MANET has the advantage of having the flexibility to build easily a network in a difficult situation that builds a wired network. But, data transmission errors by movement of nodes and eavesdropping by wireless communications have become a problem of security. Authentication service is the most essential in order to overcome these problems and operate network stably. In this paper, we propose 3-tiers authentication structure to exclude of malicious node and operate stable network through more systematic and thorough node authentication. After network is composed into a cluster, cluster head which play CA role is elected. Among these, the highest-CA is elected. The highest-CA receives certificates to cluster head and the cluster head evaluates trust value of their member nodes. Authentication technique which issues member node key is used. We compared PSS and experimented to evaluate performance of proposed scheme in this paper and efficiency of the proposed technique through experience was confirmed.

The purposes of this study were to analyze achievement of the Korea Agricultural Extension Specialist Association and suggest new directions for further development. The Korea Agricultural Extension Specialist Association was organized to develop competencies in specialized field for extension educators in 1996. About 47% of extension educators joined academy during the 5 year period, even though there were many difficulty in organizing extension educators, the Korea Agricultural Extension Specialist Association has achieved to increase independent learning activity, to share new information and improve agent’s competency. New directions for the future development of the Korea Agricultural Extension Specialist Association activities should include the following measures; 1) Academy manages to help member’s competency, 2) Every member of the Association tries to make a concrete goal of activity, 3) The Association members should find ways to enable farmers to remain informed on agricultural extension services to people.

A virtual locator is a logical locator based on the contents of a physical locator. These contents can be existing member properties in the physical locator. Using virtual locator, we can accomplish personalization which is the technology area associated most often with CRM. In this study, however, what are called virtual locators in many OLAP models would be treated as physical locators for many unique aggregation levels. By using physical locators, we can bring a successful e-business.

This study attempts to investigate the effect of team diversity on individual creativity and team members' creative activities such as exploration and exploitation. We have garnered 40 team data from 249 respondents who have been participating in the team learning activities during semester in a private university. They were asked by instructor to show their creativity, and exploration and exploitation activities. The 40 teams were made up of team diversity factors such as study hour and leisure activity. We used a multilevel analysis to analyze the effects of team diversity factors on team member's creativity, and exploration and exploitation. Results showed that in general, team diversity factors like study hour and leisure activities have significant effects on the individual creativity, and exploration and exploitation. Practical implications represent that teams need to be organized considering the team diversity factors in order to improve team member's creativity, and their exploration and exploitation activities.

This study investigates the effect of group size on group performance, here the quality of group decision, Four effects are proposed and tested in a field experimental setting : (1) the relationship between the group size and the distribution of individual's problem-solving ability ; (2) the change of the group decision quality as group size increases ; (3) the relationship between the group decision quality and the quality of the best/worst member as group size increases ; (4) the relationship between the group decision quality and the average quality of individuals in the group as group size increases. Data showed that contrary to the exiting results, group decision quality was not improved with the group size. Rather, it showed a little tendency that group decision quality was worsened with the group size. Data also showed that consensus-oriented group decision making process produced the compromised output. Thus, group decision quality was not better than the average group members'. The opinion of the best member was not accepted. The implications of the findings are discussed for the development of a Korean GSS.

Overlay multicast is proposed as an alternative approach for providing muticast services. A logical infrastructure is built to form an overlay network on top of the physical layer. In this paper, we propose an efficient overlay multicast in wireless ad hoc networks. The overlay multicast tree adapts to the changes in underlying networks. The multicast tree adjusted according to the local member information.

The paper's suggestion is Web based Tele-Medicine System will be open to public, low-budget featuring high quality of extensive medical services. It will keep a log of personal medical history to allow doctors to share information on patients and their families. This will result in the reduction of erroneous diagnosis and ensure successful e-business. On top of this, the new system will provide a solution for membership (client) management. It will combine online and offline medical services and be available 24 hours a day to anywhere users have Internet access, setting itself apart from the existing distance medical services system. Specially, The paper's suggestion is sharing medical treatment information between family members is suggested. This approach makes possible understanding physical constitution and environment between family members, and can result in bringing a faster treatment effect if some family member suffers from a similar disease.

Purpose - The goal of this research is to examine the influence of Quick Response on the supply chain performance. Furthermore, this study investigates the potential of Quick Response to be a more advanced form of supply chain collaboration program with extensive information sharing activities. Research design, data, and methodology - The mathematical model is developed to represent the two stage supply chain system with a single manufacturer and one retailer. In the numerical study with the proposed mathematical models, three supply chain systems including the traditional system, Quick Response, and the fully shared information system are compared in terms of their profits. Results - The numerical analysis shows both manufacturer and retailer obtain greater profits under Quick Response than in the traditional system. While the fully shared information outperforms Quick Response as well as the traditional system, it results in lower manufacturer's profit compared with Quick Response. Conclusions - According to the numerical examples, Quick Response is the effective supply chain collaboration program that is beneficial to every supply chain member. The fully shared information system, as a more advanced form of collaboration than Quick Response can bring more benefits to the whole supply chain system, but it is necessary to prepare the proper incentive program that enables every member to share its benefits equally.
