  • In this paper we obtained several properties that the characteristic polynomial of the unit-primitive matrix satisfies. In addition, using these properties we have shown that the recurrence relation given as in the formula (1) is true. In fact, Xin and Zhong ([4]) showed it earlier. However, we provide a simpler method here.

  • We define an extended fuzzy equivalence relation, discuss some basic properties of extended fuzzy equivalence relations, find the extended fuzzy equivalence relation generated by a fuzzy relation in a set, and give some lattice theoretic properties of extended fuzzy equivalence relations.

  • A Fock representation of q-commutation relation is studied by constructing a q-Fock space as the space of the representation, the q-creation and q-annihilation operators (-1 < q < 1). In the case of 0 < q < 1, the q-Fock space is interpolated between the Boson Fock space and the full Fock space. Also, a unitary decomposition of the q-Fock space $(q\;{\neq}\;0)$ is studied.

  • In this paper, we propose an extension of the classical Bessel function by means of our ℓ-hypergeometric function [2]. As the main results, the infinite order differential equation, the generating function relation, and contour integral representations including Schläfli's integral analogue are derived. With the aid of these, other results including some inequalities are also obtained. At the end, the graphs of these functions are plotted using the Maple software.

  • In this article, we investigate several aspects of (R, S)-hyper bi-modules and describe some their properties. The concepts of fundamental relation, completes part and complete closure are studied regarding to (R, S)-hyper bi-modules. In particular, we show that any complete (R, S)-hyper bi-module has at least an identity and any element has an inverse. Finally, we obtain a few results related to the heart of (R, S)-hyper bi-modules.

  • In this paper, we denote by L the block matrix linear relation, acting on the Banach space X ⊕ Y, of the form ${\mathcal{L}}=\(\array{A&B\\C&D}\)$, where A, B, C and D are four linear relations with dense domains. We first try to determine the conditions under which a block matrix linear relation becomes a demicompact block matrix linear relation (see Theorems 4.1 and 4.2). Second we study Shechter spectra using demicompact linear relations and relatively demicompact linear relations (see Theorem 5.1).
