본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 이타행동과 이에 영향을 미치는 도덕적 정체성, 성격강점, 가족건강성, 도덕적 고양과 자기통제력 변인들의 구조적 관계를 탐색하는 것이었다. 연구모형으로는 도덕적 정체성, 성격강점, 가족건강성이 이타행동에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것과 도덕적 고양과 자기통제력을 통해 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것을 포함하는 부분매개모형을, 대안모형으로는 세 개의 변인이 도덕적 고양과 자기통제력을 통해서만 이타행동에 영향을 미치는 완전매개 모형을 설정하여, 두 모형을 비교 평가한 후 연구모형을 최종 선정하였다. 이와 함께 최종모형을 이용하여 변인들 간의 구조적 인과관계를 분석하고 남자대학생과 여자대학생 집단 간의 구조적관계에서의 차이를 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 도덕적 정체성은 도덕적 고양과 자기통제력을 완전매개하여 이타행동에 영향을 미치며, 성격강점은 도덕적 고양, 자기통제력을 매개하여 이타행동에 직접적인 영향을 미치며, 도덕적 고양과 자기통제력을 차례로 매개하여 이타행동에 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 가족건강성은 자기통제력을 매개해서만 이타행동에 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 남녀 대학생집단에 따라서는 구조적 관계에 차이가 없었으나, 성격강점이 도덕적 고양에 이르는 경로계수에서는 유의한 차이가 나타났다.

본 연구의 목적은 융복합 시대에서 대학생의 성격강점(인간애) 및 자기통제력과 이타행동의 관계에서 도덕적 고양의 매개효과를 규명하기 위한 것이었다. 이를 위해 청주에 소재한 C대학교 재학생 647명을 대상으로 네 가지 측정도구인 성격강점(인간애), 자기통제력, 도덕적 고양, 이타행동 검사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료를 가지고 SPSS 프로그램과 AMOS을 통한 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시하였으며 최종 모델의 적합도 지수는 CFI=.937, TLI=.917, RMSEA=.077로 나타났다. 본 연구의 주된 연구결과는 첫째, 성격강점(인간애)와 자기통제력은 이타행동에 모두 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 실시한 결과 도덕적 고양은 성격강점(인간애), 자기통제력과 이타행동 관계에서 매개효과가 있는 것을 확인하였다.

Further education for teachers is required for reforms of elementary education curricula and their career development. Principles of relevance, selectivity and hierarchy should be followed in the construction of further education curricula system for math teachers of senior high school. The following curricula should be included in the system: A. moral elevation and idea renewal curricula; B. theoretic curricula on math education; C. curricula on math education design; D. curricula on math education research; E. curricula on modern educational technology; F. curricula on knowledge renewal and extension.

This study analyzed relation with risk recognition degree by customs business of customs brokers and actuality insurance accident occurrence. These study finding that risk recognition by customs work area of customs brokers and actuality insurance accident occur did not agree. So customs brokers more elevate risk recognition of entry field, origin/trademark right, HS and customs tariff application, customs refund, price estimation that are high the insurance accident rate. and they may have to do emphasis administration through employee education and ability elevation. Specially, operation risk that is produced from charge employee's simplicity mistake who tax invoice omission, a tax use mistake, document nondelivery, notice dispatch delayed action, may have to manage through moral management and employee bylaws and education, employee guidance etc. Also, they publicize these contents to import and export enterprise, and practice risk management of high risk business in priority through education and public information. so we will have to make can do more effective risk management.
