국내 중환자실 섬망 예방 중재에 관한 체계적 고찰 및 메타분석 (A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis on the Effect of Delirium Prevention Intervention in Korean Intensive Care Units)

  • Purpose : This study aimed to systematically review the preventive interventions for delirium in Korean intensive care unit (ICU) patients and evaluate their efficacy. Methods : For this systematic review and meta-analysis, we searched the literature and selected studies from data sources that included the RISS, KISS, National Central Library, National Assembly Library, DBpia, Science on, MEDLINE, and Cochrane Library. We used Cochrane's revised tool for risk of bias in randomized trials and non-randomized studies of intervention tools to assess the quality of the selected studies. The effect size of the intervention was calculated as odds ratio (OR) and standardized mean difference (SMD). Results : Preventive interventions reported in 23 studies with a total of 4,799 ICU patients were effective in reducing the occurrence of delirium (OR=0.64, 95% CI : 0.49~0.91, p=.011), but not the duration (SMD=-0.22, 95% CI : -0.51~0.08, p=.148). As a result of a subgroup analysis, non-pharmacological interventions were effective in reducing the occurrence of delirium (OR=0.66, 95% CI : 0.47~0.94, p=.020), while pharmacological interventions had no effect (OR=0.68, 95% CI : 0.33~1.40, p=.295). Among the non-pharmacological interventions, multi-component intervention had the largest effect size (OR=0.38, 95% CI : 0.26~0.55, p<.001). Conclusion : Non-pharmacological interventions were effective in reducing the occurrence of delirium. We recommend the development and application of multi-component interventions to prevent delirium in the Korean ICU patients.

Can AI-generated EUV images be used for determining DEMs of solar corona?

  • In this study, we determinate the differential emission measure(DEM) of solar corona using three SDO/AIA EUV channel images and three AI-generated ones. To generate the AI-generated images, we apply a deep learning model based on multi-layer perceptrons by assuming that all pixels in solar EUV images are independent of one another. For the input data, we use three SDO/AIA EUV channels (171, 193, and 211). For the target data, we use other three SDO/AIA EUV channels (94, 131, and 335). We train the model using 358 pairs of SDO/AIA EUV images at every 00:00 UT in 2011. We use SDO/AIA pixels within 1.2 solar radii to consider not only the solar disk but also above the limb. We apply our model to several brightening patches and loops in SDO/AIA images for the determination of DEMs. Our main results from this study are as follows. First, our model successfully generates three solar EUV channel images using the other three channel images. Second, the noises in the AI-generated EUV channel images are greatly reduced compared to the original target ones. Third, the estimated DEMs using three SDO/AIA images and three AI-generated ones are similar to those using three SDO/AIA images and three stacked (50 frames) ones. These results imply that our deep learning model is able to analyze temperature response functions of SDO/AIA channel images, showing a sufficient possibility that AI-generated data can be used for multi-wavelength studies of various scientific fields. 멀티 어레이 엘이디를 이용한 지능형 전조등 광학 설계 (Smart Headlamp Optics Design with Multi-array LEDs)

  • 본 논문에서는 멀티 어레이 엘이디를 이용한 불연속적인 광원의 빔 패턴이 광학계만으로 연속적인 매트릭스 빔으로 형성되어 광원의 점 소등만으로 다양한 빔 패턴을 구현할 수 있는 지능형 전조등의 광학 설계를 연구하였다. 기존 지능형 전조등의 기술과 다르게 멀티 어레이 엘이디를 이용한 지능형 전조등은 다수의 광원 엘이디와 하나의 광학계 어셈블리 모듈 구성으로 전자 제어를 통해 별도의 기구적인 작동 없이 빔 패턴을 변화시킬 수 있다. 본 연구에서 광학 설계는 상향등과 자동 조정 주행등의 패턴 구현과 광도 값을 만족시키기 위해 LED 앞 단에 2차렌즈 설계와 측벽 설계, 투사렌즈 설계를 실시하였다. 그 결과 불연속적인 광원의 패턴이 광학계를 통해 전방 25 m에서 14개의 동일한 사이즈와 밝기를 갖는 셀들이 모여 연속적인 하나의 매트릭스 빔 패턴을 형성하는 설계 조건을 만족하였다. 또한 설계된 광학계의 제작 및 측정을 통해 상향등의 원거리 시인성을 위한 최대 45000 cd 이상의 배광 법규 조건을 약 50000 cd로 만족하였고, 자동 조정 주행 빔 패턴 구현 시 광원의 소등 영역이 0.32 lx로 측정되어 배광 법규 0.4 lx 이하를 만족하였다.

