Types of Coping with a Mistake in Clinical Practice of Nursing Students

  • This study was attempted to contribute to enhancing the quality of practical education by using Q-methodology to find out how nursing students cope with a mistake during clinical practice. From October 3rd to 26th, 2016, 30 Q-statements were selected through in-depth interviews and prior papers to identify response patterns for mistakes in the 3rd to 4th grade of the Department of Nursing at K University. The analysis using the QUANL program has four types. the first type was named the frankness type, the second type was named the forwardness type, the third type was named the evasion type, the fourth type was named the anxiousness type. In this paper we proposed that the practical guidance instructor and the field instructor need to understand the individual recognition style of each student and to develop coping strategies considering the individuality and to cooperate with education and guidance. In addition, in order to establish a positive cognitive formation and coping method in case of a mistake, it is necessary to educate management about mistakes in systematic nursing student clinical practice.

  • 온라인상에서 정보는 지속적으로 증가하고 있지만, 이러한 정보들의 정확성을 유지하려는 노력이 부족하여 부정확한 정보들이 양산되고 있는 실정이다. 이미 웹에서의 정보의 관리에 대한 연구는 다양한 방법과 관점으로 이루어지고 있지만, 특정 대상에 대한 웹에서의 정확한 정보 제공의 중요성과 오류정보의 제공에 대한 문제점 및 관리방안 제시는 아직 연구 사례 없고 정보의 정확성을 유지 할 수 있는 시스템이 제대로 갖추어지지도 않고 있다. 본 연구에서는 온라인상에서의 오류정보의 문제와 그 관리의 중요성을 인식하고, 웹 사이트에서 현상정보를 제공함에 있어 요구되는 오류 정보들에 대한 관리 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 우선 문헌조사 및 선행연구를 동하여 정보의 오류에 대한 정의를 내리고, 오류 정보를 유형별로 분류하였다. 그리고 온라인상에서의 부산항 관련 정보제공 현황 및 오류 정보제공의 실태조사 및 분석을 하였다. 조사된 오류 정보들의 유형과 특성을 반영하여, 항만 관련 웹 사이트의 관리에 있어 오류 정보가 사이트의 신뢰성 확보에 얼마나 영향을 미치는지와 항만의 현황정보 및 운영정보에서 최신성과 정확성의 중요성을 인식하도록 하였다.

Sources of Inducing Shame versus Anger at In-group Failure and Consumption Type

  • Purpose: This research aimed at exploring the antecedents of feeling ashamed and anger when customers perceive the rightness of object of criticism induced from in-group failure triggered due to my mistake or others' mistake, and identifying the effects of shame and anger on customers' consumption type. Research design, data and methodology: This research used 2 (failure caused by my mistake versus failure caused by others' mistake) between- subjects design, and collected 353 data through on-line survey, and structural equation model of Amos 21.0 was used to verify the hypotheses developed by reviewing the past literature. Results: First, feeling anger motivates customers to choose compensatory consumption behaviors whereas shame leads people to choose adaptive consumption behaviors. Second, customer's feeling of shame and anger is depending on the perceived rightness of the criticism induced from the failure caused by my mistake or others' mistake. Conclusions: Marketers should notice that even shame and anger are included to negative emotions, customers who feel ashamed are different from customers who feel anger in view of approaching consumption. They should conduct their marketing focused on the adaptive consumption to ashamed consumers and do the marketing based on compensatory consumption to angry consumers.

초가속수명시험(HALT) 및 고장분석을 이용한 실장기판의 신뢰성 향상방안 (PCB Reliability Improvement Through HALT Test and Failure Analysis)

  • HALT (Highly Accelerated Life Test) was performed to improve the reliability by removing the potential failure for newly developing PCB used for the vibration condition from 2OHz to 2OOHz. During HALT, it is found that the lead of Al electrolytic capacitor of SMD type is detached from PCB. As the result for the failure analysis and FEM (Finite Element Method), it is clarified that the root cause for this failure is the improper attachment of an Al electrolytic capacitor on PCB by the mistake of a PCB design. HALT was performed in previous condition to verify the failure analysis after molding an epoxy resin to overcome the PCB design mistake and it is not observed the same failure. Therefore, it is assumed that the same failure in field will be not occurred by the proper implementation.

  • In case of analysis of discrete data, it shows by way of example orthogonal array experiment for o, 1 data. This paper introduced expirical logit transformation and the type of Freeman-Tukey inverse sine transformation. As the result of analysis of variance, empirical logit transformation turned out a mistake in application but it is possible for graphical analysis by normal probability paper.

