  • This paper proposed a session key exchange and authentication scheme on non-interactive key distribution algorithm using a community member's ID in ubiquitous networks. In ubiquitous network environment, User's context-awareness information is collected and used to provide a context-awareness service for someone who need it. However, in ubiquitous network environment, this kind of the Context-awareness information could be abused by a malicious nodes. The proposed scheme using the community member ID provides a session key exchange and mutual authentication between community members, and supports secure data communication. Also, when exchanging the session key and authenticating each other, this scheme reduces communication overhead and authentication delay compared to the AAA server scheme.

  • Twin target sputtering (TTS) system with a configuration of vertically parallel facing Al targets and a substrate holder perpendicular to the Al target plane has been designed to realize a direct Al cathode sputtering on organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs). The TTS system has a linear twin target gun with ladder type magnet array for effective and uniform confinement of high density plasma. It is shown that OLEDs with Al cathode deposited by the TTS show a relatvely lower leakage current density $({\sim}1{\times}10^{-5}mA/cm^2)$ at reverse bias of -6V, compared to that ($1{\times}10^{-2}{\sim}10^{-3}$ $mA/cm^2$ at -6V) of OLEDs with Al cathodes grown by conventional DC magnetron sputtering. In addition, it was found that Al cathode films prepared by TTS were amorphous structure with nanocrystallines due to low substrate temperature. This demonstrates that there is no plasma damage caused by the bombardment of energetic particles. This indicates that the TTS system with ladder type magnet array could be useful plasma damage free deposition technique for direct Al cathode sputtering on OLEDs or flexible OLEDs.

  • Purpose Cloud computing that provides a new paradigm for a firm's use of information technology is getting a lot of attentions by practitioners. However, the empirical investigation on members of organizations using cloud computing are insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to examine the capabilities and perceptions of organizational members that should be considered important for successful cloud computing implementation. Design/methodology/approach This study proposed factors related to the capabilities and perceptions of members of the organization, and examined the relationship between these factors and successful cloud computing implementation and performance. In addition, this study tested the moderating effect of leadership and continuous supports through empirical analysis. The proposed hypotheses were verified through structural equation modeling using SmartPLS3.0 with the collected data. Findings The results showed that four factors except 'member behavior control' had a positive effect on successful cloud computing implementation, which had a positive effect on performance. In addition, leadership and organizational continuous support have been shown to strengthen the relationship among factors.

  • This study presents conceptual information of newly optimized shapes and connectivity of the so-called outrigger truss system for modern tall buildings that resists lateral loads induced by wind and earthquake forces. In practice, the outrigger truss consists of triangular or Vierendeel types to stiffen tall buildings, and the decision of outrigger design has been qualitatively achieved by only engineers' experience and intuition, including information of structural behaviors, although outrigger shapes and the member's connectivity absolutely affect building stiffness, the input of material, construction ability and so on. Therefore the design of outrigger trusses needs to be measured and determined according to scientific proofs like reliable optimal design tools. In this study, at first the shape and connectivity of an outrigger truss system are visually evaluated by using a conceptual design tool of the classical topology optimization method, and then are quantitatively investigated with respect to a structural safety as stiffness, an economical aspect as material quantity, and construction characteristics as the number of member connection. Numerical applications are studied to verify the effectiveness of the proposed design process to generate a new shape and connectivity of the outrigger for both static and dynamic responses.

  • As military service members are fully permitted to use mobile phones for sickness after work, it is time to minimize the direct collection of personal information from telecommunication companies when opening mobile phones to secure the safety of military service personnel's personal information. Prior to introducing the use of mobile phones by soldiers after work, the Ministry of National Defense established a security control system such as blocking the mobile phone shooting function to prevent security accidents and concerns about some adverse functions such as illegal cyber gambling, game addiction, and viewing pornography. come. Mobile telecommunications companies entrust personal information processing tasks, such as opening mobile phones, to telecommunications agencies and carry out management and supervision, such as checking the status of personal information protection measures. When a military service member opens a mobile phone, a personal information management agency is newly established using the right to portability of personal information, and a system for requesting the transmission of personal information from the military service member is proposed.

