를 이용하여 예측한 값과 실제 관측값과의 차이를 분석하여 터널구간의 교통사고를 설명하는데 적합한 모형으로 파악되었다.

The impact of EPB pressure on surface settlement and face displacement in intersection of triple tunnels at Mashhad metro

  • The growth of cities requires the construction of new tunnels close to the existing ones. Prediction and control of ground movement around the tunnel are important especially in urban area. The ground respond due to EPB (Earth Pressure Balance) pressure are investigated using the finite element method by ABAQUS in intersection of the triplet tunnels (Line 2, 3 and 4) of Mashhad Urban Railway in Iran. Special attention is paid to the effect of EPB pressure on the tunnel face displacement. The results of the analysis show that in EPB tunneling, surface settlement and face displacement is related to EPB pressure. Moreover, it is found that tunnel construction sequence is a great effect in face displacement value. For this study, this value in Line 4 where is excavated after line 3, is smaller than that line. In addition, the trend of the displacement curves are changed with the depth for all lines where is located in above and below, close to and above the centerline tunnel face for Line 2, 3 and 4, respectively. It is concluded that: (i) the surface settlement decreases with increasing EPB pressure on the tunnel face; (ii) at a constant EPB pressure, the tunnel face displacement values increase with depth. In addition, this is depended on the tunneling sequence; (iii) the trend of the displacement curves change with the depth.

Limit analysis of a shallow subway tunnel with staged construction

  • This paper presents a limit analysis of the series of construction stages of shallow tunneling method by investigating their respective safety factors and failure mechanisms. A case study for one particular cross-section of Beijing Subway Line 7 is undertaken, with a focus on the effects of multiple soil layers and construction sequencing of dual tunnels. Results show that using the step-excavation technique can render a higher safety factor for the excavation of a tunnel compared to the entire cross-section being excavated all at once. The failure mechanisms for each different construction stage are discussed and corresponding key locations are suggested to monitor the safety during tunneling. Simultaneous excavation of dual tunnels in the same cross-section should be expressly avoided considering their potential negative interactions. The normal and shear forces as well as bending moment of the primary lining and locking anchor pipe are found to reach their maximum value at Stage 6, before closure of the primary lining. Designing these struts should consider the effects of different construction stages of shallow tunneling method.

SIMULATED ANNEALING FOR LINEAR SCHEDULING PROJECTS WITH MULTIPLE RESOURCE CONSTRAINTS

  • Many construction projects such as highways, pipelines, tunnels, and high-rise buildings typically contain repetitive activities. Research has shown that the Critical Path Method (CPM) is not efficient in scheduling linear construction projects that involve repetitive tasks. Linear Scheduling Method (LSM) is one of the techniques that have been developed since 1960s to handle projects with repetitive characteristics. Although LSM has been regarded as a technique that provides significant advantages over CPM in linear construction projects, it has been mainly viewed as a graphical complement to the CPM. Studies of scheduling linear construction projects with resource consideration are rare, especially with multiple resource constraints. The objective of this proposed research is to explore a resource assignment mechanism, which assigns multiple critical resources to all activities to minimize the project duration while satisfying the activities precedence relationship and resource limitations. Resources assigned to an activity are allowed to vary within a range at different stations, which is a combinatorial optimization problem in nature. A heuristic multiple resource allocation algorithm is explored to obtain a feasible initial solution. The Simulated Annealing search algorithm is then utilized to improve the initial solution for obtaining near-optimum solutions. A housing example is studied to demonstrate the resource assignment mechanism.

At subway tunnel, A 18GHz's influence of the multi-pass padding is strong. OFDM digital modulation that is strong for multi-pass padding is recommended. Duplexing methode uses FDD to transmit and receive broadband data at the same time. In the case of FDD we assign a private use channel each with the transmission at the receiving. In this paper, We implement multiple access wireless OFDM transceiver. We verified that one ground transceiver communicates with two car transceiver at the same time.
