A study on Customer satisfaction and Repurchase intention on Chinese Mobile service

  • This study to investigate Mobile service quality factors influencing on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention for the research purpose. This study collected data by a survey method for an empirical. A total of 340 replies were used for data analysis. While 340 replies were collected from Chinese users of Mobile e-commerce. Our results support previous researches to results of SPSS analysis all of the 7 hypotheses, 4 hypotheses are adopted and 3 are deleted. After an empirical analysis of this study, the academic implications are as follows. As there have not been many academic studies related to mobile commerce quality, this study can be a meaningful framework when quality factors associated with mobile commerce are being analyzed. This paper as the mobile commerce industry is very sensitive to environmental changes, academic research that can be used to cope with these changes is continuously required. Further studies should be carried out to overcome limitations that have not been analyzed by this study.

Empirical Investigation of the Relationship between the Operational Competence of Service Providers and the Use and Adoption of Mobile Commerce

  • This study models the operational competence of mobile service providers as an endogenous factor that presumably impacts the mobile commerce (m-commerce) adoption of consumers and examines the relationship between the perceptions of consumers toward the operational performance of m-commerce providers and their m-commerce adoption likelihood. Quantitative research is applied with data collected from wireless Internet consumers in South Korea. The data is analyzed using factor analysis and structural equation modeling methods. The findings suggest that the operational competence of m-commerce providers is a significant antecedent to the m-commerce use and adoption of consumers in Korea. In this environment, the operational competence of mobile service providers in managing facilities, equipment, systems and technology plays a central role in enhancing m-commerce use and adoption. Based on the results, important managerial implications are discussed.

Evaluation of Functionality and Added Value Factors to the Usage of Mobile Telecommunication Services

  • Purpose - This study aims to provide a brief understanding of usability and its extended models with TAM as well as identifying additional determinants that had been suggested in previous studies on mobile services. Research design, data, and methodology - Empirical data were collected by conducting a field survey of potential mobile application service users. The call for participation was also made in mobile related application issues, which were widely discussed. Result - The ease of use and usefulness had a significantly positive influence on attitude and intention. It also was revealed that added value services can offer practical value to customers. Thus, positive attitudes toward the adoption of services by customers are present when they perceive higher usefulness and ease of use of mobile application services. Conclusion - It was indicated that customers who are more inclined to try new products or who have a higher demand for new things tend to think about those functionalities and added value mobile application services from the perspective of usefulness and ease of use and operation.

병원 모바일 앱 서비스 품질이 소비자 만족, 관여도, 재이용 의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Hospital Mobile App Service Quality on Consumer Satisfaction, Involvement, and Reuse Intention)

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study is to identify the influence of the hospital mobile app service quality on consumer satisfaction, involvement, and re-use intention of consumers who have experience in hospital mobile app service. Methodology: The survey was conducted on 230 users. The collected data were analyzed using correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and the Process Model in Hayes(2013). Findings: (1)The usability, reliability, and medical information provision among the service quality factors of hospital mobile apps had an effect on reuse intention, and consumer satisfaction partially mediated. (2)The usability and the provision of medical information were partially mediated by the involvement, which also affected the intention to reuse. (3)Only reliability showed an age-moderated effect. In reliability and re-use intent, age was a moderated mediating effect that controlled the effect of consumer satisfaction. Practical Implications: The results of this study provide initial data of mobile app services centered on hospitals and prove the type of consumer usage. It suggests that it can be used to attract potential consumers of hospitals and strategies to increase the use of mobile apps.

Customer's Satisfaction About Mobile Banking Distribution Channel in Vietnamese Commercial Banks

  • Purpose: In the context of the emergence of industry 4.0, using mobile phones as a modern distribution channel to execute financial services is a significant solution for commercial banks' retail services and a gateway to promote financial inclusion and market development. Despite that service quality and customer satisfaction are two diverse notions and closely related to each other in the service sector, there is hardly a research which empirically examines the impacts of each dimensions of mobile banking service quality and customer satisfaction. Research design, data and methodology: This study first employs in-depth interview to explore various aspects of mobile banking service quality dimensions, including empathy, responsiveness, tangibility, assurance, and reliability that serves to develop measurement scales and hypothesis development. A quantitative survey is followed to collect data from 265 Vietnamese bank customers to empirically test the conceptual model. Resutls: Our findings indicate that more human-related factors including empathy, assurance, and responsiveness show the strongest impacts on customer satisfaction with mobile banking service while tangibility and reliability, as technical aspects, are less influential factors. Conclusions: Finally, some crucial implications are drawn for the banks to manage consumer behavior in mobile banking.

