Q-Scan을 이용한 학령전기 아동의 구강보건교육 효과 (Effect of Oral Health Education with Q-Scan in Preschool Children)

  • 본 연구는 유치원에 다니는 아동 총 59명을 대상으로 Q-scan을 이용한 구강보건효과를 평가하고자 하였다. 유아용 면접설문지와 Quigley & Hein index를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 아동의 치면세균막지수는 Q-scan을 이용한 중재군에서 12% 더 유의하게 감소한 것으로 나타났다(p<0.001). 구강보건지식은 두 집단 모두 불소에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며(p<0.05), 대조군에서는 치아에 나쁜 음식에 대한 정답률도 유의하게 증가하였다(p<0.05). 구강보건태도에서 중재군은 모든 변수에서 유의한 차이가 나타났으며(p<0.05), 대조군에서는 정기 구강검진, 칫솔질 횟수에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다(p<0.05). 구강보건행동에서 중재군은 칫솔 잡는 법에서는 정답률이 증가하고, 알맞은 치약 짜기에서는 정답률이 감소하는 유의한 결과가 나타났으며(p<0.05), 대조군은 모든 변수에서 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 결과를 종합해 보면 Q-scan은 구강보건교육 시 아동들의 동기 부여를 위한 적절한 도구로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

담배가격 인상에 따른 사무직남성근로자들의 흡연행태 변화 (Change of Smoking Behavior by Male White-collar Workers after a Tobacco Price Increase)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the raise of cigarette prices by KRW 2,000 at the beginning of 2015 on the change in smoking behavior among male office workers, and to analyze the correlation of various factors including their work behaviors and socio-economic factors with their smoking rate. Methods: In this research, a follow-up observation panel was constituted with 420 smokers as targets from among male office workers at a bank located in Daegu, South Korea. A cross-analysis and ANOVA analysis were carried out in order to examine whether changes in smoking status, amount of smoking, stop-smoking motivation, and reasons for smoking cessation failure after the passage of time since the cigarette price hike were statistically significant. The level of statistical significance was P < 0.05. Results: After the cigarette price hike, among the 420 smokers who were the target of the panel the rate of smoking cessation declined at the time-point of the survey to 15.5%, 12.4%, 8.5%, and 5.7% after one month, three months, six months, and 12 months, respectively. As a result of a follow-up observation of 65 smokers who stopped smoking immediately after the price hike, the actual non-smoking rate declined to 15.5%, 8.3%, 4.4%, and 3.1% after one month, three months, six months, and 12 months, respectively. One (1) year after the cigarette price hike, the non-smoking rate among the 420 smokers reached as low as 3.1% (13 persons). The most important reason for the failure of the attempts to quit smoking was stress for more than 60% of the smokers who attempted to stop. Conclusions: It seems that a powerful anti-smoking policy by the state targeting the nation's workers is necessary. For companies, mediation for workers' job stress can become a strategy for the success of non-smoking attempts. The government seems to require a practical policy to reduce the smoking rate by actively carrying out social, economic, and scientific research to come up with a reduction method for the cigarette hazard, an effective price hike policy, and other non-price policies.

의전원 4학년 학생의 과정기술 객관구조화진료시험에 도입된 시뮬레이션의 충실도에 따른 인식 변화 (The Change of perception according to the fidelity of simulation in Objective Structured Clinical Examination for Procedural Skill of 4th Medical Students)

  • 본 연구는 마취과 임상실습을 마친 의전원 4학년 학생들을 대상으로 충실도를 달리한 과정기술 객관구조화 진료시험에서 보여지는 자기평가와 학습동기의 변화 유무를 비교해 보고자 시행되었다. 학생들을 무작위로 두 군으로 나누어 HF군에서는 고충실도의, LF군에서는 저충실도의 과정기술 객관구조화진료시험을 시행하였다. 사례는 기관삽관과 정맥관삽관의 두 주제로 임상술기교육을 맡은 책임교수가 개발한 후 다른 두 교수가 검토, 수정하였다. 두 주제에 대해 고충실도 사례는 실제 수술실에서 in-situ 시뮬레이션으로, 저충실도 사례는 일반 교실에서 단순과업모형을 이용하여 충실도만 달리하여 시행하였다. 학생들은 수행 전 후로 5점 척도로 구성된 설문조사에 응하였고, 자료의 분석은 Man-Whiteney test와 Paired T-test를 이용하였다. 연구 결과, 의전원 4학년 학생들의 술기 수행능력에 대한 자기평가는 저충실도 사례보다 고충실도 사례에서 평가 전에 보여준 자신감보다 낮게 평가되었고, 고충실도 사례 후에 연습의 필요성을 더 느꼈다. 고충실도 사례의 도입은 학생들의 술기연습에 대한 동기 부여에 도움이 될 것으로 여겨지지만 경제적인 효율도 고려해야 할 것이다.

