In order to derive hidden Information (concept subsumption, concept satisfiability and realization) of OWL ontologies, a number of OWL reasoners have been introduced. Most of the reasoners were implemented to be based on tableau algorithm. However this approach has certain limitation. This paper presents architecture for Medusa. The Medusa is an extended DL-reasoner for SWRL(Semantic Web Rule Language) reasoning under well-founded semantics with ontologies specified in Description Logic. Description logic based ontology reasoners theoretically explore knowledge representation and its reasoning in concept languages. However these logics are not equipped with rule-based reasoning mechanisms for assertional knowledge base; specifically, rule and facts in logic programming, or interaction of rules and facts with terminology. In order to deal with the enriched reasoning, The Medusa provides combining DL-knowledge base and rule based reasoner. The described prototype uses $Prot{\acute{e}}g{\acute{e}}$ API[1] for controlling communication with the ontology reasoner.

We investigated the population dynamics of Aurelia aurita in Sihwa Lake from April to October in 2009. Salinity ranged from 5.9 to 30.7 psu at the surface. Abundance of mesozooplankton ranged from 3 to 111,874 indiv. $m^{-3}$. Ephyrae occurred from April to May with the peak in abundance occurring on 17 April. Maximum density of ephyrae was observed near the power transmission towers that are known to be habitats of polyps. Mortality of ephyrae was lower than in other areas because of the abundant prey concentration and the absence of predators. Young medusae occurred from April to July with the peak in abundance occurring on 8 May. Adult medusae occurred from May to July with the peak in abundance on 25 June and they disappeared before the rainy season. Planula occurred only in May and June with the peak in abundance on 25 June. Growth rates of Aurelia aurita ranged from -0.06 to 0.34 $d^{-1}$, and decreased rapidly after May. The period in which adult medusa occurred was restricted, compared with those in other area in Korea (e.g., Masan Bay) and Japan (e.g., Tokyo Bay). In the period of this study, the available food was limited in June and salinity decreased to ca. 20 psu in May because of the beginning of the wet season. We assumed that the exceptionally short period of occurrence of the medusa may be a response of adults to changes in temperature, salinity or food limitation which leads to the precocious maturation of young medusa and the release of planula and that the brief occurrence of medusa was caused by an abrupt decrease in activity after the release of planula.

Arts is the expression of reasoning and conscious life of human and arouse human the concept of existence, utmost emotion and excellent thoughts. Also it makes humans life very abundant. I make it come first to get rid of the art thirst on the opposite sight of technical one for hair as on part of humans body. Next purpose is that to confirm the esthetic value of 'hair arts' by solidify the academic ground of beauty arts through creating 'hair arts' works and learning and make the direction for the beauty industry and education of the next generation. In this study I investigated the Greek myth(the background and develop)and the hair styles of ancient Greek Goddesses. On the basis of that symbols I elaborated hair formative works made of metal and studied, analyzed and displayed that. Work No.1 'Aphrodite' is the sculpture showing the win of love which animated. I formed it very active and vigorous. Next 'Birth of Venus', No.2, involves fineness and freshness. 'Fear of Medusa', the third piece, displays the very second when medusa was executed as a beautiful and active scene not a scary one. And lastly in 'Lovely Medusa' Medusa finally find the stability and it was expressed her beautiful and shining hair. So this study conducted based on the concept of practical hair and have made efforts to be close to theoretical manufacturing research needed at making hair arts works and academic one needed at organic design composition for pioneering new field, 'art hair.' I hope these 'hair arts' works make creativity of the practise hair alive. It will be very thankful to me if this study can help even though slightly for splendid beauty arts to make its status firm as a one part of arts, and there are following studies.

This study was carried out to investigate cut flower quality bulb circumference and cultivars affecting 7 different cultivars to produce high quality cut flower lilies. To determine the effects of bulb circumference on growth and cut flower quality of 7 different cultivars, Lilium oriental hybrid 'Chilli', 'Ismael', 'Medusa', 'Mother's Choice', 'Siberia', 'Sorbonne', and 'Yelloween' were tested. After cut flower quality experiment, the highest 1st flower bud length and cut flower height were 'Medusa' and 'Mother's Choice' respectively. Most plants had over $30^{\circ}$ stem bending angle except for 'Mother's Choice', and 'Ismael'. The study shows that the bigger bulb circumference has the better 1st peduncle diameter, inflorescence length, stem diameter, number of flowers, and fresh weight. Bulb circumference affects the 1st flower bud length, cut flower height and number of flowers. Stem bending angle, however, is affected by neither bulb circumference nor cultivar. In conclusion, growth, cut flower quality and vase life were affected by the bulb circumference rather than cultivar.

In this brief report, alternative time-varying diversification rate models were fitted onto the phylogeny of global amphibians by considering one-constant-rate (OCR), one-continuous-shift (OCS) and multiple-discrete- shifts (MDS) situations. The OCS diversification model was rejected by ${\gamma}$ statistic (${\gamma}=-5.556$, p<0.001), implying the existence of shifting diversification rates for global amphibian phylogeny. Through model selection, MDS diversification model outperformed OCS and OCR models using "laser" package under R environment. Moreover, MDS models, implemented using another R package "MEDUSA", indicated that there were sixteen shifts over the internal nodes for amphibian phylogeny. Conclusively, both OCS and MDS models are recommended to compare so as to better quantify rate-shifting trends of species diversification. MDS diversification models should be preferential for large phylogenies using "MEDUSA" package in which any arbitrary numbers of shifts are allowed to model.