  • The HANARO, a multi-purpose research reactor of 30 MWth open-tank-in-pool type, has been under normal operation since its initial criticality In February, 1995. Many experiments should be safely performed to activate the utilization of the HANARO. A flow simulation facility is being developed for the endurance test of reactivity control units for extended life times and the verification of structural integrity of those experimental facilities prior to loading in the HANARO. This test facility is composed of three major parts; a half-core structure assembly, flow circulation system and support system. The flow circulation system is composed of a circulation pump, a core flow pipe, a core bypass flow pipe and instruments. The system is to be filled with de-mineralized water and the flow should be met the design flow to simulate similar flow characteristics in the core channel of the half-core test facility to the HANARO. This paper, therefore, describes an analytical analysis to study the flow behavior of the system. The computational flow analysis has been performed for the verification of system pressure variation through the three-dimensional analysis program with standard k-$\epsilon$ turbulence model and for the verification of the structural piping integrity through the finite element method. The results of the analysis are satisfied the design requirements and structural piping integrity of flow circulation system.

  • 보기는 특별한 지상이송장치로서 총조립 발사체를 단별조립동에서 발사 장까지 운반하는 수단뿐만 아니라 발사운용을 위한 주요한 도구로서 사용된다. 이런 보기의 다양한 역할로 인하여, 요구되어 지는 기술적 요건들은 복잡하다 특히 발사 운용 부분은 보기뿐만 아니라 여러 가지 지상 장비들이 함께 얽혀있고, 전체적인 발사운용에 대한 이해가 없이는 그 기술 요구조건을 정립하기도 힘들다. 이를 위해 이 문건은 보기에 의한 발사운용과정을 정리하고, 이를 바탕으로 보기의 기술적 요건을 정리하였다.

리얼 타임 리눅스 시스템 설계 (Real Time Linux System Design)

  • In this paper, we implemented the object scanning with nxtOSEK which is an open source platform. nxtOSEK consists of device driver of leJOS NXJ C/Assembly source code, TOPPERS/ATK(Automotive real time Kernel) and TOPPERS/JSP Real-Time Operating System source code that includes ARM7 specific porting part, and glue code make them work together. nxtOSEK can provide ANSI C by using GCC tool chain and C API and apply for real-time multi tasking features. We experimented the 3D scanning with ultra sonic and laser sensor which are made directly by laser module diode and experimented the measurement of scanning the object by knowing x, y, and z coordinates for every points that it scans. In this paper, the laser module is the dimension of $6{\times}10[mm]$ requiring 5volts/5[mW], and used the laser light of wavelength in the 650[nm] range. For detecting the object, we used the beacon detection algorithm and as the laser light swept the objects, the photodiode monitored the ambient light at interval of 10[ms] which is called a real time. We communicated the 3D scanning platform via bluetooth protocol with host platform and the results are displayed via DPlot graphic tool. And therefore we enhanced the functionality of the 3D scanner for identifying the image scanning with laser sensor modules compared to ultra sonic sensor.

