Proxy signatures is a signature scheme that an original signer delegates one's signature capability to a proxy signer, and then the proxy signer creates a signature on behalf of the original signer. Delegation of authority is a common practice in the real world, in particular, it happens naturally in hierarchical groups such as company, bank and army, etc. In this paper, we propose a new dynamic multi-proxy signature scheme allowing repetitive delegations in a hierarchical group. We adopt multi-proxy signatures to enhance the security of proxy signature. In multi-proxy signatures, plural proxy signers can generate a valid proxy signature collectively on behalf of one original signer. In our scheme, the proxy group is not fixed but constructed dynamically according to some situations. Delegations are processed from higher level to lower level in the hierarchy using delegation tickets. When the original signer wants to delegate one's signature authority, the original signer generates a delegation ticket based on secret sharing and Diffie-Hellman problems. The delegation ticket is shared among proxy signers and then all the proxy signers can generate a valid proxy signature collectively by reconstructing the original signer's delegation ticket. If a certain proxy signer can not attend the proxy signature generating protocol, the proxy signer can also delegate repetitively his partial signature authority to the lower level participants, and then the proxies are constructed dynamically.
As the growth of ubiquitous services, various types of ad hoc networks have emerged. In particular, wireless sensor networks (WSN) and mobile ad hoc networks (MANET) are widely known ad hoc networks, but there are also other kinds of wireless ad hoc networks in which the characteristics of the aforementioned two network types are mixed together. This paper proposes a variant of the Low Energy Adaptive Cluster Hierarchy (LEACH) routing protocol modified to be suitable in such a combined network environment. That is, the proposed routing protocol provides node detection and route discovery/maintenance in a network with a large number of mobile sensor nodes, while preserving node mobility, network connectivity, and energy efficiency. The proposed routing protocol is implemented with a multi-hop multi-path algorithm, a topology reconfiguration technique using node movement estimation and vibration sensors, and an efficient path selection and data transmission technique for a great many moving nodes. In the experiments, the performance of the proposed protocol is demonstrated by comparing it to the conventional LEACH protocol.
The purpose of this study is to propose a methodology for operating variable speed limit (VSL) strategies in freeway work zones. A notable feature in this study is to incorporate a multi-criteria decision making process into deriving better VSL strategies. Decision criteria in this study include operational efficiency, safety, and environmental impacts. Travel speed, acceleration noise, and CO2 were used as performance measures for evaluating VSL strategies. A multi-criteria value function was developed through an analytical hierarchical process (AHP) for representing expert's knowledge. Then, a variety of VSL operations scenarios were investigated utilizing a microscopic traffic simulation suite, VISSIM. The proposed methodology would be useful in supporting more efficient, safer, and more environment-friendly traffic operations and control in freeway work zones.
Having started with "Space War", the first game produced by MIT in the 1960's, the gaming industry expanded rapidly and grew to a large size over a short period of time: the brand new games being launched on the market are found to contain many different elements making up a single content in that it is often called the 'the most comprehensive ultimate fruits' of the design technologies. This also translates into a large increase in the number of things which need to be considered in developing games, complicating the plans on the financial budget, the work force, and the time to be committed. Therefore, an approach for analyzing the elements which make up a game, computing the importance of each of them, and assessing those games to be developed in the future, is the key to a successful development of games. Many decision-making activities are often required under such a planning process. The decision-making task involves many difficulties which are outlined as follows: the multi-factor problem; the uncertainty problem impeding the elements from being "quantified" the complex multi-purpose problem for which the outcome aims confusion among decision-makers and the problem with determining the priority order of multi-stages leading to the decision-making process. In this study we plan to suggest AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) so that these problems can be worked out comprehensively, and logical and rational alternative plan can be proposed through the quantification of the "uncertain" data. The analysis was conducted by taking FPS (First Person Shooting) which is currently dominating the gaming industry, as subjects for this study. The most important consideration in conducting AHP analysis is to accurately group the elements of the subjects to be analyzed objectively, and arrange them hierarchically, and to analyze the importance through pair-wise comparison between the elements. The study is composed of 2 parts of analyzing these elements and computing the importance between them, and choosing an alternative plan. Among these this paper is particularly focused on the Delphi technique-based objective element analyzing and hierarchy of the FPS games.
This paper is a preliminary study of architectural characteristics of Jangdae (general's podium), which shows one of the technical changes in fortification of Joseon Dynasty. As a facility for commands of generals and training for officers and men, it was located inside a fortress. Although it is not certain when the first Jangdae was built, the number of them dramatically increased around 18th century. Since the top priority function of the Jangdae was the prospect, it was installed at the hilly spot with open architecture. In addition, the open structure of Eupseong fortress towers on the riverside banks could simultaneously offer the functions as viewing around and Jangdae. Since Jangdae was also a place for military drills and reviews of soldiers, a wide podium was positioned at the front to muster the soldiers. This feature was standardized in the space organization of Jangdae in Joseon, and a mere podium was installed unless the topographic restrictions allows enough space. On the other hand, as a place for a commander, the hierarchy of the Jangdae was revealed through a variety of architectural characteristics. The hierarchy was assigned to the commander's space through the altitude difference, and diverse ornaments were added to show a sense of class. The floor plan of the Jangdae building can be largely categorized into rectangle and square, and the typical sizes of the former are $5{\times}4$ Kans (traditional measuring unit between two columns) and $3{\times}2$ Kans. Out of these two types, buildings of $5{\times}4$ Kans were found in flat land and eupseong fortresses with large space, and the relatively smaller ones of $3{\times}2$ Kans in mountain fortresses. All buildings of square floor plan had $3{\times}3$ Kans style, and the center Kan was twice wider than the side Kan to make the central space wide. It seems that the purpose was to secure the interior space of the upper story because the center Kan accounts for the floor area of the upper story. Some Jangdae's had internal story to form overhead space. The multi-roofed tower style with eaves attached to the upper and lower story is found exclusively in Jangdae. The buildings shows the Onkanmulim style which extends Naejinju (inner column) of the lower story to be the Byeonju (outer column) of the upper story, and the log-framed floor in the upper floor was structured by inserting the Changbang (connecting beam) between the Naejinju's and joining the log frames. In addition, the towers in eupseong fortresses had log-framed floor in the upper floor by setting up the high Nuhaju (column underneath a roof) and joining Cheongbang to the upper part of the column while it cannot be regarded as multi-roofed because only the upper part has a roof.

