In recent years there has been much emphasis on the need for service firms to develop an organizational culture which facilitates the successful implementation of marketing activities. This study examines the relationship among marketing culture, service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty in fast food service firms. The results of empirical analysis can be summarized by the following: First, marketing culture(employee service quality, interpersonal relationships, selling task, organization, internal communications, innovativeness) had a significant direct effect on service quality. Second, marketing culture(employee service quality, selling task, internal communications) had a significant direct effect on customer satisfaction. It had also a positive, significant indirect effect on customer satisfaction through service quality. Third, service quality had a significant indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. Therefore, the results of the study provide the practical implication for establishment of service firms' marketing strategies, related to marketing culture.
This paper reviewed the relationship among internal marketing, service quality and customer satisfaction, and the mediating effect of service quality. Based on the responses from 163 hotel employees and 489 customers who encountered them, the results of hierarchical regressional analysis showed that all internal marketing factors have positive relationships with service quality, and service quality has positive relationship with customer satisfaction. Also, service quality has mediating effect between four internal marketing factors(education, compensation, delegation of authority, and internal communication) and customer satisfaction.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the structural relationship among relationship marketing, relationship quality, and behavioral intention toward children sports centers. Research design, data, and methodology: To achieve this purpose, this study employed a convenience sampling method via a questionnaire dissemination. A total of 427 responses were collected from the parents of six children sports centers. Among those, 21 responses were excluded as they were not completed, leaving 406 valid data. For hypotheses test, the collected data was computed in SPSS 27.0 and AMOS 27.0, and analyzed with frequency analysis, correlation analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling analysis. Results: First, relationship marketing had a positive influence on relationship quality. Second, relationship marketing had a positive influence on behavioral intention. Third, relationship quality had a positive influence on behavioral intention. Conclusions: Results showed that relationship marketing had a positive influence on relationship quality and behavioral intention. Moreover, relationship quality had a positive influence on behavioral intention. These findings indicate a positive function of relationship marketing in building psychological and behavioral outcomes in the context of children sport industry. Given this, implications of relationships among research variables were discussed.
This paper suggest the importance of relationship marketing of the apparel store, and proved the relationship between the relationship marketing factors and the relationship quality and performance. In this research, department store is focused, Credence service, contact guest service, and communication service are defined as relationship marketing factors. Satisfaction and trust are defined as relationship quality. And long-term oriented relationship, repeat purchase. and positive word-of-mouth are set to performance. The questionnaire survey was carried out 238 20's & 30's women in the capital region during nov, 2000. SAS package program was used to analyze the gathered data. The investigation of this research reveals some results. First, relationship marketing factor has effects on relationship quality. Second, it is proved that relationship quality has effects on performance. In conclusion, it is proved that relationship marketing of apparel store is very important marketing strategy that make concrete relationship with consumer and give satisfaction and trust to consumer, and then can make partnership with consumer for long-term consideration.
The purpose of this study is to figure out how factors of internal marketing affect service quality. Method of human resource could be indicated to bear fruit of food-industry based on this research. This study conducted documentary study and empirical study. To achieve the purpose, a survey was conducted by 229 staffs of family restaurants in Daegu. The result of this research is as follows. First, the properties of each factor of internal marketing, Service Quality and staff's behavior were extracted from the previous studies. Second, internal marketing was applied as a independent variable, and service Quality as a consequent variable. The result reached through convergent validity came to satisfy all variables. Third, it was strongly maintained the fact that the better internal marketing was applied, the more staff were satisfied and the higher service quality was. It was shown that staffs provided customers with a good service if they were satisfied with internal marketing and their companies.
