  • The Airship PKNU is a roughly 12 m (32 ft) long blimp, filled with helium, whose two-gasoline power(3hp per engine) are independently radio controlled. The motors and propellers can be tilted and are attached to the gondola through an axle and supporting braces. Four stabilizing fins are mounted at the tail of the airship. To fill in the helium, a valve is placed at the bottom of the hull. The inaugural flight was on jul. 31.2002 at the Pusan, S.korea Most environment monitoring system\ problem use satellite image. But, Low resolution satellite image (multi-spectral) : 1km ∼ 250 m ground resolutions is lows. So, detail information acquisition is hard at the complex terrain. High resolution satellite image (black and white) 30m : The ground resolution is high. But it is high price, visit cycle and delivery time is long So. We want make high accuracy airship photogrammetry system. This airship can catch picture Multi. spectral Aerial photographing (visible, Near infrared and thermal infrared), and High resolution (over 6million pixel). It can take atmosphere datum (Temperature (wet bulb, dew point, general), Pressure (static, dynamic), Humidity, wind speed). this airship is very Quickness that aircraft install time is lower than 30 minutes, it is compact and that conveyance is easy. High-capacity save image (628 cut per 1time (over 6million and 4band(R,G,B,NIR)) and this airship can save datum this High accuracy navigatin (position and rotate angle) by DGPS tech. and Gyro system. this airship will do monitor about red-tide, sea surface temperate, and CH-A, SS and etc.

다층구조 Water Gel Barrier의 농도변화에 따른 폭발특성에 대한 실험적 연구 (Experimental Studies of the Explosion Characteristics by Varying Concentrations of a Multi Layered Water Gel Barrier)

  • Experimental studies have been carried out to investigate characteristics of gas explosion using a multi layered water gel barrier in a vented explosion chamber. The chamber is consisted of 1600 mm in length, with a square cross-section of $100{\times}100mm^2$. The gel concentration of inner layer of MLWGB ranged from 10% to 90% with intervals of 10% by weight of gel. Displacement of the MLWGB was photographed with a measured using a high-speed video camera, and pressure development was measured using a data acquisition system. It was found that MLWGBs with 10 ~ 20% inner layer concentrations were ruptured during the explosions. As the concentrations of inner layer increased from 30% to 90%, the barriers were not ruptured. As the gel concentrations of the inner layer increased, the displacement increased toward the chamber exit and the pressure decreased for the ruptured barriers. It was found that the pressure attenuation obtained from the MLWGB was higher than that of the single water gel barrier. For the cases of non-ruptured barriers, the pressure inside the chamber less increased with increasing gel concentrations of the inner layer. It was also found that the displacement moved back into the chamber for non-ruptured MLWGBs, and it was sensitive to the gel concentrations.

적응화 평활화법을 이용한 다기능 마찰력 측정기의 성능 분석 (Analysis of Performance of Multi-functioned frictional force measuring instrument using adaptive smoothing)

  • 우리는 선행연구로 다기능 마찰력 측정기를 개발해 왔고 본 논문에서는 적응화 평활화 방법을 적용하여 마찰력 측정기의 성능을 개선하고자 하였으며, 스크래치 테스트를 통해 시편에 대한 마찰력과 마찰면의 모니터링 기능을 심도 있게 분석하였다. 일반적으로 강판을 가공하여 사용하고자 할 때 마찰을 줄이기 위해서 윤활유를 사용하지만, 윤활유는 환경오염의 큰 원인이기 때문에 본 연구에서는 윤활강판을 사용하였다. 특히, 윤활강판의 마찰계수는 유기, 무기 등의 시편의 종류 및 코팅층의 상태에 따라 변화하기 때문에 합금화 용융아연도금강판과 같은 다양한 시편에 대한 정밀한 실험을 통해 분석하였다. 이를 토대로 적응화 평활화법을 이용하여 잡음이 제거된 정확한 마찰계수를 측정할 수 있는 측정기의 성능을 향상시킬 수 있음을 검증하였다. 그 결과로서 마찰계수 0.16에 대하여 적응화 평활화법을 이용한 경우 저감률이 0.0417%임을 보였다.

