  • In this paper, rings in which essential maximal right ideals are GP-injective are studied. Whether the rings with this condition satisfy von Neumann regularity is the goal of this study. The obtained research results are twofold: First, it was shown that this regularity holds even when the reduced ring is replaced with π-IFP and NI-ring. Second, it was shown that this regularity also holds even when the maximal right ideal is changed to GW-ideal. This can be interpreted as an extension of the existing results.

  • In this note we are concerned with relationships between one-sided ideals and two-sided ideals, and study the properties of polynomial rings whose maximal one-sided ideals are two-sided, in the viewpoint of the Nullstellensatz on noncommutative rings. Let R be a ring and R[x] be the polynomial ring over R with x the indeterminate. We show that eRe is right quasi-duo for $0{\neq}e^2=e{\in}R$ if R is right quasi-duo; R/J(R) is commutative with J(R) the Jacobson radical of R if R[$\chi$] is right quasi-duo, from which we may characterize polynomial rings whose maximal one-sided ideals are two-sided; if R[x] is right quasi-duo then the Jacobson radical of R[x] is N(R)[x] and so the $K\ddot{o}the's$ conjecture (i.e., the upper nilradical contains every nil left ideal) holds, where N(R) is the set of all nilpotent elements in R. Next we prove that if the polynomial rins R[x], over a reduced ring R with $\mid$X$\mid$ $\geq$ 2, is right quasi-duo, then R is commutative. Several counterexamples are included for the situations that occur naturally in the process of this note.

  • We study the structure of rings whose principal right ideals contain a sort of two-sided ideals, introducing right ${\pi}$-duo as a generalization of (weakly) right duo rings. Abelian ${\pi}$-regular rings are ${\pi}$-duo, which is compared with the fact that Abelian regular rings are duo. For a right ${\pi}$-duo ring R, it is shown that every prime ideal of R is maximal if and only if R is a (strongly) ${\pi}$-regular ring with $J(R)=N_*(R)$. This result may be helpful to develop several well-known results related to pm rings (i.e., rings whose prime ideals are maximal). We also extend the right ${\pi}$-duo property to several kinds of ring which have roles in ring theory.

  • Let R be a commutative ring with identity. In this paper, we introduce a new class of ideals called the class of strongly quasi J-ideals lying properly between the class of J-ideals and the class of quasi J-ideals. A proper ideal I of R is called a strongly quasi J-ideal if, whenever a, b ∈ R and ab ∈ I, then a2 ∈ I or b ∈ Jac(R). Firstly, we investigate some basic properties of strongly quasi J-ideals. Hence, we give the necessary and sufficient conditions for a ring R to contain a strongly quasi J-ideals. Many other results are given to disclose the relations between this new concept and others that already exist. Namely, the primary ideals, the prime ideals and the maximal ideals. Finally, we give an idea about some strongly quasi J-ideals of the quotient rings, the localization of rings, the polynomial rings and the trivial rings extensions.

  • Our task will be to set up a fuzzy maximal p-ideal in BCI-algebras. We construct a new fuzzy p-ideal from old. We also prove that every fuzzy maximal p-ideal is normalized, and takes only the values {0.1}.

  • Let R be a commutative ring with 1 ≠ 0. In this paper, we introduce a subclass of the class of 1-absorbing primary ideals called the class of strongly 1-absorbing primary ideals. A proper ideal I of R is called strongly 1-absorbing primary if whenever nonunit elements a, b, c ∈ R and abc ∈ I, then ab ∈ I or c ∈ ${\sqrt{0}}$. Firstly, we investigate basic properties of strongly 1-absorbing primary ideals. Hence, we use strongly 1-absorbing primary ideals to characterize rings with exactly one prime ideal (the UN-rings) and local rings with exactly one non maximal prime ideal. Many other results are given to disclose the relations between this new concept and others that already exist. Namely, the prime ideals, the primary ideals and the 1-absorbing primary ideals. In the end of this paper, we give an idea about some strongly 1-absorbing primary ideals of the quotient rings, the polynomial rings, and the power series rings.

  • In this paper, the concept of maximal ideals relative to a filter on posets is introduced and examined. An intrinsic characterization of distributive lattices is obtained. In addition, we also give a characterization of pseudo primes in semicontinuous lattices and a characterization of semicontinuous lattices. Functions of semicontinuous lattices which are order preserving and semicontinuous are studied. A new concept of semiarithmetic lattices is introduced and examined.

  • In near-ring theory several different types of primitivity exist. These all imply several different types of primeness. In case of near-rings with DCCN most of the types of primeness are known to imply primitivity of a certain kind. We are able to show that also so called 1-prime near-rings imply 1-primitivity. This enables us to classify maximal ideals in near-rings with chain condition with the concept of 1-primeness which leads to further results in the structure theory of near-rings.
