모바일 인스턴트 메신저 50~60년대 TV나 20세기 초 전화만큼이나 우리의 삶을 변화시키고 있다. 따라서 많은 학자들은 모바일 인스턴트 메신저가 우리의 공동체 생활과 사회적 관계에서의 참여를 향상시키는지 아니면 해를 입히고 있는지에 대해 궁금증을 제시하고 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 2개 대학의 155명의 참여자를 대상으로 자신이 소유한 모바일 인스턴트 메신저가 외로움에 미치는 영향을 탐색해보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 높은 모바일 인스턴트 메신저 사용은 타인과의 의사소통을 감소시키고 결국 외로움을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다.

모바일 메신저는 20세기 초반의 전화기, 1950~60년대의 텔레비전과 마찬가지로 사람들의 삶에 큰 변화를 유발하였다. 하지만 많은 연구자들은 모바일 메신저가 공동체의 삶과 사회적 관계를 향상시키는지 혹은 악화시키는지에 대해 갑론을박을 벌이고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 두 대학의 155명의 대학생들을 대상으로 모바일 메신저의 사용과 사용에 따른 영향(외로움)에 대해 설문조사하였다. 설문대상자들은 모두 모바일 메신저를 능숙하게 사용할 수 있으며, 자주 사용하는 대상자들이다. 연구결과 지나친 모바일 메신저의 사용은 자기 주변의 사람들과의 의사소통을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 또한 외로움에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Recently, KakaoTalk users seek secure messengers with fears of 'possible' censorship over a mobile messenger. Instead German messenger "Telegram" is gaining popularity in South Korea. Are the known as secure messengers actually secure? In this paper, we evaluate secure mobile messengers in terms of private information protection. We establish the fourteen criteria to evaluate the functionality of messenger apps including communication encryption in transit, the possibility of leakage of decrypted messages via server, an encryption algorithm, a key exchange algorithm, an ephemeral message application, etc. Line, Telegram, Snapchat, WhatsApp, Wickr, Facebook Messenger and KakaoTalk, which have many worldwide and domestic users, are to be targeted. Wickr is ranked at the top of the evaluation, followed by Telegram and Line but KakaoTalk and Snapchat are ranked at the bottom of the evaluation list.

When most of existing instant messengers log on server, they transmit to sever in encoding password to RC5. but RC5 don't be secured because it has been known many of password cracking tools. Also, messengers don't have any protection on the transmitted information with communicating two hosts since loging on, endangering the privacy of the user. As a counter measure, messengers need to provide security service including message encryption. In this paper, we designed a key exchange method of password representing fast, effective and high security degree, using ECC(Elliptic Curve Cryptography) that being known the very stronger than another public key cryptography with same key size. To effectively improve data transmission and its security using IPSec protocol between users, tunnel mode is introduced. Tunnel mode transmits Host-to-Host data through virtual pipelines on the Internet.

Phospholipids function as major components of biological membranes as well as precursors of biologically active lipid messengers. It is well known that arachidonic acid attached at the sn-2 position of phosphoglycerides serves as a precursor of prostaglandins and leukotrienes. Recently, it has been recognized that lysophospholipids such as lysophosphatidic acid, sphingosine 1-phosphate, lysophosphatidylserine and monoglyceride also function as lipid messengers with a variety of biological activities. 최근 개인정보보호를 목적으로 데이터를 암호화해 저장하고 보안에 초점을 맞춰 종단 간 암호화 등의 서비스를 제공하는 메신저들이 등장하면서 수사에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 보안 메신저를 악용하는 범죄사례는 늘고 있지만, 보안 메신저에 대한 데이터 복호화 연구는 필요하다. Element 보안 메신저는 대화 참여자만 대화 이력을 확인할 수 있도록 종단 간 암호화 기능을 제공하고 있으나 이를 복호화하는 연구는 미흡하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 종단 간 암호화 기능을 제공하는 인스턴트 메신저 Element를 분석하고, 사용자의 패스워드 없이 Windows 자격 증명 관리자 서비스에 저장된 복호화키를 활용하여 암호화된 보안 채팅방의 이력을 평문으로 확인하는 방안을 제안한다. 또한, 디지털 포렌식 수사관점에서 유의미한 일반 및 보안 채팅 관련 아티팩트를 분석한 결과를 정리한다.

The objective of this research is to analyze which functions make up web-based as well as mobile social media services and messengers. Services are clustered by their functionality. A total of 640 individual functions were identified, while investigating altogether 44 selected services in their web and mobile versions. Applying content analysis, functions were assigned to the services. The services were ranked by the number of implemented functions, and the functions were ranked by their occurrence in the services. Cluster analysis was applied to classify the services according to their functionality. Facebook and VKontakte were found to be the ones with the most functions; the most frequently implemented functions are support, profile, and account-related. Cluster analysis revealed six classes for mobile and seven classes for web applications. There is a noteworthy difference regarding the functionality scope between web and mobile applications of the same services. An example for this is Mendeley with 38 functions in the mobile and 91 functions in the web version. This is the first empirical attempt at clustering social media services based on their functionality.

Neutrinos play an important role in astronomy and therefore they need to be observed as well as other astronomical messengers. The first observation of astronomical neutrinos is from the SN1987a by the Kamiokande neutrino telescope in Japan. Unlike other astronomical messengers neutrinos can cover all energy range of astronomical phenomena due to their weak interactions and neutrality. Multi messenger astronomy including optical, neutrino, and cosmic ray observations, provides more information on astronomical phenomena and thus such collaborational works are ongoing worldwide. A future Korean neutrino telescope consisting of huge (260 kiloton) water Cherenkov detector under a mountain was proposed in 2016 and the sensitivity studies on various topics are in progress with international collaborators. In this talk I will introduce the future Korean neutrino telescope and its science as well as the potential candidate sites in Korea. We invite all of you to work together for the future Korean neutrino telescope that will operate more than 30 years.

본 연구는 모바일 메신저 이모티콘의 이용동기가 무엇이며, 이용동기와 구매의도간의 영향관계에서 개인성향(외향성/내향성)은 조절역할을 할 것인지를 알아보고자, 모바일 메신저를 사용하는 10대-60대의 198명의 사용자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하고 이를 분석 하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 모바일 메신저 이모티콘 이용동기 요인은 "유희성 요인", "유용성 요인", "간결성 요인", 그리고 "범용성 요인"으로 나타났다. 둘째, 모바일 메신저 이모티콘 이용동기 중 유희성만이 구매의도에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 모바일 메신저 이모티콘의 사용자의 개인성향중 외향적인 성향이 구매의도에 영향을 미치는데 조절역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.