다중 배열 니들 코팅을 이용한 LED 스크린용 Anti-Moiré 필터 제작 (Fabrication of Anti-Moiré Filter Using Multi-Array Needle Coating for LED Screens)

  • Using a multi-array needle module developed for coating of high-density cylindrical microlens array (C-MLA), we have fabricated an anti-Moiré filter for LED screens. The Moiré phenomenon appears due to the interference between the array pattern of image sensors in a camera and the non-emission area (grid pattern) of a LED screen. To suppress it, we have employed poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) and coated it on a glass substrate in the form of a grid and non-grid (parallel lines). We have rotated the needle module in order to increase the number of C-MLAs. With this scheme, we have fabricated the 150 mm × 150 mm anti-Moiré filters where 836 microlens lines are formed. They show the average width of 255.4 ㎛, the average distance between CMLs of 94.6 ㎛, and C-MLA width non-uniformity of 4.7%. We have shown that the Moiré patterns still appear in the presence of the parallel (non-grid)-type filter, whereas they disappeared completely by the grid-type filter. It is due to the fact that the Moiré patterns are diffused more effectively by the grid-type C-MLA.

DSI 성형을 이용한 금속/플라스틱 복합 부품 제조에 관한 연구 (A study on the manufacturing of metal/plastic multi-components using the DSI molding)

  • Various manufacturing technologies, including over-molding and insert-injection molding, are used to produce hybrid plastics and metals. However, there are disadvantages to these technologies, as they require several steps in manufacturing and are limited to what can be reasonably achieved within the complexities of part geometry. This study aims to determine a practical approach for producing metal/plastic hybrid components by combining plastic injection molding and metal die casting to create a new hybrid metal/plastic molding process. The integrated metal/plastic hybrid injection molding process developed in this study uses the proven method of multi-component technology as a basis to combine plastic injection molding with metal die casting into one integrated process. In this study, the electrical conductivity and ampacity were verified to qualify the new process for the production of parts used in electronic devices. The electrical conductivity was measured, contacting both sides of the test sample with constant pressure, and the resistivity was measured using a micro ohmmeter. Also, the specific conductivity was subsequently calculated from the resistivity and contact surface of the conductor path. The ampacity defines the maximum amount of current a conductive path can carry before sustaining immediate or progressive deterioration. The manufactured hybrid multi-components were loaded with increasing currents, while the temperature was recorded with an infrared camera. To compare the measured infrared images, an electro-thermal simulation was conducted using commercial CAE software to predict the maximum temperature of the power loaded parts. Overall, during the injection molding process, it was demonstrated that multifunctional parts can be produced for electric and electronic applications.

행동인식을 위한 다중 영역 기반 방사형 GCN 알고리즘 (Multi-Region based Radial GCN algorithm for Human action Recognition)

  • 본 논문에서는 딥러닝을 기반으로 입력영상의 옵티컬 플로우(optical flow)와 그래디언트(gradient)를 이용하여 종단간 행동인식이 가능한 다중영역 기반 방사성 GCN(MRGCN: Multi-region based Radial Graph Convolutional Network) 알고리즘에 대해 기술한다. 이 방법은 데이터 취득이 어렵고 계산이 복잡한 스켈레톤 정보를 사용하지 않기 때문에 카메라만을 주로 사용하는 일반 CCTV 환경에도 활용이 가능하다. MRGCN의 특징은 입력영상의 옵티컬플로우와 그래디언트를 방향성 히스토그램으로 표현한 후 계산량 축소를 위해 6개의 특징 벡터로 변환하여 사용한다는 것과 시공간 영역에서 인체의 움직임과 형상변화를 계층적으로 전파시키기 위해 새롭게 고안한 방사형 구조의 네트워크 모델을 사용한다는 것이다. 또 데이터 입력 영역을 서로 겹치도록 배치하여 각 노드 간에 공간적으로 단절이 없는 정보를 입력으로 사용한 것도 중요한 특징이다. 30가지의 행동에 대해 성능평가 실험을 수행한 결과 스켈레톤 데이터를 입력으로 사용한 기존의 GCN기반 행동인식과 동등한 84.78%의 Top-1 정확도를 얻을 수 있었다. 이 결과로부터 취득이 어려운 스켈레톤 정보를 사용하지 않는 MRGCN이 복잡한 행동인식이 필요한 실제 상황에서 더욱 실용적인 방법임을 알 수 있었다.