임상간호사들의 가치관 및 가치성향에 대한 연구 (Study on values and value change in clinical nurses)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine values and value changes in clinical nurses in clinical situations. A survey was conducted of 200 nurses of one of university hospital in Seoul Korea. This study was conducted between July 1 and July 5, 1994, using the Survey of Interpersonal Values (SIV) developed by L. V. Gordon, and standardized for Korea by Kyung Hye Lee & Eung Yun Hwang. The results of the study were as follows, 1. The clinical nurses surveyed showed Independence(18.32 : 63rd percentile) as their highest value, with Support(14.8 : 62nd percentile) next and then Benevolence(16.28 53rd percentile), Leadership(9.06 : 46th percentile), Conformity(18.15 : 42nd percentile) and Recognition(18.32 : 41s1 percentile) in that order in the area of general values. Using a standardised women's value Indicator, the clinical nurses value orientation was within the 32nd∼69th percentile indicating means found among Korean women in general. 2. Looking at how the values were related to demographics, Leadership was most highly valued among the 30∼34 year olds and least valued among the 25∼29 year olds. Unmarried nurses valued Independence more than married nurses did, and junior college graduate nurses valued Conformity more than baccalaureate graduate nurses did. 3. The study showed that the values of with less than one year (16.00) clinical experience were higher than those who had over 10 years (13.60) clinical experience (p<.05). Therefore clinical experience did not positively influence value orientation for clinical nurses. 4. There was no significant differences in the value of nurses in relation to their workplace, their level of motivation, or their aptitude. The study shows that clinical nurses have similar values compared with ordinary Korean women. This means that professional nurses may not be able to satisfy client needs and also that they do not have satisfaction and a positive attitude regarding the nursing profession. Therefore it is suggested that new strategies and continuing education programs be established to help clinical nurses fomulate higher values.

애자일 수행 방식으로 본 디지털 전환의 성공요인 : 서울교통공사의 디지털 전환 프로젝트를 중심으로 (Success of Digital Transformation in the Context of the Agile Principles : A Case Study of the Seoul Metro)

  • Most enterprises today work on digital transformation projects to cope with uncertainties caused by the rapid change and cutting-edge technology. The key point is they need to take a novel approach on new projects for high performance. In this context, there is a growing interest in utilizing agile method; however, many studies on Impact of Digital Transformation on the Results of Innovation do not deal with agile methodology. The research specifies the case of Seoul Metro, regarded as best-practice on digital transformation, based on the agile way of working. The case study is based on in-depth interview with Seoul Metro's executives and employees, and the interview is analyzed using keywords from the 12 Agile Principles. Thus, among the 12 Agile Principles, Motivation and Trust, Face-to-face Interactions, Continuous Attention to Technical excellence and good design, Self-Organizing Team contributed the most to successful digital transformation projects. In addition, based on Requirements Uncertainty and Technical Degree of Uncertainty, they carry different kinds of traits. For instance, the higher the uncertainty toward requirements and required technology is, the more technological development pace is maintained. Given the conservative nature of public corporations, it is necessary to adopt the agile way of working, such as improving employees' technological capabilities and allowing teams to be organized within themselves, in a bid to produce successful innovation outcome.

게임 팬덤의 이차 문화 생성 -머시니마를 중심으로- (Game Fan-dom of Generative the Secondary Culture -Based On Machinima-)

  • 본 논문에서는 기존의 대중문화에서 미약하게 다루었던 게임팬덤의 이차문화 생산에 대해 소개한다. 이러한 이차문화 생산 활동은 3차원 영상 콘텐츠를 자유롭게 제작할 수 있는 게임엔진 기반의 머시니마 제작기술을 통해 폭넓게 확장되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 머시니마를 통해 단순한 게임소비자에서 새로운 대중문화의 생비자로 어떻게 역할을 전환하는지를 고찰하였다. 또한 머시니마를 이용한 다양한 선행 연구와 더불어 게임팬덤의 문화 활동을 민속지학적 연구 방법을 통해 게임 사용자들의 적극적인 문화실천의 심리적 동기와 머시니마와의 관계에 대해 논의하였다. 본 논문에서는 머시니마가 게임 팬덤문화에 끼치는 영향을 대한 객관적 반응을 검증하기 위해 수용자 반응 조사를 수행하였다. 이를 통해 머시니마와 게임팬덤 문화생성 사이에 매우 밀접한 관계 형성이 이루어진다는 것을 알 수 있었고 머시니마가 기존의 게임문화 영역을 새롭게 확장시키는 주체로서 매우 중요한 도구라는 것을 알 수 있었다.

운동행위 결정요인에 관한 국외문헌 분석 (An analysis of research on the determinants of exercise behavior)

