  • In this paper we will propose the methods for finding the non-invertible ideals corresponding to non-primitive quadratic forms and clarify the structures of class SEMIGROUPS of imaginary quadratic orders which were given by Zanardo and Zannier [8], and we will give a general algorithm for calculating power of ideals/classes via the Dirichlet composition of quadratic forms which is applicable to cryptography in the class semigroup of imaginary quadratic non-maximal order and revisit the cryptosystem of Kim and Moon [5] using a Zanardo and Zannier [8]'s quantity as their secret key, in order to analyze Jacobson [7]'s revised cryptosystem based on the class semigroup which is an alternative of Kim and Moon [5]'s.

  • Let ${\Gamma}$ be a nonzero commutative cancellative monoid (written additively), $R={\bigoplus}_{{\alpha}{\in}{\Gamma}}$ $R_{\alpha}$ be a ${\Gamma}$-graded integral domain with $R_{\alpha}{\neq}\{0\}$ for all ${\alpha}{\in}{\Gamma}$, and $S(H)=\{f{\in}R{\mid}C(f)=R\}$. In this paper, we study homogeneously divisorial domains which are graded integral domains whose nonzero homogeneous ideals are divisorial. Among other things, we show that if R is integrally closed, then R is a homogeneously divisorial domain if and only if $R_{S(H)}$ is an h-local $Pr{\ddot{u}}fer$ domain whose maximal ideals are invertible, if and only if R satisfies the following four conditions: (i) R is a graded-$Pr{\ddot{u}}fer$ domain, (ii) every homogeneous maximal ideal of R is invertible, (iii) each nonzero homogeneous prime ideal of R is contained in a unique homogeneous maximal ideal, and (iv) each homogeneous ideal of R has only finitely many minimal prime ideals. We also show that if R is a graded-Noetherian domain, then R is a homogeneously divisorial domain if and only if $R_{S(H)}$ is a divisorial domain of (Krull) dimension one.

  • Insertion-of-factors-property, which was introduced by Bell, has a role in the study of various sorts of zero-divisors in noncommutative rings. We in this note consider this property in the case that factors are restricted to maximal ideals. A ring is called IMIP when it satisfies such property. It is shown that the Dorroh extension of A by K is an IMIP ring if and only if A is an IFP ring without identity, where A is a nil algebra over a field K. The structure of an IMIP ring is studied in relation to various kinds of rings which have roles in noncommutative ring theory.

  • The purpose of this paper is to provide the affirmative solution of the following conjecture due to Davis and Geramita. Conjecture; Let A=R[T] be a polynomial ring in one variable, where R is a regular local ring of dimension d. Then maximal ideals in A are complete intersection. Geramita has proved that the conjecture is true when R is a regular local ring of dimension 2. Whatwadekar has rpoved that conjecture is true when R is a formal power series ring over a field and also when R is a localization of an affine algebra over an infinite perfect field. Nashier also proved that conjecture is true when R is a local ring of D[ $X_{1}$,.., $X_{d-1}$] at the maximal ideal (.pi., $X_{1}$,.., $X_{d-1}$) where (D,(.pi.)) is a discrete valuation ring with infinite residue field. The methods to establish our results are following from Nashier's method. We divide this paper into three sections. In section 1 we state Theorems without proofs which are used in section 2 and 3. In section 2 we prove some lemmas and propositions which are used in proving our results. In section 3 we prove our main theorem.eorem.rem.

  • In this paper, some properties for a PI-ring satisfying the descending chain condition on essential left ideals are studied: Let R be a ring with a polynomial identity satisfying the descending chain condition on essential ideals. Then all minimal prime ideals in R are maximal ideals. Moreover, if R has only finitely many minimal prime ideals, then R is left and right Artinian. Consequently, if every primeideal of R is finitely generated as a left ideal, then R is left and right Artinian. A finitely generated PI-algebra over a commutative Noetherian ring satisfying the descending chain condition on essential left ideals is a finite module over its center.(omitted)

  • We investigate in this paper rings containing a non-essential $nil$-injective maximal left ideal. We show that if R is a left MC2 ring containing a non-essential $nil$-injective maximal left ideal, then R is a left $nil$-injective ring. Using this result, some known results are extended.

  • The purpose of this note is a wide generalization of the topological results of various classes of ideals of rings, semirings, and modules, endowed with Zariski topologies, to r-strongly irreducible r-ideals (endowed with Zariski topologies) of monoids, called terminal spaces. We show that terminal spaces are T0, quasi-compact, and every nonempty irreducible closed subset has a unique generic point. We characterize rarithmetic monoids in terms of terminal spaces. Finally, we provide necessary and sufficient conditions for the subspaces of r-maximal r-ideals and r-prime r-ideals to be dense in the corresponding terminal spaces.