KOMPSAT-2 MSC 전처리시스템을 위한 RPC(Rational Polynomial Coefficient)생성 기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Method of Generating RPC for KOMPSAT-2 MSC Pre-Processing System)

  • The KOMPSAT-2 MSC(Multi-Spectral Camera), with high spatial resolution, is currently under development and will be launched in the end of 2004. A sensor model relates a 3-D ground position to the corresponding 2-D image position and describes the imaging geometry that is necessary to reconstruct the physical imaging process. The Rational Function Model (RFM) has been considered as a generic sensor model. form. The RFM is technically applicable to all types of sensors such as frame, pushbroom, whiskbroom and SAR etc. With the increasing availability of the new generation imaging sensors, accurate and fast rectification of digital imagery using a generic sensor model becomes of great interest to the user community. This paper describes the procedure to generation of the RPC (Rational Polynomial Coefficients) for KOMPSAT-2 MSC.

인공위성 영상 자료를 이용한 북한 지역의 간척지 조사 (Survey for Reclaimed Lands in Western Coast of North Korea using Satellite Image data)

  • The Electro-Optical Camera(EOC) image of the first Korea Multi-Purpose Satellitel(KOMPSAT-1) has both high resolution and convenient acquisition of research data, but on the other hand it has a defect of one band image. Fortunately, the multispectral Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) image data are receiving every day at the Korea Aerospace Research Institute (KARI). Therefore, this paper performed an effective merging for survey of reclaimed land using the high-resolution (6.6m) KOMPSAT-1 EOC image and the multispectral MODIS image data. According this paper prepared map of reclaimed lands in Western Coast of North Korea as quantitative(position and form) survey of reclaimed lands of North Korea using merged image. The use of KOPSAT-1 EOC image and MODIS images was found to be economical such using of large scale areas as reclaimed land or according easy to collect information and such north korea as inaccessible areas like as receiving every day.

  • This study presents the application of aerial photographs and KOMPSAT-1 Electro-Optical Camera(EOC) imagery in detecting the change of an urban area that has been rapidly growing. For the study, we used multi-time images which were acquired by two different sensors. For all of the images, the coordinate reference system and scale were first made identical through the 1st and 2nd geometric corrections and then image resampling were carried out to spatial resolution of 7m to detect changes under the same conditions. The Image Differencing was employed as a change detection technique. It was confirmed to be able to detect the changes of terrestrial surface like building, structure and road features from aerial photos and KOMPSAT EOC images with single band. The changes could be detected to some extent with the images acquired from different kinds of sensors as well as the same kinds of sensors.

  • The task environment of a robot is changing rapidly and task itself becomes complicated due to current industrial trends of multi-product and small lot size production. A convenient user-interfaced off-line programming(OLP) system is being developed in order to overcome the difficulty in teaching a robot task. Using the OLP system, operators can easily teach robot tasks off-line and verify feasibility of the task through simulation of a robot prior to the on-line execution. However, some task errors are inevitable by kinematic differences between the robot model in OLP and the actual robot. Three calibration methods using image information are proposed to compensate the kinematic differences. These methods compose of a relative position vector method, three point compensation method, and base line compensation method. To compensate a kinematic differences the vision system with one monochrome camera is used in the calibration experiment.
