Recently laws have been enacted to build and promote the use of smart grid. There are also increasing demands for the compliance with international trade agreements and the related international standards. Due to these rapid changes in electric power industry and the market expansion, importances of new technologies and processes have been being increased. To reflect these international trends, the government have carried out the designation of new technology for electric power industry to promote domestic industries and national competitiveness by inspiring technology developments in individual or private industry sectors. In this paper analysis of the current status of the designation of the new technology of electric power has been presented including its problem and effect on the related industries. The analysis is expected to be utilized to enhance sound development and to vitalize the electrical new technology regulation.

In recent years, the manufacturing industry begins to demand the PDM which integarates design and manufacturing information concurrently to reduce the time-to-market of new products. However, current commercialized PDM tools have drawbacks in representing by relational data modeling a variety of data types such as CAD files, images, audio, long text, etc. For this reason, object-oriented approaches are suggested as an alternative. In this paper, using one of object-oriented approaches, Rumbaugh's OMT(Object-Modeling Technique), we propose a data model of drawing information management systems essential for PDM. The scope of the model is limited to the information management for drawings, parts, and product structures. Static, dynamic and functional models are suggested in detail. In the models, the drawing status is classified into on-progress, approved, disposed, and released. Also, parts are classified into products, assemblies, and components.

Recently, the development of the information communication industry has made many changes in the industrial acoustic industry. Especially, it has a great influence on the change of system and equipment of acoustic system. Analog equipment is changing to digital equipment, and integrated control equipment makes it easier to operate and manage the sound system. However, the integrated control system currently on the market is only controllable for some devices. In this paper, we propose a new AoIP - based system configuration method, which enables the operation status monitoring, unmanned operation and self - diagnosis of equipment. As a result of the study, it is confirmed that the proposed system can be operated, monitored, and self - diagnosed at remote sites. It is expected that an AoIP- based sound system will be the industry standard in the future.

전 세계의 인구와 도시가 점점 증가함에 따라 매년 각종 범죄를 비롯한 사건사고와 가상이변, 홍수, 지진 등과 같은 자연재해가 증가하고 있다. 따라서 공공의 안전과 재난상황에서 구조를 위한 새로운 통신의 필요성이 급증하게 되었다. 모바일 광대역 공공안전(Public Safety) 통신은 여러 지역에서 다양한 사고와 재난이 발생하였을 때, 응급현장에서의 지시나 관리의 책임을 지는 기관에서 사용하는 전파통신을 의미한다. 이를 활용하면 더욱 효율적이고 체계적으로 공공의 안전을 위협하는 상황에 대한 대응능력을 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 보인다. 따라서 관련 시장 역시 급격히 성장할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 본고에서는 모바일 광대역 공공안전 통신시장의 규모와 흐름을 살펴보고 공공안전과 재난구조 활동의 발전을 위한 무선통신망 구축의 방안에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

모바일 트래픽 폭증으로 인한 망 과부하와 서비스 품질 저하 이슈가 부각되면서 이에 대한 해결 방안으로 스몰셀이 새롭게 부상하고 있다. 전 세계적으로 스몰셀을 도입하는 사업자 수가 빠르게 증가하고 있으며 글로벌 장비업체뿐만 아니라 다양한 제조업체들이 스몰셀 시장에 진출하였다. 2014년에도 스몰셀 수요 증대 및 인지도 향상, 대규모 서비스 전개 등이 스몰셀 시장의 성장을 이끌 것으로 예상된다. 이러한 확산 추세에 힘입어 스몰셀은 향후 우회망 역할을 넘어 다양한 유무선 융합서비스를 실현하고 새로운 수익 창출의 기회를 가져다 줄 것으로 기대된다. 본고에서는 스몰셀의 개념 및 관련 현황을 개략적으로 살펴보고, 국내외 스몰셀 업계 동향 및 시장전망을 분석하여 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

The average life span is over 80 years of age, and various biomaterials have being studied. Many research institutes and companies around the world have been commercializing bioactive glass through R&D, however, there is not much research in Korea. Most bioactive glass is applied to bone regeneration in powder form due to its excellent bio-compatibility. Recently, new applications such as scaffolds for tissue engineering and nerve regeneration have been found in composite form. The global market size is not as large as US $ 556 million in 2019, but the growth rate is very high at a CAGR of 14.35 %. This field is waiting for the challenge of new researchers.

This article delves into the current status of various packaging technologies, which are currently being applied or are under development for the shelf-life extension and quality improvement of fresh and processed meat products. Traditional packaging methods include vacuum packaging, modified atmosphere packaging, and air-permeable packaging. Recently, innovative packaging methods have been introduced that utilize technologies such as barrier-films, active packaging, nanotechnology, microperforated films, far-infrared radiations, and plasma treatment. All of these packaging methods have their own merits and drawbacks in terms of shelf-life and quality maintenance. A right choice of packaging system for fresh and processed meat products must be made in accordance with the conditions of the raw material, storage, and distribution in the market and household, and while considering the environmental sustainability and consumer's expectations.

Today's businesses are experiencing intensive global competition and the most accelerating pace of change ever. Competitors have sprung up that were not even on the business's radar. This environment impacts all decisions and strategies as business try to dominate their market or their industry merely to survive. So recently most of organizations are considering on building the data warehouse system to pursuit the business intelligence. We need the proper model to guide the approach to plan building data warehouse system when we want to plan it in considering the organizational status. Therefore we suggest a model to decide the approach to build data warehouse considering the project's environmental factors. First we review Ronald S. Swift(1998)'s five environmental factors that we have to consider when planing to build data warehouse. Then we propose a model to decide DW approach by the degree of those factors to be measured. DW approaches in this model are classified in conservative approach, technological approach, increasing approach. enterprise- wide approach, and ideal approach.