  • Future mobile communication networks, which consist of ATM-based B-ISDN backbone networks and wireless ATM networks, will provide u user with broadband connection and QoS service. These network systems need the lossless handoff methods which support user mobility, satisfy ATM features such as ATM cell ordering and no ATM cell duplication and minimize buffer requirement for ATM cell buffering. In this paper we suggest a multicast-based handoff method to supp$\alpha$t lossless connection as well as to minimize buffer overhead. It establishes a dynamic multicast connection between source terminal and wireless member AP (access point)s. When the mobile terminal receives data packet correctly, it notifies the positive acknowledgement of the packet to all member APs. And member APs then release the MT related temporary buffer space for MT's future movement. Therefore member APs can eliminate unnecessary buffer usage and manage the buffer space efficiently. Analysis result shows that our handoff method has better performance in buffer requirement for lossless and seamless connection services over VCT (virtual connection tree) method and other dynamic multicast-based handoff methods.

  • The dependence of optical performances of collimating films such as prism films and pyramid films on the reflecting properties of reflection films were investigated by using a ray tracing technique. The angular distribution of the luminance and the on-axis luminance gain were obtained by using a simple backlight model composed of a reflection film, a virtual flat light source, and a collimating film. Three kinds of reflecting properties were used, which were a perfect Lambertian reflector, a perfect mirror reflector, and a reflector having both diffuse and specular properties. It was found that the on-axis luminance gain was the highest in the simulation where a mirror reflector was used, while the viewing angle was the widest where the Lambertian reflector was used. This result indicates that it is necessary to optimize the simulation condition such as the reflecting properties in order to predict the optical performances of collimating films accurately. Quantitative correlation between the optical characteristics of collimating films and the reflecting properties of reflection films can be used to improve simulation technique for the development and the optimization of collimating films for LCD backlight applications.

  • While the importance of the service industry has increased at the national economy level, the service rate and job satisfaction of the flight attendants in the aviation service industry are not high. In this regard, this study aims to recognize what factors can reduce their job stress in the emotional work environment, and how job stress affects their attitude and job performance. More specifically, the current study tries to investigate how flight attendants' positive psychological status affect their job stress, organizational commitment, and knowledge sharing in the aspect of job performance. The main five constructs in these interrelationships include the flight attendants' positive psychological capital, leader-member exchange(LMX), job stress, organizational commitment, and knowledge sharing. This study conducted a quantitative research with 390 questionnaire for flight attendants, and analyzed the data using SPSS/PC version 20.0 and structural equation modeling program of AMOS 20.0. The findings show that the favorable leader-member exchange relationship between flight attendants plays a significant role in lowering job stress, while high job stress has a negative effect on organizational commitment and knowledge sharing. The result also shows that personal positive psychological capital acts as a trigger to influence other factors. Therefore, this study suggests that it is essential for airlines not only to promote an organizational system to support the flight attendants' emotional work but also to maintain a positive psychological state for securing competitive human resources.

  • 3D magnetic inversion, based on the assemblage of 2D forward modeling and inversion as a practical technique to reflect the a priori information, was conducted to investigate the spatial distribution features of black-shale related and pyrometamorphic uranium deposit and several lithological units of Ogcheon Super Group in an area of Geumsan. By using the 3D visualization technique with suitable susceptibility interval and horizontal slice map, the spatial distribution of magnetic susceptibility corresponded to the black shale related uranium bearing lithological units, Black Slate member was well coincided with a information of uranium deposit. Also, even though it is indirect indicator for the detetction of uranium deposits interbedded in Gray Hornfels member, spatial susceptibility distribution which shows the south-east magnetic linearment corresponding to the Majeon-ri formation and Dark Gray Slate were matched well. From this investigation, we inferred that maximum depth extension which Black Slate member can be separately recognized with respect to adjacent Dark Gray Slate with strong magnetic susceptibility anomaly is about 150m with reference elevation level of 306m. In addition, Majeon-ri formation located south of Black Slate member revels relatively high magnetic susceptibility range but shows high spatial susceptibility fluctation. And, as an intrusive rocks, Jurassic Biotite Granite shows relatively low magnetic susceptibility characteristics. On the contrary, Cretaceous granite distributed in soutthern part of the study area shows the relatively high susceptibility distribution.
