In this study, we propose the guideline with strategic model for new product development. To establish the guideline, 1) we classify several types of successful surveyed cases that achieved open innovation through applying crowdsourcing into new product development environment, 2) draw case maps using two or three axis with characteristics such as: step of product development process, crowdsourcing frequency, and product type of each case, 3) define the type of applying crowdsourcing into new product development environment based on case analysis results, and tabulate a crowdsourcing type based on the defined crowdsourcing type, 4) finally, suggest the guideline with multiple points of view which embrace type of crowd, community management, participation method, knowledge adoption method, and reward policy. Using the suggested guideline will help a company to design and establish open innovation in new business model related to product development area.

It is considered to pressing problem that the develpment of the rapid and simple method and measuring instrument, can evaluate for quality of concrete at early period. Accordingly in this paper proposed to earlier evaluation method on quality of concrete using resistance method and ultra-sonic pulse velocity test. It was found to the possibility of development on test method and instrument through a series of fundmental investigation.

A method to analyze additives in a polyester resin has been studied by utilizing a centrifuge and a thin layer chromatography. Identification of the separated organic and inorganic compounds were carried out by spectrophotometers, such as NMR, UV-VIS, IR and XRD. For the polyester resin studied in this research contained organic and inorganic compounds which were found to be a dimer form of 2-phenylbenzoazole and an anatase form of $TiO_2$, respectively.

The paper presents a novel phase locked loop(PLL) control method for robust three-phase thyristor dual converters under sag, notch, and phase loss conditions. This method is applied to three line to line voltages of grid to derive three phase angle errors from three separated single-phase PLLs. They can substitute for abnormal phase to guarantee the synchronization in the various grid fault conditions. The performance of novel PLL with moving average method is verified through simulations.

This paper presents a dynamic workspace control method of underwater manipulator considering a floating ROV (Remotely Operated vehicle) motion caused by sea wave. This method is necessary for the underwater work required linear motion control of a manipulator's end-effector mounted on a floating ROV in undersea. In the proposed method, the motion of ROV is modeled as nonlinear first-order differential equation excluded dynamic elements. For online manipulator control achievement, we develop the position tracking method based on sensor data and EKF (Extended Kalman Filter) and the input velocity compensation method. The dynamic workspace control method is established by applying these methods to differential inverse kinematics solution. For verification of the proposed method, experimental data based test of ROV position tracking and simulation of the proposed control method are performed, which is based on the specification of the KORDI deep-sea ROV Hemire.

The previous acquisition method of GPS receiver for reference station adopts not only the coherent integration method but also the non-coherent integration method in order to enhance sensitivity under noisy environment. However, under noisy environment, the previous GPS signal acquisition method causes the non-coherent integration loss which is a major factor among losses that can be caused during GPS signal acquisition. The non-coherent integration loss also increases with the strength of the received noise. This paper has intention of analyzing the performance of the GPS signal acquisition method proposed to effectively enhance sensitivity of DGPS reference receiver under noisy environment. This paper presents that the proposed GPS signal acquisition method suppresses the non-coherent integration loss through post-processing simulation. Furthermore, with regard to the mean acquisition time, it is shown that the number of search cells of the proposed GPS signal acquisition method is much fewer than that of the previous GPS signal acquisition method.

A simultaneous high-performance liquid chromatography assay method for amoxicillin and ampicillin in fish products was developed, evaluated, and validated by monitoring these antibiotics in fish samples obtained from aquaculture and distribution. The recovery rate of this method was higher than those of conventional methods and was 95.3-106.6% for amoxicillin and 81.4-92.4% for ampicillin. Our pretreatment procedure sufficiently removed or reduced materials affecting HPLC analysis, such as low-molecular-weight substances. The performance limit of this method was evaluated as 0.01 ppm of amoxicillin and ampicillin in fish muscle. Finally, 171 fish samples, including olive flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus), common sea bass (Lateolabrax japonicus), and black rock fish (Sebastes schlegeli) collected from fish farms in the coastal area between April and September 2005 were analyzed to evaluate the overall efficiency of the method and to monitor the actual of amoxicillin and ampicillin usage in fish farms. The results indicated that the developed method was suitable for analyzing amoxicillin and ampicillin in fish muscle, and determined that those antibiotics were being used for fish farming but were not detected in fish samples during the shipping and distribution stages.

최근 임베디드 소프트웨어가 다양한 분야에서의 개발이 두드러지면서 그 요구사항들도 다양해지고 있다. 그 중 이슈화되고 있는 것 중 하나가 하드웨어와의 종속성을 반영한 체계적인 개발방법을 제시하는 것이다. 기존의 개발방법들은 하드웨어와의 밀접한 관계, 여러 유사 도메인에 대한 고수준의 재사용성 요구 등 임베디드 소프트웨어가 갖고 있는 특성들을 효과적으로 반영하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 제품계열적 접근방법을 통해 효율적인 임베디드 소프트웨어 개발방법을 제시하기 위한 개발프로세스 모델 설계방법을 제안한다. 개발프로세스 모델의 설계 중점은 먼저 효율적 요구사항 도출기법으로 디렉토리 방식의 도메인 스코핑 방식과 IDEF0 기반 비즈니스 모델을 제안한다. 다음으로 서비스 구조 기반의 컴포넌트 도출방식과 하드웨어 종속성을 고려한 아키텍처 설계 방식을 제안한다. 마지막으로 제안한 개발프로세스 설계모델이 어떻게 임베디드 소프트웨어 개발에 적용되는지를 보이기 위해 다중센서데이터 융합시스템에 적용한 결과를 설계과정마다 제시한다.
