Fermented materials have been used for long time around the world and have been researched according to the excellent effect in the part of medical and food industry. However, when such materials are applied on skin, because of the skin barrier, the most effective ingredients are poorly absorbed. The absorption of the skin is exceedingly limited and the method of increasing skin absorption needs special procedures. The micro-needle therapy is a method used to improve the absorption of drug (solution) in the skin which is called "natural skin rejuvenation therapy". This therapy uses micro-needle which is equipped with very thin, delicate needles smaller than a 0.07 mm thick hair. During this therapy, the micro-needle makes small holes and helps absorb the solution into the skin. This is a very excellent therapy in skin absorption. It can be used in wide regions of the skin without any side effects and no recovery time. In 2007, the micro-needle is permitted to personal care. However, the solutions have not yet been developed professionally, and such skill is needed.

Objectives : There are numerous methods in treating acne scar. On the contrary there are hardly any cases on treating acne scars through Korean medicine. By observing we compared how much acne scar was treated by scar regeneration acupuncture therapy and micro-needle therapy treatment through observing pre and post case photos, KAGS, KCADI and patient satisfaction. Results : By comparing pre and post procedure through acne scar grade criteria, total of 5 patients showed improvement and could see distinct change in skin comparing case photos. After comparing pre and post procedures, total of 5 patients showed improvements in figures of Korean acne index. 4 patients replied very satisfied and 1 replies satisfied on patient satisfaction survey. Conclusions : After observing patients satisfaction, and comparing case photos, acne scar grade criteria, korean acne index, it can be considered that scar regeneration acupuncture therapy and micro-needle therapy done in our clinic to be valid treatment.

본 연구는 자동미세다륜침 적용한 한 뒤 EGF를 50대여성의 노화피부에 공급하여 수분과 탄력의 증가, 색소와 눈가주름의 감소에 효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 50대여성 35명을 대상으로 2013년 10월 7일부터 2013년 12월 15일까지 총 70일간 이루어졌다. 연구결과 자동미세다륜침의 사용만으로 수분(<.01), 탄력(<.001)이 좋아졌으며, 색소(<.01)와 주름(<.001)이 감소하였다. 또한 활성성분인 EGF를 적용하였을 때 자동미세다륜침만 사용하였을 때 보다 좋은 결과를 나타냈다. 이에 재생을 촉진하는 EGF 등의 활성성분을 함께 사용한다면 긍정적인 효과를 더욱 증대시킬 것으로 사료된다.

본 연구는 MTS와 스피루리나 함유 화장품이 40~50대 중년여성의 피부 톤, 피부보습 및 색소침착, 미세주름 개선 등 피부에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 효과적인 피부 관리 방법을 제시하고자 실험을 진행하였다. 실험 방법은 MTS, 스피루리나 불 포함 세럼과 크림 팩을 사용한 8명의 대조군과 MTS, 스피루리나 함유 세럼과 크림 팩을 사용한 8명의 실험군으로 분류하였으며, 실험은 주 1회, 총 6회, 1회 관리 시간은 30분으로 시행하였다. 실험 전 0주, 실험 6주 후, 실험 종료 2주 후로 총 3회에 걸쳐 피부 변화를 측정하였다. 측정 결과, 스피루리나 함유 화장품을 사용한 실험군은 피부톤, 수분이 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였고(p<0.05), 대 소 색소 침착수, 눈꼬리 주름 면적, 멜라닌, 홍반은 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하였다(p<0.05). 실험 종료 2주 후, 실험 6회 후와 비교하여 관리의 지속성을 본 결과 실험군은 눈꼬리 주름 면적, 멜라닌이 통계적으로 유의하게 감소하였고(p<0.05), 피부 톤에서 피부 밝기, 수분은 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다(p<0.05). 실험이 종료된 후에도 지속적으로 피부 밝기, 미세주름, 멜라닌, 수분이 개선된 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. 피부 톤에서 색조 밝기, 채도 밝기, 대 소 색소 침착수, 홍반에서도 두 군 모두 실험 6회 후와 비교하여 실험이 종료된 2주 후에도 효과가 유지됨을 알 수 있었다. 결론적으로 MTS와 스피루리나 불 포함 화장품을 이용한 관리보다 MTS와 스피루리나 함유 화장품을 이용한 관리가 피부 톤, 피부보습 및 색소침착, 미세주름 개선에 변화량의 차이가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 관리 후 피부 상태를 묻는 질문에도 모두 만족한다고 응답하여 MTS와 스피루리나 함유 화장품을 이용한 관리가 중년여성의 노화 피부 개선을 위한 효율적인 피부 관리 프로그램 방법으로 적용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.
