As face-to-face communication has become difficult due to the COVID-19 pandemic, studies have been conducted to understand the impact of non-face-to-face communication, but there is a lack of research that examines this through messenger application reviews. This study aims to identify the impact of the pandemic through Latent Dirichlet Allocation (LDA) topic modeling by collecting review data of 메신저 applications in the Google Play Store and suggest service strategies accordingly. The study categorized the data based on when the pandemic started and the ratings given by users. The analysis showed that messenger is mainly used by middle-aged and older people, and that family communication increased after the pandemic. Users expressed frustration with the application's updates and found it difficult to adapt to the changes. This calls for a development approach that adjusts the frequency of updates and actively listens to user feedback. Also, providing an intuitive and simple user interface (UI) is expected to improve user satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the trends of research themes of the Korean dance in recent 20 years using text mining. The study has analyzed 3,047 words in 1,468 academic papers posted in the Research & Information Services Section(RISS). TEXTOM, a big data analysis solution, has been used to refine and analyse data, and the keyword analysis and topic modeling have been adopted during the text-mining process to come up with meaningful results. First, the theme of studies has shifted from the structure of the basic Korean dance moves to the use and transmission of the Korean dance. Second, those who participate in studies of the Korean dance have changed from middle-aged women to elderly women. Third, studies on dance records have been inactivated. Fourth, studies on Choi Seung-hee have consistently been a subject of interest. Fifth, the focus of studies has turned from the Korean creative dance to the Korean traditional dance. Sixth, there are no iconic research themes that would lead the academic trends with no clear boundaries of research themes.

The objective of the work is to analyze the factors affecting on changes in filial piety responsibility expectation. For the analysis, this study focuses on the two factors-aging effect and cohort effect. This work analyzes the 4 wave Hallym Aging Panel Data with random intercept model. In the study cohort is divided by the criteria of birth year 1940. and the former cohort is called colony-war cohort and the latter cohort is called industrialization-democratization cohort. The results are in following. First, older cohort shows higher filial piety responsibility expectation score than younger cohort. Second, age shows no relationship with filial responsibility expectation score. Third, male and resident in rural area shows higher score. Forth income, year of schooling, and subjective health show negative relationship with responsibility score.

Purpose : Although Korea's health insurance system and access to medical care are well established compared to other countries, the rate of non-fulfillment of dental treatment is high. Medical use rates can be affected by economic characteristics, individual heatlh condtions, health concerns, and health behaviors. This study was implemented to investigate the effect of the middle-aged elderly people's family living together on the dental examination rate and to use it as basic data for program development, research, and poicies to promote oral health. Methods : Raw data from the 7th national health and nutrition survey conducted by the Korea centers for disease control and prevention (2016~2018) were used and analyzed using SPSS 21.0 Version (IBM, United States). Results : As a result of the study family types accroding to general characteristics, the more women are (p<.001), the higther the age (p<.001), the lower the hosehold income level (p<.001), the lower the educational background (p<.001), the more people who live in Eup-Myeon (p<.001) It was fouend that the rate of living alone was high. The dental examination rate according to general characteristics was related to age (p<.001), income (p<.001), and educational background (p<.001), and the higher the examination rate was in the same (p<.001), and the higher the family living together (p<.001). Factors influencing whether or not dental treatment was not performed were in the following order: household income (p<.001), age (p=.001), and family type (p=.017). Conclusion : The above results confirmed the relationship between family membership and dental examination rates, and measures such as the development and operation of participatory programs to improve public oral health by resolving medical inequality and enhancing health equity, and it is believed that the development of professional manpower and the operation of education and programs for professionals are necessary.

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the prevalence and related factors of metabolic syndrome in postmenopausal adult women in South Korea. Methods: Data of 678 postmenopausal adult women aged 19 to 64 were collected from the Eighth Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey in 2021 and analyzed by a complex sampling design using SPSS 20.1. Results: The prevalence of metabolic syndrome in postmenopausal adult women was 25.8%. The prevalence was 1.93 times (confidence interval [CI]=1.15~3.25, p=.014) higher for high school graduates, 2.55 times (CI=1.33~4.91, p=.005) higher for middle school graduates, and 2.90 times (CI=1.36~6.15, p=.006) higher for elementary school graduates, compared to college graduates. It was found that artificial menopausal women had 2.74 times (CI=1.18~6.38, p=.020) higher prevalence than natural menopausal women. In addition, women who perceived their health as bad were 1.90 times (CI=1.14~3.16, p=.014) higher than women who perceived their health as good, and women who did not muscle exercise more than twice a week had 1.87 times (CI=1.05~3.34, p=.034) higher prevalence than women who did muscle exercise. Conclusion: Therefore, in order to effectively prevent and manage metabolic syndrome in postmenopausal adult women, a focus must be placed on vulnerable groups to manage these factors.