  • VoIP는 voice와 data를 packet 형태로 통합하여 실시간으로 전송하는 기술이다. 최근 VoIP는 voice와 data를 통합하는 핵심 기술로 발전하고 있다. VoIP 기술 중에서 SIP는 VoIP에서 사용하는 H.323 처럼 real time Call 서비스를 위한 signaling protocol이다. 하지만 mobile user를 고려할 때 VoIP는 Mobile IP와 같은 기술과 결합이 절대적으로 필요하다. Mobile IP는 Mobile host가 인터넷상에서 임의의 위치에 접속하더라도 자신의 address로 transport되는 packet을 수신 할 수 있도록 IP 프로토콜을 확장한 기술이다. VoIP Network에서 Mobile service를 위해 해결해야 할 중요한 과제는 Delay 개선이다. 특히, VoIP 서비스가 Mobile IP와 결합할 경우 Delay 때문에 optimal service를 지원하지 못할 수 있다. This paper에서는 지금까지 연구된 방법과는 달리 SIP를 이용하여 Delay를 개선하였다. 본 연구결과는 현재 진행중인 IP 패킷을 이용한 wired/wireless Integrated service에 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • 압축 기술의 발전으로 디지털 방송 서비스가 보편화되고 네트워크 기술의 발전으로 IP망을 통한 디지털 방송 콘텐츠 전달기술 개발이 꾸준히 진행되고 있다. 그 결과, 국내의 경우 IPTV(Internet Protocol TV) 관련법이 제정되어 올해부터 IPTV 서비스의 상용화가 시작되었다. 특히 IPTV 서비스는 방송과 통신이 융합된 형태로 향후 다양한 방송 서비스를 양방향 데이터 서비스와 융합할 수 있는 기반을 제공한다는 점에서 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 또한, 최근 다양한 형태의 무선접속 기술과 고기능의 모바일 단말이 지속적으로 개발되면서 IPTV의 장점과 Mobile TV의 장점을 가진 Mobile IPTV에 대한 기대도 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이종의 무선 액세스망으로 구성된 차세대 유무선 통합망 환경에서 다양한 컴퓨팅 능력을 가진 단말을 통해 Mobile IPTV 서비스를 제공하기 위해 필요한 요소기술을 살펴보고, RTSP(Real Time Streaming Protocol) 프로토콜을 이용한 사용자 이동성 및 서비스 세션 이동성을 보장할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 그리고, Mobile IPTV 서비스의 확장성을 보장하기 위해 서비스 게이트웨이 개념을 도입하여 개발한 Mobile IPTV 서비스 플랫폼에 대해서 설명한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 DIAMETER AAA(Authentication, Authorization and Accounting) 하부 구조를 가지고 Mobile IP 액세스 기법을 사용하는 cdma2000 패킷 데이터 서비스에서 W(mobile node)와 AAAH(home AAA server)간의 상호 인증과 Mobile IP 개체들간에 안전한 세션키 분배를 위한 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 프로토콜은 DIAMETER AAA 하부 구조를 가정하며 c의 비효율성을 개선하고, 인증과 키 분배 프로토콜의 안전성 요구 사항들을 모두 만족한다. 또한 1xEV-DO에 대한 패킷 데이터 세션 하이재킹 공격을 방지하기 위해 제안된 기법에 의해 분배된 키를 1xEV-DO 무선 인터페이스 패킷 데이터 보안을 위한 키 생성에 적용한다.

  • Along with the evolution of wireless internet environment, information services in mobile internet are being explosively increased. However, due to the high expense for the use of those services, it is not easy to collect the devoted customers. In order to overcome the adverse conditions, the service should be supported by a strategic application system which facilitates easier and fast service for customer's information needs than that of traditional on-line internet. In this paper, we investigate the strategy how to provide the information service under the customer satisfaction, and also consider some ways of personalization of information service and information provision in real-time. As a result of the works, we develop a system, MoSA-CRM(Mobile Service Application based on CRM) to support customer-oriented information service. We believe that the MoSA-CRM system can provide some benefits for information providers in mobile e-commerce market such as flexibility in business strategy, systematic customer relationship management, and growth in financial ability.

  • 최근 이동전화의 대중화로 이동전화 서비스를 제공받고자 하는 이동전화 인구는 폭발적으로 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 또한 CDMA와 같은 휴대용 단말기의 소형화와 경량화, 휴대용 전화를 통한 이동전화 서비스의 필요성이 증가함에 따라 이에 필요한 평가항목 개발과 시험환경 구축이 시급한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이에 이동전화 서비스 환경의 필수적인 단말기에 대한 시험원리에 대한 소개와 무선망상에서 사용되는 시험호인 무선데이터에 대한 전반적인 설명을 하면서 무선데이터를 이용한 품질평가 방법 형태에 대하여 현황과 앞으로의 전망에 대하여 알아보고자 한다.