A Study on a Trend of Human Error Types Observed in a Simulated Computerized Nuclear Power Plant Control Room

  • Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate a trend of human error types observed in a series of verification and validation experiments for an Advanced Control Room(ACR) equipped with Lager Display Panel(LDP), Work Station Flat Panel Display(WS FPD), list type Alarm System(AS), Soft Control(SC) and Computerized Procedure System(CPS). Background: Operator behaviors in a fully computerized control room are quite different from those in a traditional hard-wired control room. Operators in an ACR all together monitor plant status and variables through their own interface system such as LDP and WS FPD, are notified of abnormal plant status through their own list type AS, control the plant through their own SC, and follow the structured procedure through their own CPS whereas operators in a traditional control room only separately do their duty directed by their supervisor. Especially the secondary task such as manipulating the user interface of ACR can be an extra burden to all the operators including the supervisor. Method: The Reason's human error classification method was applied to operators' behavioral data collected from a series of verification and validation experiments where operators showed their plant operational behaviors under a couple of harsh scenarios using the ACR simulator. Results: As operators accustomed to the new ACR system, knowledge or rule based mistakes appearing frequently in the early series of experiments decreased drastically in the latest stage of the series. Slip and lapse types of errors were observed throughout the series of experiments. Conclusion: Education and training can be one of the most important factors for the operators accustomed to the traditional control room to be adapted to the new system and to run the ACR successfully. Application: The results of this study implied that knowledge or rule based mistakes can be reduced by training and education but that lapse type errors might be reduced only through innovative improvement in human-system interface design or teamwork culture design including a new leadership style suitable for ACR.

Also, see significant difference that analyzes interrelation between leading persons about human mistake in semiconductor industry and connect interrelation of mistake by this. Continuously, dictionary road map to human error theoretical background to basis traditional accidental cause model and modern accident cause model and leading persons. I wish to present model and new model in semiconductor industry by backbone that leading persons of existing scholars who present model of existent human error deduce relation. Finally, I wish to deduce backbone of model of pre-suppression about accident leading person of the person center.

Stick Type Ignition Coil Jacket PET의 접촉응력 해석 (Contact Stress Analysis of Stick Type Ignition Coil Jacket PET)

  • Stick type ignition coil is new development that connect directly with ECU(Electronic control unit), without needing a spark plug cable and distributor. Glass-fiber reinforced ploymeric composites provide the desirable properties of high stiffness and strength as well as low specific weight. Stick type ignition coil jacket is using PBT CF30 resin. PBT CF30 resin is a kind of electric insulation which is a superior engineering plastic that is used to prevent the leakage of the electrical current. If PET receive a mistake of design or excessive force when HV terminal oppress on jacket, it can happen to crack. Local stress concentrations occurring on the contact surface, the contact phenomenon becomes a direct cause to the wear and failure of mechanical structures. When it is cracked, it can allow a leakage of the electrical current. So, in this study, we analyze the contact stress to PBT jacket using ANSYS program, when HV terminal oppress on jacket. We suppose PBT to be Jacket and we analyzed contact stress that happens in PET like PBT analysis method. We compared the use of PBT and PET.

기계경비의 오경보 관리방안 (A Study on the False Alarm Management of Alarm Monitoring Service)

  • 본 연구는 문헌연구를 기초로 기계경비서비스의 공급자인 기계경비업체의 서비스 담당자와 인터뷰를 실시하여 그 결과를 분석하여 오경보 관리방안을 제시하였다. 고객의 실수로 인한 오경보를 줄이기 위해 고객 시설의 특성에 맞는 교육도구의 제공이 필요하며, 고객의 실수에 의해 불필요한 출동이 이루어 졌을 경우 일정한 금액의 출동수수료를 고객에게 부과할 수 있는 제도적 합의를 도출할 필요가 있다. 기기의 결함 및 설치 등으로 인해 발생하는 오경보 문제를 개선하기 위하여 기기의 기술기준과 설치기준을 표준화 하는 것이 필요하며, 오경보에 영향을 많이 주는 열선감지기의 성능을 개선하기 위한 새로운 형태의 감지기 개발이 필요하다. 오경보에 대한 용어의 정의와 사용자에 대한 오경보 방지 교육내용을 보다 전문적이고 세부적인 가이드라인 형태로 규정화 하는 것이 필요하다.

리눅스 커널에서 하드닝 기능 구현 (Implementation of the Kernel Hardening Function in the Linux Kernel)

  • 본 논문은 리눅스 커널 운영체제에서 커널 개발자의 실수나 의도하지 않은 오류 등으로 인하여 발생되는 시스템 정지 현상 또는 시스템 패닉 현상을 줄이기 위한 커널 하드닝 구현 내용을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 커널 하드닝 기능은 문제가 발생한 리눅스 커널 부분을 수행중인 프로세스를 정지시킴으로써 안정적인 커널 수행을 보장한다. 그러나 커널 하드닝 기능을 구현할 경우에 문제가 있는 모든 프로세스를 무조건 복구하는 것이 아니라 복구 가능성을 판별하여, 복구 가능한 프로세스에 대해서만 동작이 되도록 한다. 오류가 발생한 커널 코드에 대해서 복구 가능한 경우에는 ASSERT( ) 함수에서 복구가 가능하도록 구현되었다.
