This paper presents a useful method of registration in manufacturing of shadow color mask for cathode ray tubes of the FTM (Flat Tension Mask) type, wherein the shadow mask and front panel are interchangeable when mask-panels are assembled, which is called ICM system. Theoretical analysis and alignment process are presented. The pattern of mask aperture is registered with a screen pattern of corresponding geometry of the panel in flat tension mask tube. Registration accuracy of panel and mask affects the purity of color cathode ray tube concerned with mislanding. It tries to minimize the misregistration caused by variances, which are mechanical error, mask stretching position error, restrictive number of fiducial point, etc.

We have grown GaN layers with in-situ SiN mask by metal organic chemical vapor deposition(MOCVD) and study the physical properties of the GaN layer. We have also investigate the effect of the SiN mask on its optical property. By inserting a SiN mask, (102) the full width at half maximum(FWHM) decreased from 480 arcsec to 409 arcsec. The PL intensity of GaN with SiN mask improved 2 times to that without SiN mask. We have thus shown that the SiN mask improved significantly the physical and optical properties of the GgN layer.

Recently, several high-performance instance segmentation models have used the Mask R-CNN model as a baseline, which reached a historical peak in instance segmentation in 2017. There are numerous derived models using the Mask R-CNN model, and if the performance of Mask R-CNN is improved, the performance of the derived models is also anticipated to improve. The Mask R-CNN uses interpolation to adjust the image size, and the input differs depending on the interpolation method. Therefore, in this study, the performance change of Mask R-CNN was compared when various interpolation methods were applied to the transform layer to improve the performance of Mask R-CNN. To train and evaluate the models, this study utilized the PennFudan and Balloon datasets and the AP metric was used to evaluate model performance. As a result of the experiment, the derived Mask R-CNN model showed the best performance when bicubic interpolation was used in the transform layer.

Deformation of the shadow mask is one of the problems encountered during the deposition of organic materials for manufacturing large size organic light emitting diode (OLED). The larger the glass substrate, the larger the shadow mask becomes. As the size of the shadow mask increases, its deformation becomes more severe, thereby making it difficult to deposit organic materials in a precise pattern on a substrate. In this paper, a new method for reducing drooping of the shadow mask for large size OLED vapor depositions is proposed. The proposed shadow mask with cross stripe wires has higher stiffness than the pure shadow mask, which results in reducing drooping of the shadow mask. A commercial FEM program, ANSYS, is used for the evaluation of the proposed shadow mask. The analysis showed that the shadow mask with cross stripe wires have an effect on reducing drooping about 18.6% or more.

This research provides practical data to develop UV protection masks and dust protection masks. It surveyed uncomfortable factors and significant characteristics for masks. It used 653 subjects 20-79 years old and performed the research from April to May in 2014. Wearing masks at outdoor activities is not widely popular yet, but golf players, mountaineers and old people were quite interested in masks. People mainly wore a basic shape mask, but main age group of each mask shape was different. People usually prioritized the protection function and comfort of wearing over design; however, women, young generation and people attending to outdoor activities longer than 1 hour considered design quite important. People going on picnic or camping consider mask characteristics most important. Therefore, various mask shapes and protective functions should be developed to reflect consumer needs. Meanwhile, the discomfort levels of masks were not too high, but old people felt more discomfort than young people. The most discomfort factors were 'other's eye', 'distracting face movement' and 'feeling of foreign object'. They also mentioned falling problem of C shape mask and short-rib shape mask, and asked for a 'tighter fit' at the ear.

The purpose of this study is to figure out the information needed to improve the shape and size suitability of face-applied mask sheets. The study analyzed the shape of the mask sheet from the scanned images of 50 products of 37 domestic brands. In addition, each measurement of 42 mask sheets were compared and analyzed multilaterally with the 3D measurement dimensions of the faces of men and women in their 20s from the 6th SizeKorea data. Analysis on the shapes of mask sheets indicated that domestic commercial mask sheets are mainly made of single or dual sheets, with slits for enhancing fitness to the three-dimensional face. In the dimensional analysis of Korean men, women and mask sheets, most of the lengths of the mask sheets were significantly larger or smaller than the actual faces of men and women. The horizontal length and vertical length of the forehead above the eyes are significantly shorter, thereby requiring adjustments in the dimensions of this area. In order to improve the size suitability of the mask, it is necessary to adjust the dimensions of the problem area according to the research results as well as diversify the dimensions considering the target layer.

최근 비전분야에 소개된 Mask R-CNN은 객체 인스턴스 세분화를위한 개념적으로 간단하고 유연하며 일반적인 프레임 워크를 제시한다. 이 논문에서는 열적외선 카메라로부터 획득한 열감지영상에서 발열체인 인스턴스에 대해 발열부위의 세그멘테이션 마스크를 생성하는 동시에 이미지 내의 오브젝트 발열부분을 효율적으로 탐색하는 알고리즘을 제안한다. Mask R-CNN 기법은 바운딩 박스 인식을 위해 기존 브랜치와 병렬로 객체 마스크를 예측하기 위한 브랜치를 추가함으로써 Faster R-CNN을 확장한 알고리즘이다. Mask R-CNN은 훈련이 간단하고 빠르게 실행하는 고속 R-CNN에 추가된다. 더욱이, Mask R-CNN은 다른 작업으로 일반화하기 용이하다. 본 연구에서는 이 R-CNN기반 적외선 영상 검출알고리즘을 제안하여 RGB영상에서 구별할 수 없는 발열체를 탐지하였다. 실험결과 Mask R-CNN에서 변별하지 못하는 발열객체를 성공적으로 검출하였다.

