본 연구에서는 거시적 넓은 지역에 대한 교통 분석과 부분상세지구(sub-area)의 교통 분석을 서로 단계적으로 연계하며 상호 교통 환경 변화에 대한 영향을 동시적으로 함께 반영하여 방법을 제안했다. 이와 같은 거시적-미시적 연계 분석을 위해 거시적 네트워크 분석, sub-area analysis, 가구통행실태의 출발시각 자료, 부분상세지구의 경계지점에서 시간대별 관측 링크 교통량 자료를 융합 분석함으로써 부분지구에 대한 동적 O/D 교통량을 추정하는 실무적 방법을 제안하였다. 이렇게 추정된 동적 O/D 교통량을 입력 자료로 하여 부분상세지구에 대해 미시 교통류 시뮬레이션 분석을 실행함으로써 다양한 국소적 지구의 교통정책 분석을 가능하게 하였다. 이와 같은 미시적 동적 분석은 거시적 네트워크 분석으로는 파악할 수가 없었던 대기행렬, 교차로 지체, 차량 간 상충 등의 분석을 가능하게 한다. 따라서 교통정책의 효과를 미세한 교통현상 변화까지 분석이 가능하도록 하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 실제 사례연구를 통해 거시적-미시적 연계 분석에 의한 부분상세지구 미시교통류 시뮬레이션 결과의 현실 설명력에 대한 검증 분석도 수행하여 미시적 동적 분석의 정책 활용 가능성에 대한 참고적 자료를 제공하였다.

First topic of this paper aims to clarify how oxygen and heat transfer in silicon melt under cusp-shaped magnetic fields. We obtained asymmetric temperature distribution by using time dependent and three-dimensional calculation. Second topic is study on molecular dynamics simulation, which was carried out to estimate diffusion constants of oxygen in silicon melt.

Drawn polyethylene was studied by 13C cross polarization magic angle spinning techniques. Solid-solid phase transition from orthorhombic to monoclinic crystalline phase by drawing was observed. In addition, using a synchronized magic angle spinning 2 dimension technique, we confirmed that macroscopic ordering of the polyethylene was produced by drawing.

The $\alpha$-Al2O3 (1100) surfaces were studied with reflection electron microscopy (REM) technique. Severely faceted surfaces were found in the <1120> azimuth. Two methods were applied for indexing the facets. The facets are indexed as (1101) and vicinal facets of (1102), while the macroscopic plane is (1100).

Macroscopic investigations were made on the lesions of a total of 101 udders from slaughtered Holstein cows in Gwangju area. Incidence of supernumerary teats was 9.9%. Gross lesions were found in the surface of teats of 29.4% of cows; these lesions comprised papilomatosis (16.0%), fronds (8.9%) and injury at the tip (3.2%). Approximately 95% of the cows had slight to severe teat orifice keratosis. On the mucous membranes of the teat cisterns, fibrosis (22.7%) and congestion (8.9%) were observed. Gross lesions were found in the mammary glands of 68% of cows; these lesions comprised fibrosis (18.8%), serous exudate (4.9%), fatty tissue (4.9%), pus (4.0%), congestion (2.0%).