This study examined how middle-aged female consumers' environmental consciousness influences their attitudes and ethical purchasing behavior toward RUR (recycling, upcycling, and reuse) knit products. The research employs a survey method, targeting 30-40 year old women residing in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do Province. On-line and off-line data collection were conducted. The following conclusions emerged through statistical analyses, including factor analysis, cluster analysis, t-test, and regression analysis. Firstly, respondents' environmental consciousness variables were classified into two factors, delineating high and low environmental consciousness clusters, demonstrating significant differences between them. Secondly, the high environmental consciousness cluster exhibited more positive consumer attitudes and ethical purchasing behavior towards RUR knit products. Moreover, it was established that environmental pollution consciousness and eco-friendly product purchase consciousness influenced environmental consciousness on consumer attitudes and ethical purchasing behavior. Lastly, the study confirmed that consumer attitudes mediated environmental consciousness and ethical purchasing behavior. In conclusion, this research establishes a meaningful link between environmental consciousness, consumer attitudes, and ethical purchasing behavior in 30-40 year old women. Environmentally conscious groups positively influence attitudes toward RUR knitted fashion and promote ethical purchasing behavior. Consequently, it is recommended that knit fashion companies prioritize environmental consciousness and eco-friendly products in their marketing strategies. Furthermore, diversifying the application of RUR knit products, coupled with eco-friendly production techniques, can amplify their appeal and utility, ensuring a positive impact on consumer behavior.

This study was undertaken to provide basic data to aid product development and marketing by identifying purchasing behaviors and performing Important Performance Analysis (IPA) according to the consumption values of rice cakes. This study was conducted on 426 consumers who purchased rice cakes. Analysis was performed to determine general characteristics, consumption behaviors, preference for rice cakes, material preferences for rice cake development, need for rice cake development, and importance and satisfaction when selecting rice cakes. Cluster analysis classified consumption values into three clusters. The high and middle consumption value groups contained the greatest proportions of consumers aged over fifty. The high and medium consumption value groups preferred rice cakes more than the low consumption value group. Higher rice cake consumption value was positively associated with the greater preference for rice cakes. Furthermore, the perceived need to develop rice cakes was greatest in the high consumption value group. In addition, importance and satisfaction were positively associated with consumption value. IPA analysis showed that the attributes that require continuous attention because of their contributions to importance and satisfaction were taste, quantity, and hygiene. Different rice cake marketing and product development strategies are required for different consumption values.

The aesthetic appearance of the incisors is essential for a natural and healthy smile, and it is also an important factor for confidence in interpersonal relationships. If there is crowding or protrusion of the anterior teeth, root canal treatment and excessive tooth removal are often required to resolve it in a short period of time. However, it is difficult to achieve sustainable aesthetic results. In this case, orthodontic treatment will be necessary to preserve the remaining tooth structure as much as possible. Middle-aged and elderly patients are often aware of the need for orthodontic treatment, but they are hesitant to use the traditional orthodontic treatment method using brackets because of the social gaze. In this case, clear aligners can be a good option. So, in this article, a case in which aesthetic needs were resolved with clear aligners alone and another case in which satisfactory results were obtained through restorative treatment following clear aligners application are reported.

Takayasu arteritis (TA) is a disease that causes inflammation and stenosis of medium to large blood vessels. We report a case of a 50-year-old female patient with newly developed hypertension, syncope, and claudication of the extremities. Total occlusion of the left subclavian artery at the origin was found and significant stenosis of the right common iliac artery was revealed by hemodynamic analysis. She was successfully treated with percutaneous angioplasty for multiple peripheral arterial diseases and was finally diagnosed with TA. In consultation with a rheumatologist, medical treatment for TA was initiated, the patient's hypertension disappeared, and her claudication symptoms improved.

This study is an instrumental case study based on a theoretical proposition on animal phobia as a single case, Six categories were derived for the purpose of psychological analysis of the father of a female research participant suffering from the earthworm phobia. They are 'a fearful existence', 'problems with the woman who is always by her father's side', 'secret adultery and shock', 'fear of punishment', 'symbol for earthworm and fear displacement', and 'earthworm phobia'. Anxiety about punishment from a fearful father was the cause of the phobia. For the study participant, the earthworm phobia was the displacement of her father's fear of earthworm, and the earthworm phobia was interpreted as a substitute for her father. In other words, earthworm phobia should be understood as an escape and defense process as it replaces the re-emergence of long-repressed fearful feeling toward her father, and its symbolism can be seen as a metaphorical transformation of the pathological family atmosphere.
