Although the language of Geoffrey Chaucer as part of late Middle English has been discussed by many studies, among which David Burnley (1983) seems to be most remarkable, some aspects of Chaucer's language still need to be better illuminated for a more thorough understanding of not only Chaucer's work and language but also the English language in the late Middle English period. This paper examines the English negation of Chaucer's language, shown especially in his Canterbury Tales, and explains how negation is used in his work, focusing on the three different types of sentence negation and the uses of or and and in the scope of negation.

With the increasing expectation on personalized medicine, it is getting importance to analyze medical information in molecular biology perspective. Gene expression data are one of representative ones to show the microscopic phenomena of biological activities. In gene expression data analysis, one of major concerns is to identify markers which can be used to predict disease occurrence, progression or recurrence in the molecular level. Existing markers candidate identification methods mainly depend on statistical hypothesis test methods. This paper proposes a search method based decision tree induction to identify candidate markers which consist of multiple genes. The propose method discretizes numeric expression level into three categorical values and allows candidate markers' genes to be expressed by their negation as well as categorical values. It is desirable to have some number of genes to be included in markers. Hence the method is devised to try to find candidate markers with restricted number of genes.

The purpose of this study was conducted to clarify physical activity university students on time perspective in leisure constraints and leisure flow. To achieve this purpose, subjects of this study were sampled 295 Physical Activity University Students participant using purposeful sampling method for 2 months from May to June of 2017. Using questionnaires stratified cluster random sampling in university students in D city and C city. The analysis method was used t-test, one-way ANOVA, multiple regression analysis, correlation analysis methods in order to solve problems of the study. According to the study Result, First, studies show that female have high levels of leisure constraints than males. Males have higher levels of leisure flow than females. The first grader show high level of individual constraints and past negation were also high. In the series of majors, natural affiliates and humanities are high in the past negation, present destiny, the service major currently high in pleasure and of leisure, autotelic experience of leisure flow. In the rhythmic type of Activity type, the past negation, present destiny and leisure constraints are highly likely to be higher. In the competitive have shown that is high. Second, leisure constraints on students' participation in physical activities have been found to have negative influence on their students. Third, leisure flow have shown that they have a positive effect on past affirmation and present pleasure.

This study intended to understand similarity of image between games and position of image attribute perceived by consumers according to the games of marine sports using MDS (Multidimensional Scaling). Through the foregoing, this study aims to provide preliminary data for establishing marketing strategies for games of marine sports by accurately understanding images of marines sports perceived by consumers. For survey targets, this study selected students of K University located in Gyeonggi-do as a population, and extracted samples using convenience sampling out of non-probability sampling methods targeting 200 students who showed intention of participation in this study, and total 188 sheets of questionnaire were used as final data excepting 12 sheets that are filled up unfaithfully or considered unreliable. For data processing, this study conducted Frequency Analysis, Descriptive Statistical Analysis, Reliability Analysis, MDS (Multidimensional Scaling) and Multiple Regression Analysis, and study results show that water ski and wakeboard(.602) have the most similar image attribute, indicating that image attributes of scuba diving and water ski(2.031) are positioned farthest with each other. As for image attribute, image attribute of water ski has appearance and progressiveness, windsurfing has an image attribute of positive, scuba diving has an image attribute of negation, and marin rafting has an image attribute of friendliness.