To cope with the rapid emergence of competition, communication service providers are assigning marketers for the purpose of relationship marketing. However, the efficiency of relationship marketing has yet to be examined. This paper investigates the service quality determinants In relationship marketing through the telecommunication service marketers. By considering the specificity of the marketer´s role, the quality dimensions in SERVQUAL research have been modified. A survey has been conducted for the hypothesized seven quality dimensions. The results of the factor analysis show that the service quality determinants of relationship marketing are in fact four dimensions : empathy, reliability, image and tangibles. Here, the empathy dimension entails cost factor, and the reliability dimension includes responsiveness and assurance. The results also support the proposition, reported in SIRVPIRF research, that the quality of service should be measured only by the perceived achievement of the customer. This study provides useful insights into developing the strategy for effective relationship marketing.

Price competition may not have spread, but the competition is focused on artistic value, and the degree of box office success is most important. The artistic value is determined in the course of the production process. However, the degree of box office success is dependent upon the marketing manager. The marketing strategy represents the difference in the standard or quality of the movie. Inherently, the marketing manager adopts the entertainment strategy based on the quality of the foundation of the completed movie. At this time, the marketing manager knows the pertinent information (high quality/low quality) regarding the movie. This research study tries to reveal what should be the reasonable movie marketing expense, dependent on the quality of the movie. Research design, data, and methodology - Using a game scenario with different market players, the goal of the research analysis is to find out the following. First, the marketing expense is determined to maximize the profits after film production. Second, after the production costs are already committed, the manufacturer gets to choose the marketing level. At this time, there will be a profit maximization point, considering the competition. The premise of the research is as follows: if it is a good movie of quality, positive word of mouth increasing the audience continuously slows down the speed of the demand curve. If the movie quality is bad, the negative word of mouth decreasing the audience gradually hastens the speed of the demand curve. On the marketing side, when the manufacturer invests heavily in the marketing expense of the movie, consumer expectations increase to drive up the audience numbers. On the other hand, it is difficult to improve the profits excessively. When the manufacturer invests in marketing a little bit, the marketing expense is only relatively committed, therefore a lot of demand cannot be gained. Results - If a fixed market share is in a competitive situation, a low quality manufacturer expends relatively more marketing expense. If the situation assumes two manufacturers spend the same for the cost of production, the high quality manufacturer takes more profit. If the manufacturer expends less marketing budget to save costs, the optimum profit cannot be achieved since the other party (opponent) grabs the initial market share. Conclusions - In conclusion, investment is essential for market share to increase. We must refrain from a zero-sum game and have models where the game participants pursue the creative profits together. Purpose - High quality films are affected by both the production stage and various variables such as the size of the movie investment and marketing that changes consumers' perceptions. Consumer preferences should be recognized first to ensure that the movie is successful. If a film is produced without pre-investigation and analysis of consumer demand and taste, the probability of success will be low. This study investigates the balance of production costs, marketing costs, and profits using game theory, suggesting an optimization strategy using the simplex method of linear programming. Research design, data, and methodology - Before the release of the movie, initial demand is assumed to be driven largely by marketing costs. In the next phase, demand is assumed to be driven purely by a movie's production cost and quality, which might also further determine consumer demand. Thus, it is essential to determine how to distribute pure production costs and other costs (marketing) in a limited movie production budget. Moreover, it should be taken into account how to optimally distribute under the assumption that the audience and production company's input resources are limited. This research simplifies the assumptions for large-scale and relatively small-scale movie investments and examines how movie distribution participant profits differ when each cost is invested differently. Results - When first movers or market leaders have to choose both quality and marketing, it has been proven that pursuing a strategy choosing only one is more likely than choosing both. In this situation, market leaders should maximize marketing costs under the premise that market leaders will not lag their quality behind the quality of second movers. Additionally, focusing on movie marketing that produces a quick effect while ceding creative activity to increase movie quality is a natural outcome in the movie distribution environment since a cooperative strategy between market competitors is not feasible. Conclusions - Government film development policy should ignore quality competition between movie production companies and focus on preventing marketing competition. If movie production companies focus on movie production quality improvement then a creative competition would ensue.
