ICT산업 성장의 투입·산출 구조분해분석 (Input-Output Structural Decomposition Analysis on the Growth of ICT Industry )

  • This paper conducts the input-output structural decomposition analysis on the growth of ICT industry during year 2000~2019. The novel feature of this study is to dissect the economy-wide collective growth contributions into industry by industry contributions. The main results are as follows. First, the growth of ICT manufacturing industry has excessively depended on its own export and import-substitution of intermediate goods, while the growth of ICT service industry has heavily depended on its own domestic final goods demand. Second, for the growth of ICT manufacturing industry, its own contribution is about 79%, and the contributions of non-ICT service and manufacturing industries respectively are 11% and 9%, but the contribution of ICT service industry is only about 1%. For the growth of ICT service industry, its own contribution is about 61%, and the contributions of non-ICT service and non-manufacturing industries respectively are about 33% and 5%, but, surprisingly, the contribution of ICT manufacturing industry is less than 1%. Third, the contributions of non-ICT manufacturing and service industries to the growth of both ICT industries have been done mainly through increase in export and domestic final goods demand together with change in the structure of input technology.

  • A prototype of MES(Manufacturing Execution System) applied to panel assembly shop is implemented by using PDA(Personal Digital Assistant) and wireless database web server. The system is developed based on the Dot Net framework. The prototype can exchange the manufacturing execution data between production managers in the control room and workers in the factory through wireless internet communication. Manufacturing model of the panel shop is designed by using IDEF0 and UML method to understand the characteristics of the information and the data entities from the PPR-S view. Several issues in the shop were revealed from the manufacturing model analysis. The most typical problem was the lack of information sharing between the managing workers and the assembly workers. The problem prevents the workers and labors from sharing the process information and continuous workpiece flow In interactive way. To increase the information and data flow, a wireless internet based system is implemented and PDAs are linked together to exchange the process planning data and in-process data between the workers. It is anticipated that PDA and the implemented system can enable the process control at each process stages to obtain the well-organized operation.

  • ICT 융합에 대한 관심이 높아진 가운데 독일의 Industry 4.0을 시작으로 제조업과 ICT 융합에 대한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 이를 통해 전통적인 제조업의 제조단가를 낮추고 극적인 품질향상을 기대할 수 있게 되었다. 최근 정부의 제조업 3.0 전략 등에 힘입어 국내에서도 제조업에 대한 고도화가 진행되고 있으며, 이러한 추세에 발맞추어 제조업 운영에서 발생하는 빅데이터에 대한 주문맞춤형 분석 플랫폼을 개발하고 이를 통해 제조 현장의 경쟁력을 높이고자 한다. 주문맞춤형 분석 플랫폼은 확장성을 고려하여 스프링 프레임워크를 기반으로 웹에서 실행되도록 설계되었으며, 제조업 현장에서 발생하는 다량의 데이터를 빠르게 처리하기 위하여 스파크와 하둡 파일 시스템을 이용한다. 실시간으로 스트리밍 된 데이터를 프로세스 마이닝 기반 알고리즘을 통해 처리하고 공장의 현황을 분석하여 제조업 현장의 문제를 파악하고 신속한 의사결정을 지원할 수 있다.

일개 제조업 근로자의 3년간 체중변화와 대사증후군 진단 구성요소의 비교 분석: 국가건강검진(2015~2017년) 자료를 중심으로 (A Study on the Three-Year Weight Changes of Workers at a Manufacturing Company and the Comparison of Metabolic Syndrome Diagnosis Components: Focused on the Data of Korean National Health Screening (2015~2017))

  • Purpose: This study aims to provide preliminary data for weight management, and prevention and management of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. We examined the effect of changes in the weight of workers at a manufacturing company over three years on their metabolic syndrome and metabolic syndrome diagnosis components. Methods: Necessary data were collected from the questionnaire and the results of the Korean National Health Screening of 2015 and 2017, which included 228 workers at a manufacturing company in G region. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 23.0 program. ANCOVA was used to examine the differences in the metabolic syndrome diagnosis components according to weight change. In addition, multiple logistic regression analysis was used to obtain the odds ratios of metabolic syndrome and metabolic syndrome analysis component, based on the weight changes in the normal weight group and the obesity group. Results: Waist measure, systolic blood pressure, and blood pressure were found to have significant effects based on participants' weight change over three years. These factors increased with a larger increase in weight at a statistically significant level. This study analyzed the weight changes of the normal weight group and the obesity group considering the data from the National Health Screening of 2015, and found that the risk of metabolic syndrome increased at a statistically significant level as body weight increased; thus, the obesity group showed a higher risk in this regard. It was also found that waist measure, fasting blood sugar, and high-density low cholesterol increased at a statistically significant level as body weight increased. Conclusion: Health administrators need to recognize the importance of workers' weight management, select an intensive management group based on a time series analysis of weight changes, and develop and implement programs to manage the metabolic syndrome diagnosis components.

