다기능 다관절 로봇의 설계 및 제어 (Design and Control of a Multi-Function and Multi-Joint Robot)

  • In this paper show how to design a redundant robot which is suitable for the multiple task without any constraints on the workspace. The implementation is possible by the rigid connection of a mobile robot and a task robot. Use a five joint articulated robot as the task robot; designed the 3 joint mobile robot for this usage. For a task execution assigned to the redundant robot, not only the task robot but the mobile robot should work in the coordinated way. therefore, a kinematic connection of the two robots should be cleary represented in a frame. And, also the dynamic interaction between the two robots needs to be analyzed. Clarified these issues considering the control of the redundant robot. Finally, demonstrate away of utilization of the redundancy as the cooperation between the mobile robot and the task robot to execute a common task.

  • Multi-arm cooperation robot system is required for more specific and dextrous jobs such as transferring very large or heavy objects, or grasping work piece while processing on it. There is little research on 3-dimensional multi-arm robot. Here we propose two performance indices presenting isotropy of end-effector's acceleration and velocity capabilities with constraints of joint torques, that is Isotropic Acceleration Radius [IAR] and Isotropic Velocity Radius [IVRI. Also the procedure to find 3-dimensional IAR, IVR is proposed, where available acceleration set concept is used. The case of 3-dimensional two 3 joint robot system was simulated and the distributions of IAR, IVR was studied.

  • Distributed planning and decision making can be beneficial from the robustness, adaptability and fault tolerance in multi-robot systems. Distributed mechanisms have not been employed in three dimensional transportation systems namely aerial and underwater environments. This paper presents a distributed cooperation mechanism on multi robot transportation problem in three dimensional environments. The cooperation mechanism is based on artificial capital market, a newly introduced market based negotiation protocol. In the proposed mechanism contributing in transportation task is defined as asset. Each robot is considered as an investor who decides if he is going to invest on some assets. The decision is made based on environmental constraint including fuel limitation and distances those are modeled as capital and cost. Simulations show effectiveness of the algorithm in terms of robustness, speed and adaptability.

  • In multi robot environment, the action selection strategy is important for the cooperation and coordination of multi agents. However the overlap of actions selected individually by each robot makes the acquisition of cooperation behaviors less efficient. In addition to that, a complex and dynamic environment makes cooperation even more difficult.   • This research is to apply the adaptive control of neuron networks for the real-time attitude control of Multi-articulated robot. Multi-articulated robot is expressed with a complicated mathematical model on account of the mechanic, electric non-linearity which each articulation of mechanism has, and includes an unstable factor in time of attitude control. If such a complex expression is included in control operation, it leads to the disadvantage that operation time is lengthened. Thus, if the rapid change of the load or the disturbance is given, it is difficult to fulfill the control of desired performance. In this research we used the response property curve of the robot instead of the activation function of neural network algorithms, so the adaptive control system of neural networks constructed without the information of modeling can perform a real-time control. The proposed adaptive control algorithm generated control signs corresponding to the non-linearity of Multi-articulated robot, which could generate desired motion in real time.

  • This paper presents a new hybrid serial-parallel robot(HSPR), which has six degrees of freedom driven by ball screw linear actuators and motored joints. This hybrid robot design presents a compromise between high rigidity of fully parallel manipulators and extended workspace of serial manipulators. The hybrid robot has a large, singularity-free workspace and high stiffness. Therefore, the presented kinematic structure of the hybrid robot is particularly suitable for multi-tasking machining processes such as milling, drilling, deburring and grinding. In addition to the machining processes, the hybrid robot can be used for welding, fixturing, material handling and so on. The study on design of the hybrid robot is performed. A kinematic analysis and mechanism description of the hybrid robot with six-controlled degree of freedom is presented. In the virtual design works by DADS, workspace and force analysis are discussed. A numerical model is treated to demonstrate our analysis and to determine the range of permissible extension of the struts. Also, we determine some important design parameters for the hybrid robot.

Numerical Formula and Verification of Web Robot for Collection Speedup of Web Documents

  • A web robot is a software that has abilities of tracking and collecting web documents on the Internet(l), The performance scalability of recent web robots reached the limit CIS the number of web documents on the internet has increased sharply as the rapid growth of the Internet continues, Accordingly, it is strongly demanded to study on the performance scalability in searching and collecting documents on the web. 'Design of web robot based on Multi-Agent to speed up documents collection ' rather than 'Sequentially executing Web Robot based on the existing Fork-Join method' and the results of analysis on its performance scalability is presented in the thesis, For collection speedup, a Multi-Agent based web robot performs the independent process for inactive URL ('Dead-links' URL), which is caused by overloaded web documents, temporary network or web-server disturbance, after dividing them into each agent. The agents consist of four component; Loader, Extractor, Active URL Scanner and inactive URL Scanner. The thesis models a Multi-Agent based web robot based on 'Amdahl's Law' to speed up documents collection, introduces a numerical formula for collection speedup, and verifies its performance improvement by comparing data from the formula with data from experiments based on the formula. Moreover, 'Dynamic URL Partition algorithm' is introduced and realized to minimize the workload of the web server by maximizing a interval of the web server which can be a collection target.

  • 본 논문에서는 이동로봇에 사용되는 저가형 다중 센서를 이용하여 로봇의 작업환경을 인지할 수 있는 다중 센서 시스템을 개발하고, 이에 따른 이동로봇의 사용자 인터페이스를 개발함으로써 원격지에서 이동로봇을 조종하는데 주변 환경에 적합한 센서를 선택하고, 선택된 센서의 정보를 사용자 인터페이스 화면에 표시하는 '자동 절환' 기능을 추가함으로써 로봇주위의 환경을 보다 효과적으로 파악할 수 있는 인터페이스를 구현하였다. 실험에 사용된 저가용 센서는 초음파, Position sensing detector, 저가형 CMOS 카메라 모듈을 사용하였다.

  • This study is concentrated on the development of hight speed multi-object image processing algorithm, and based on these a1gorithm, vision control scheme is developed for the robot's position control in real time. Recently, the use of vision system is rapidly increasing in robot's position centre. To apply vision system in robot's position control, it is necessary to transform the physical coordinate of object into the image information acquired by CCD camera, which is called image processing. Thus, to control the robot's point position in real time, we have to know the center point of object in image plane. Particularly, in case of rigid body, the center points of multi-object must be calculated in a image plane at the same time. To solve these problems, the algorithm of multi-object for rigid body control is developed.

  • 다관절 로봇 교육 효과의 향상을 위해서는 제어 소프트웨어를 통해 로봇의 동작을 쉽게 개발할 수 있어야 한다. 기존의 다관절 로봇 개발기법은 매우 복잡한 구현을 교육해야하지만, 우리의 도구는 로봇의 동작을 쉽게 하여 제어나 움직임에 대한 창의적인 활동을 가능하게 한다. 본 논문에서 교육용 다관절 로봇의 동작 제어를 쉽고 빠르게 프로그램화하기 위해서, 모션 생성 도구를 개발하였다. 우리는 도구를 통해 정확하고 쉽게 프로그램을 교육하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 모션 생성 도구는 기존의 복잡한 언어 제어 프로그램 방식을 탈피하였을 뿐만 아니라 사용자 편의성 중심이라는 GUI(Graphic User Interface) 방식보다도 쉽게 로봇 제어를 할 수 있었다. 또한 편리한 로봇 동작 구현은 물론 교육적으로 활용되는 마이크로프로세서 실험 장치에서도 적용이 가능하다.