  • The purposes of this study were 1) to identify determinants of exercise behavior 2) to determine theoretical frameworks that were used in other research 3) to investigate the limitations of exercise research. seventy six research papers, published between 1984-1999, were selected by searching Medline for this study. Research subjects, determinants of exercise behavior, exercise measurement, the design of studies, statistical method and theoretical background were examined. The results are as follows. 1. On the research subjects, most research papers studied healthy adults. 2. Thirteen variables were identified that were used more than 5 times in various researches were self efficacy, barrier, social support, benefit, physiological characteristics, habit, personality, intention, health status, motivation, subjective norm, attitude, and affect. The most frequently supported determinant was self efficacy, the second one was social support, the third was affect and so on. But few research papers found any significant relationship between subject norms or attitude and exercise. 3. On exercise measurement, only 22.4% of research papers considered intensity, duration, frequency as elements of exercise, and 64.5% of researches were assessed by self-reported questionnaires. 4. In research design, 80.3% of research papers were survey type research. The most frequently used statistcal method was Regression. 5. 44.8% of research papers were done without any theoretical basis. Based on the above findings the following suggestions are made : 1. Research which includes diverse populations with different levels of health status needs to be studied. 2. Determinants of exercise may be dynamic and varing in their influence, therefore, stages of exercise behavior and processes of change need to be studied. 3. In research design, more prospective, longitudinal studies are needed to identify determinants of exercise habits. 4. It is necessary to develop a reliable, valid exercise measurement tool. 5. Studies are needed to develop a theoretical framework for exercise behavior.

DRG 지불제도 시범사업에 대한 평가 및 개선방안 연구 - DRG 시범사업 참여기관 의견을 중심으로 - (A Survey on Opinions on the DRG Reimbursement System)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the opinions of hospital managers on DRG pilot study. Methods: Managers of 800 hospitals which had participated in DRG pilot study during the period 1997-1999, were requested to respond to structured self-administerd questionnaire. The questionnaire was composed with six categories: the motivation and satisfaction for the DRG pilot study, the opinions on the level of unit price, the appropriateness of DRG classification, the change of medical service quality during the pilot study, the patient's complains resulted from DRG system. and the opinions on the nation-wide application of DRG system. Results : Of the 800 subjects, 327(clinic, 210: 25 hospitals, 82 general hospitals, and 16 tertiary hospitals) completed the questionnaire, and the overall response rate was 41%, 121 hospitals(27%) answered that they participated in DRG pilot study because of convenience of claims and 118 hospitals(35%) dissatisfied with DRG system. 251 hospitals(85%) thought that the level of unit price under the DRG system was same as or lower than that of fee-for service. 297 hospitals(92%) responded that DRG classification should be modified and 137 hospitals(47%) experienced deterioration of medical service quality during the DRG pilot study. The 116 hospitals(35%) experienced the patient's complains resulted from DRG system. The 85 hospitals(88%) didn't want nation-wide application of DRG system. Conclusion: Most of the responded managers seemed to have negative opinions on DRG pilot study, even though they had been participated voluntarily. Further studies and extensive evaluations of DRG reimbursement system are needed before nation-wide application.

  • 본 연구에서는 신체활동 모니터링이 가능한 스마트 의류와 연동되는 스마트 피트니스 콘텐츠와 관련하여 실용성을 갖춘 소비자 맞춤형 스마트 콘텐츠 개발 기획 연구의 일환으로, 타겟소비자의 잠재적 수요를 반영한 셀프트레이닝 지원용 스마트 피트니스 콘텐츠 개발의 구체적인 구현방향을 탐색하였다. 그 결과, 스마트 피트니스 콘텐츠에 대한 잠재적 수요는 시간 경과의 순서에 따라 '운동시작 전'의 단계에서는 '사용 접근성', '흥미유도', '다각적 스토리라인'의 범주어가 도출되었고, '운동수행 중'의 단계에서는 '실시간 음성코칭', '정확한 운동자세 모니터링', '개인 맞춤형 운동처방'이 도출되었다.'운동 직후'의 단계에서는 '실질적 보상제도', '등급제도', '체형변화 모니터링', '일상생활 모니터링'이 도출되었고, '다음 운동으로 연결'의 단계에서는 '동기유발', '높은 지속성' 이 도출되었다.

비전공자를 대상으로 한 프로그래밍 수업에서 동질적 학습 집단 구성을 위한 사례 분석 (Case analysis for constructing a homogeneous learning group in programming lessons for non-specialists)

  • 본 연구는 비전공생 대상의 프로그래밍 교육에서 중·소규모의 학생 수로 구성된 학습에서도 학습 성취도를 높일 수 있는 방안으로 동질적 학습 집단 구성의 필요성을 제안하기 위하여 진행되었다. 학부전공별 수업이 진행되고 있는 현실에서 이러한 집단구성이 학습자를 동질 집단으로 분류할 수 있는 요인인지 살펴보았다. 학습내용의 난이도는 동질 집단을 분류하는 요인에 영향을 미칠 것으로 보고, 난이도가 쉬운 중간성취도와 기말성취도를 나누어 요인을 분석하였다. 또한 난이도와 상관없이 학기내 지속적 학습 의지를 갖는데 영향을 끼치는 요인을 분석하기 위해 두 성적간의 차이에 영향을 미치는 요인도 살펴보았다. 학습자의 성별과 학부전공은 학업성취도에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 현재 학부전공별로 프로그래밍 수업이 진행되고 있는 수업환경을 재고해볼 필요가 있을 것으로 보인다. 난이도가 쉬운 학습내용의 학업성취도에는 학습자의 개인적동기가 영향을 미쳤고, 난이도가 어려운 학습내용의 학업성취도와 성취도의 유지에는 수행자기효능감이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