본 연구는 하회탈이 갖고 있는 감성적 요인에 대해 알아보고 문화상품과 관련한 제품디자인 개발에 도움이 되고자 시도되었다. 하회탈 이미지 평가를 위해 감성 형용사 어휘 32개를 추출하여 분석한 결과 첫째, 32개의 감성 평가 어휘로 하회탈 이미지에 대해 알아본 결과, '매력성', '향토성', '흥미성', '역동성', '정교성'의 5개 요인이 나타났다. 둘째, 하회탈 종류에 따라 향토성과 흥미성에서 감성 차이가 있었다. 특히 양반탈이 초랭이탈보다 향토성이 강하며, 중탈, 백정탈 및 부네탈보다는 흥미성이 더욱 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 하회탈 상품의 재질에 따라 정교성에서 감성 차이가 있었고, 특히 유리 재질에 대해 정교한 이미지를 가지고 있었다. 넷째, 하회탈의 감성이미지는 인구통계학적 특성(나이, 성별, 학력)과 제품 특성(재질, 탈 종류)에 영향을 받고 있었다. 본 연구를 토대로 향후 하회탈 관련 문화상품 개발시 5가지 감성적 요인을 고려한다면 소비자의 니즈에 부합하는 제품 디자인 개발이 이루어질 것이다.

본 연구는 성장기의 골격성 III급 부정교합 환자에서 face mask를 이용하여 상악골을 전방 견인하였을 때, 골격 및 치아관계와 연조직 측모의 변화를 관찰하고 face mask사용전후의 경조직과 연조직 변화의 유의성을 검정하여 상악골 열성장을 보이는 골격성 III급 부정교합 환자의 진단과 치료계획 수립에 도움을 주고자 하였다. 서울대학교병원 치과진료부 교정과에 내원하여 상악골 열성장에 의한 골격성 III급 부정교합으로 진단받고 face mask를 사용하여 양호한 치료결과를 보인 환자 15명을 대상으로 face mask사용전후 두부 방사선 계측사진을 촬영하고 face mask 사용전 계측치와 face mask사용후의 계측치를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. SNA와 상악골의 실제 길이인 Co-A가 통계적으로 유의한 수준으로 증가하여(p<0.001), 상악골은 face mask에 의한 치료후 상당량 전방위치 되었다. 이는 face mask의 orthopedic effect에 의한 것이다. 2. 상, 하악골의 실제길이를 나타내는 Co-A, Co-Gn이 face mask 사용후 모두 유의성있게 증가하였다(p<0.01). 3. 하악골의 위치는 상당량 후하방 회전되었다. FMA(p<0.001), SN-GoGn(p<0.01), Y-axis(p<0.01) 등이 face mask 사용후 유의성있는 증가를 보였다. 4. 상악전치, 하악전치의 face mask사용후 치축의 경사도는 유의성있는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 5. 연조직에 대한 변화에서 상순의 위치가 전방으로 변화하여 정상적인 측모의 평균치에 가깝게 변한 것이 인정되었다(p<0.01).

The Korean Mask-Dance Theatre has been developed closely related to Korean Shaman rituals. As many scholars noticed, the performers of the Mask-Dance Theatre were closely related to the Shaman family. In addition, there are mask-dance performances in actual shaman rituals. and are the representative performances among them. This essay intends to compare these two mask-dance performances in the shaman rituals to the similar performance of Old Grandpa and Grandma episode in the regional Mask-Dance Theatre. This study would bring us further in proving the close relation between the shaman ritual and the Mask-Dance Theatre. is one episode, Keori, in the shaman ritual of 'Baeyeonsin-kut' and 'Taedong-kut' in the mid-west seashore area. 'Taedong-kut' is the village shaman ritual for fertility and prosperity, while 'Baeyeonsin-kut' is a private shaman ritual for a large catch of the ship. is held in the later part of the whole shaman ritual since the later part tend to be more for entertainment than actual ritual. The story of is very similar that of in Pongsan Mask-Dance Theatre of the mid-west region. In addition, some of their dialogues are very similar. Only the later part is different. These similarities indicate that the Mask-Dance Theatre, which came into being in later period than the shaman ritual, has likely taken the story motif of the shaman ritual. is also a performance in the shaman ritual of east coasts. is more elaborate and recreational than of the west coasts. is also performed near the end of the ritual, and sometimes it is not performed at all. This indicates that has little ritual meaning left. When we compare it with the regional Mask-Dance Theatres such as Keosung Okwangdae, Tongyong Okwangdae, and Suyong Yaryu, the structure and the story lines are also very similar. It is a question why only the motif of the Grandpa and Grandma isfound both in the shaman ritual and the Mask-Dance Theatre. Many other motifs of other episodes in the Mask-Dance Theatre are not found in the shaman rituals. It seems that the Grandpa and Grandma motif is related to the ur-belief in fertility. In other words, this motif seems to be originated from the old belief in the fertility couple of Chonha Taechanggun and Jiha Yeochanggun. The shaman ritual for fertility first picked up this motif, and then the mask-dance theatre also adapted this motif for its recreational purpose. When we compare with , still has more aspects of fertility ritual, while lost its ritualistic meaning and its main purpose is to develop dramatic needs. and are invaluable existent performances to prove theatre's origin in ritual. The existence of mask-dance performances in the shaman rituals shows us the transit performance between theatre and ritual.