  • 본 연구는 글로벌 정치 경제적 불확실성 따라 제조 기업의 R&D 투자가 매출액에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 변수로는 기업의 R&D 투자, 기업의 성과 지표인 매출액, 글로벌 정치 경제적 불확실성을 반영한 Global Economic Policy Uncertainty (GEPU) 수치가 사용되었다. 패널데이터 분석에 있어서 Wharton Research Data Services의 Compustat Database에 있는 제조 기업을 바탕으로 2000년부터 2023년까지 24년간 총 96분기 데이터를 사용하였다. 선행 연구에서 상대적으로 부족했던 Global Economic Policy Uncertainty 수치를 조절변수로 사용하여 기업의 R&D 투자가 매출액에 미치는 영향에 연구하였으며, 시간 지연 효과(Time lag effect)에 대해 분석함으로써 새로운 연구의 방향을 제시하였고, 기업의 효과적인 R&D 투자 전략을 실행해야 함을 시사하였다.

  • We will introduce our new concept deposition system for SMOLED manufacturing in this conference. This system is designed to deposit organic and metal material to downward to overcome the limit of substrate size and process tact time hurdle for OLED mass production, and is organized with organic deposition chamber, substrate pre-cleaning chamber, metal deposition chamber and encapsulation system. These entire process chambers are integrated with linear type substrate transfer system. We also compare our new SMOLED manufacturing system with conventional vacuum deposition systems, and show basic organic thin film property data, organic material deposition property data, and basic device property.

EPC 기반의 제조 공정 협업을 위한 중립 데이터 생성 알고리즘 (Neutral Data Generation Algorithm for EPC-based Manufacturing Process Collaboration)

  • 선 해양 분야와 같이 복잡성이 높은 EPC(engineering, procurement, construction) 기반의 제조 공정시에는 협업 업체 간 협업 작업용 데이터가 매우 상세한 수준까지 상호 참조됨으로써 유기적인 현장 업무가 실현될 수 있는 방안이 필수적이다. 그러나 기업 별 고유한 SW의 사용과 현장 관리 체계의 복잡성으로 인하여 업체 상호 간 현장의 작업 정보를 포함한 진행 상태가 실시간 수준으로 공유되지 못하고 있어 이로 인하여 공정 지연 및 자원 투입의 비효율이 초래되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 파일 형태로 존재하는 작업 정보를 협업 형태의 제조 공정에서 적용할 수 있는 중립 데이터 생성 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 또한 개발된 알고리즘을 조선 해양 플랜트 배관의 제조 공정에 적용하고 생성된 중립 데이터를 활용하여 시각화하는 작업 정보 생성용 SW를 개발하고 좌표, 형상 및 치수, BOM의 종류, 개수, spec값을 비교함으로써 알고리즘의 정확도를 검증하였다. 그 결과 중립 데이터 좌표 정확성은 99%, 중립데이터 형상과 치수는 100%, BOM Spec. 은 100% 일치함을 확인하였다. 이 연구는 기업의 다양한 정보화 기반 기술로 인한 정보 공유의 제약을 극복하고, 복잡한 제조 공정의 작업화일 정보 공유를 극대화할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

STEP 을 이용한 통합제품정보모델(IPIM) 개발 (Development of Integrated Product Information Model Using STEP)

  • This research proposes an Integrated Product Information Model (IPIM) using STEP (Standard for the Exchange of product model data) for Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) of Concurrent Engineering (CE). IPIM is based on Geometry and Topology (STEP Part 42), Form Feature (STEP Part 48), and Tolerance (STEP Part 48) for representing the integrated information of mechanical parts. For the IPIM, 1) new entities are developed for integration of existing entities, and 2) the existing entities are restructured and modified for a special application protocol. In CIM or CE, the advantages of using IPIM having integrated form of geometry, feature and tolerance are 1) integration of product design, process design and manufacturing sequentially or concurrently. 2) keep the product data consistency, modified by different domain, and 3) automatic data exchange between different application software and different hardware. The prototype system is composed of CAD, Data Probe, DBMS and SDAI (Standard Data Access Interface), and the generated STEP data is stored in a step file of DBMS for other applications.

  • Data mining is a useful tool for analyzing data from different perspectives and for summarizing them into useful information. Recently, the data mining methods are applied to solving quality problems of the manufacturing processes. This paper discusses the problems of construction of a quality mining system, which is based on the various data mining methods. The quality mining system includes recipe optimization, significant difference test, finding critical processes, forecasting the yield. The contents and system of this paper are focused on the TFT-LCD manufacturing process. We also provide some illustrative field examples of the quality mining system.