This study explores the way to improve service quality with the application of Service Blueprint and Analytic Hierarchy Process (hereafter, "AHP") in medical tourism. Service Blueprint has been widely accepted to identify the possible fail points in service delivery system, and AHP analysis has been recognized as beneficial method to rate relative importance in multi-criteria decision making process. We try to understand possible pitfalls to enhance Chinese medical tourists, and propose the priority in the resolution process. In the first step, we reviewed the extant literatures about medical tourism of South Korea, and built initial Service Blueprint. Experts who experienced service delivery process towards Chinese patients participated to review the proposed Service Blueprint in the second step. Thirdly, after extracting the possible fail points from revised Service Blueprint, we asked experts to guess the relative importance of Chinese patient by AHP methodology. Four domains (Arrival and Welcoming, Hospitalization, Process before, operations, and after surgery, Recovery and discharge) were emerged with detail criteria. Results show that operations and treatment is the most important domain not to lose Chinese patient's loyalty with following hospitalization process domain. Also, we suggest the priority among sixteen criteria to prevent service failure.
This study aims to find out the key factors that could influence on regional development strategy to use cultural resources. The methods employed are Meta-analysis with 61 case studies in order to draw related factors and Analytic Hierarchy Process with 68 experts in order to analyze the relative importance of important factors. The main findings are as follows: 26 critical factors are drawn from the case studies and they could be classified into four categories, named as 'the capacity building to excavate and utilize cultural resources which are having potential power', 'the establishment of institutional basis for making projects good progress', 'the boosting of internal capability of locals in the process of project', and 'the preparation of cultural governance and multidirectional networking strategies among persons concerned or stakeholder'. The analysis of relative importance of factors shows that among others, 'the capacity building to excavate and utilize cultural resources which are having potential power' is the most fundamental factors to achieve policy goals. There are few studies that have drawn factors from multi-case studies. In this respect, it is far from being complete but meaningful to a little more enhance the generalization of research findings.
Social-aware video displays not only the relationships between characters but also diverse information on topics such as economics, politics and culture as a story unfolds. Particularly, the speaking habits and behavioral patterns of people in different situations are very important for the analysis of social relationships. However, when dealing with this dynamic multi-modal data, it is difficult for a computer to analyze the drama data effectively. To solve this problem, previous studies employed the deep concept hierarchy (DCH) model to automatically construct and analyze social networks in a TV drama. Nevertheless, since location knowledge was not included, they can only analyze the social network as a whole in stories. In this research, we include location knowledge and analyze the social relations in different locations. We adopt data from approximately 4400 minutes of a TV drama Friends as our dataset. We process face recognition on the characters by using a convolutional- recursive neural networks model and utilize a bag of features model to classify scenes. Then, in different scenes, we establish the social network between the characters by using a deep concept hierarchy model and analyze the change in the social network while the stories unfold.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the technological competitiveness of the environmental industry with developed countries in order to establish an international market expansion strategy of the Korean environmental industry and technology. In order to evaluate the competitiveness of the environmental industry and technology, core technologies were classified by the environmental industry sectors based on the classification system of the domestic and international environmental industry and technology. After developing the evaluation index data, the Delphi analysis, journal and patent analysis, as well as the export and import analysis were carried out and the standardization analysis was performed on the index data. Moreover, the weights of each evaluation index were calculated using the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method and the evaluation results of competitiveness of the environmental industry and technology in Korea, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, and France were derived. As a result of the evaluation, the United States was rated with the highest technological competitiveness in all the environmental industry sectors, while Korea got the lowest technological competitiveness rating compared to the 4 developed countries. In particular, Korea got the lowest level of technological competitiveness in the sector of multi-media environmental management and development for a sustainable social system. Therefore, in order for the Korean environmental industry and technology to enter the global advanced market, it is necessary to strengthen the competitiveness through the development of the fourth environmental industry based on IoT(Internet of Things), cloud, big data, mobile, and AI(Artificial Intelligence), which are currently the country's domestic strengths.

This paper is aimed at exploring a multi-racial, multi-ethnic, and multi-cultural trianglulation of Black, White, and Korean American race relations connected to a large-scale disturbance in the 1992 Los Angeles riots. The second generation Korean American Steph Cha's Your House Will Pay (2019) focuses on a social portrait of the racially marginalized beings as Korean immigrant merchants and African American native consumers. This family saga explores issues resulting from racial hierarchy, racialized stereotypes, and historical marginalization in the internalized sociometry of race and class inequality. This work grapples with issues involved in a sociocultural web of racial triangulation under the white dominant structure, and ensuing intergroup conflicts of social minorities in the economic geography of urban space. It opens up civil discussions for transracial, transethnic, and transcultural interactions and coexistence. It ultimately leads to extending young people's minds for a deep understanding of the socioecomonic landscape of racial matrix, and enhancing the cultural literacy for a better awareness of social empathy and the communal respect of life.