로봇 경로 제어를 위한 속도기반 Dijkstra 알고리즘 (A Speed-Based Dijkstra Algorithm for the Line Tracer Control of a Robot)

  • A robot education system by emulation based on Web can be efficiently used for understanding concept of robot assembly practice and control mechanism of robot by control programming. It is important to predict the path of the line tracer robot which has to be decided by the robot. Shortest Path Algorithm is a well known algorithm which searches the most efficient path between the start node and the end node. There are two related typical algorithms. Dijkstra Algorithm searches the shortest path tree from a node to the rest of the other nodes. $A^*$ Algorithm searches the shortest paths among all nodes. The delay time caused by turning the direction of navigation for the line tracer robot at the crossroads can give big differences to the travel time of the robot. So we need an efficient path determine algorithm which can solve this problem. Thus, It is necessary to analyze the overhead of changing direction of robot at multi-linked node to determine the next direction for efficient routings. In this paper, we reflect the real delay time of directional changing from the real robot. A speed based Dijkstra algorithm is proposed and compared with the previous ones to analyze the performance.

  • This paper reports about the development of scanning probe microscopy (SPM) tip with multi-walled carbon nanotube (MWNT). For making a carbon nanotube (CNT) modified tips, AC electric field which causes the dielectrophoresis was used for alignment and deposition of CNTs to the metal coated SPM tip. By dropping the MWNT solution and applying an electric field between an SPM tip and an electrode, MWNTs which were dispersed into a diluted solution were directly assembled onto the apex of the SPM tips due to the attraction by the dielectrophoretic force. In this paper, we investigate experimental conditions about the alignment of the CNT to tip axis according to the change of the angle between a tip and an electrode. Experimental results are presented, and then fabricated CNT tips are showed and measurement results for 15nm gold particles are compared with that of the conventional silicon tip.

조립부품 다중 제작라인의 일정계획 및 운영 시스템 개발 (Development of Scheduling and Operation system for multi-manufacturing line of the assembly parts)

  • 본 연구는 건설장비 차량 조립부품을 제작하는 가공공장의 계획 및 운영 시스템 개발에 대한 내용이다. 연구의 대상은 건설장비 차량인 굴삭기, 휠로더, 지게차의 조립부품을 제작하는 공장으로 제작품별 제작라인이 구성되어 있다. 그리고 각 제작라인에는 여러 개의 공정이 있으며, 일부 공정은 작업자에 의해 작업이 이루어지고, 용접 및 가공 등은 자동화된 장비 및 설비에 의해 작업이 된다. 가공공장에서 관리 및 운영의 주요 관점은 이후 공정인 조립공장의 조립 착수일에 늦지 않게 제작된 부품을 공급하는 것이다. 그리고 공장 자체적으로 제작라인 내의 재공재고 감소, 작업일간 작업부하평준화, 자동화 장비 및 설비의 효율 극대화 등이 공장의 주요 관리 사항이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가공공장에서 제작되는 조립부품의 납기일 준수, 재고 감소, 부하 평준화, 장비효율의 극대화를 위해 공장을 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 계획 및 운영 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발시스템에는 제작라인별 제작 착수 및 자재발주${\cdot}$입고 관리, 공정별 실적관리, 실시간 작업 진행 관리, 용접 불량 관리 기능 등이 있다. 시스템은 MSSQL 서버, 오라클과 Visual Basic, Visual C# ASP로 개발되었다.

  • [ $ulcorner$ ]Cost-Effectiveness Analysis$\lrcorner$ has been wifely used to evaluate economic efficiency of R&D projects, but most of cost-effectiveness evaluation systems have some problems such as systematic method for setting and evaluating cost factors, estimation of single effect on each R&D project, and estimation of cross effects among R&D projects. To solve these problems, we have designed a new evaluation indicator called a $ulcorner$Cost-Cross Effect Integration Indicator$lrcorner$ including cross effects developed in this research. The major research findings are summarized as follows : (1) $ulcorner$Coist Estimation Model$lrcorner$, which estimates the cost factors divided into two classes of assembly product and system product and then integrates the total cost values, has been designed. (2) A new method for estimating parameters of cross effects among R&D projects has been developed. (3) $ulcorner$Cross Effects Estimation Model$lrcorner$ to estimate multi-effects and cross effects by completion time among several projects has been designed. (4) $ulcorner$Integration Estimation Indicator$lrcorner$ for setting priority on a project group has been extracted by combination of total cost value and total effect value.
