친환경 근린주구 인증제도 개발을 위한 국내외 인증제도 비교연구 : 탄소를 중심으로 (A Comparative Research of Assessment System Development for Low Carbon and Sustainable Neighborhood)

  • Recently, as the concern over environmental problem has been serious all over the world, carbon has become a key issue to mitigate the problem. In the field of Architecture, various sustainable assessment systems and LCCO2 assessment strategies have been developed, guiding low carbon building while planning. However, assessment system for low carbon neighborhood, which can be more efficient strategy, is still in the stage of research. In this paper, as a research for low carbon assessment system and planning guideline for neighborhood, scope meeting domestic condition has been set and sustainable assessment system for neighborhood, which is similar to low carbon concept, have been compared. LEED-Neighborhood Development, BREEAM-Communities, CASBEE-Urban Development, and GBCC-Apartment Houses were used for comparison. As a result, it is found that those systems has many differences in judging system, aggregating method, scope of evaluation, and relations with a building assessment system. The concern about carbon is not insufficient yet. Finally, assessment system for low carbon neighborhood, which is not only for establishing the plan, but also for giving guideline at the very first state of the plan, should be developed as fast as passible. With the result of this paper, establishment of assessment criteria and the way to measure quantitative $CO_2$ should be studied forward.

인천지역 고등학생의 녹색식생활 인지와 저탄소 녹색생활 실천이 건강관련 식습관에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Green Dietary Life Recognition and Low-Carbon Green Life Practice on Health-Related Dietary Habits in High School Students in the Incheon Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of green dietary life recognition and low-carbon green life practice on health-related dietary habits in high school students. The subjects were 367 high school students in the Incheon area. This cross-sectional survey was conducted using a questionnaire, and data were analyzed with the SPSS 20.0 program. According to the findings, green dietary life recognition were categorized into two sub-factors: 'Eco-friendly traditional dietary life', and 'Life of consideration and thanks'. Low-carbon green life practice was 'Low-carbon green life', and health-related dietary habits were categorized into four sub-factors: 'Vegetables-oriented traditional dietary habits', 'Balanced dietary habits', 'Life practice for health', and 'Various cereals intake'. Green dietary life recognition showed a significantly positive relationship with all sub-factors of health-related dietary habits (p<0.05), whereas 'Eco-friendly traditional dietary life' had no significant effect on 'Balanced dietary habits'. Low-carbon green life practice showed a significantly positive relationship with all sub-factors of health-related dietary habits (p<0.01). Students who received green growth education showed significantly higher health-related dietary habits than those who did not (p<0.01). Girls showed significantly higher green dietary life recognitions and low-carbon green life practice than boys (p<0.01). Therefore, more green dietary life and low-carbon green life education programs targeting students are need. Voluntary activities, along with green dietary life and low-carbon green life education will help students improve their health-related dietary habits.

Effect of Green Transformational Leadership and Organizational Environmental Culture on Manufacturing Enterprise Low Carbon Innovation Performance

  • Previous studies stated that low carbon innovation performance could be influenced by government regulations and the green market, which is the new trend of consumer consumption in the present time, mainly focusing on external factors. Before study augured that low carbon innovation performance could be driven by internal and external factors of cooperation such as institutional pressure, stakeholder pressure, and innovation resources. However, the study of green transformational leadership and organizational environmental culture on low carbon innovation performance is rare, especially in Chinese manufacturing, as well as the effect of influencing factors of TPB model: environmental attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior capability on low carbon innovation performance. Previous studies mostly used the TPB model for predicting individual behavior. This study established a theoretical model combining the TPB model with green transformational leadership and organizational environmental culture of Chinese automobile manufacturing on low carbon innovation performance. This study consists of two sections of research methodology: section 1 related to questionnaire design and data collection. We established a questionnaire and distributed it online, targeting responses from the managerial level working in Chinese automobile manufacturing. Eventually, 155 valid questionnaires were used for analysis. Section 2 involved data analysis using statistical software. Reliability and data validity was examined by reliability analysis and factor analysis. Correlations and convergent validity analyses were applied, and structural equation modeling was conducted to test the proposed hypotheses. The findings indicated that green transformational leadership, organizational environmental culture, and essential factors of TPB model; environmental attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavior capability positively affect low carbon innovation performance. In addition, the indirect effect of green transformational leadership was tested and found that organizational environmental culture and TPB factors mediated the relationship between transformational leadership and low carbon innovation performance.

  • We are in search for many method at 21th century thinking about the environment internationally. One is among them low carbon green city. Consequently this dissertation put a system solar energy key point of low carbon green city and purpose of low carbon green city Besides system and technique about the solar energy best practices try to do the investigation analysis. It's important of low carbon green city's environmental friendly system such as solar heat system, solar power generation, ecological greening, All these systems are connected each other and organize low carbon green city. A solar energy system uses pure energy of the situation directly most among the environmental friendly system. Energy saving and environment-friendly city in the world must do not a choice. However, recognition conversion and infrastructure of the Korea still has not come true. But South Korea and the international best practices is not the same system. But plan to solar city, the concept of green city in Cheongju, Deagu local government. And many meetings are in progress.

그린산업 육성을 위한 농업분야 IT융합기술 (IT Convergence Technology in Plant Growing for Low-Carbon Green Industry)

  • Recently, The Bali Road Map was approved, as it demands that developing countries should also have the responsibility of greenhouse gas reduction from 2013. This suggests that the greenhouse gas and environment should be controlled across industry sectors. Accordingly, this study was conducted to identify the application and effects of the IT convergence technology to the smart farm and realize the low-carbon green industry in Korea. The smart farm technologies within and outside of Korea were comparatively analyzed for the low-carbon green industry policy. The study subjects were determined to propose the necessity of the study efficiently. First, the studies on the smart farm for low-carbon green industry policy were examined. Second, the suitable IT technology for the smart farm as well as the effect and the improvement plan of the IT technology-based smart farm system were examined. This study now aims to promote the low-carbon green industry policy and IT convergence technology and job creation. These will be achieved by providing the plan for linking the system simulator organization with the low-carbon green industry policy.

스마트 저탄소도시를 위한 기초연구 (A Basic Study for Smart Zero Carbon Cities)

  • In recent years, many studies have been conducted on smart low carbon cities through the fusion of ICT information technology for the purpose of reducing carbon. In this study, we investigated 13 cities in three continents that implement low-carbon city policies and analyzed the size, economic and social characteristics of each city to identify the degree of dynamic mechanism for carbon reduction. To this end, we quantified the elements of the city and analyzed the basic requirements for low-carbon cities using the TOPSIS method. The study found that most cities were better able to activate institutions and cultural conditions, facilities and functional conditions, and economic and industrial conditions than other engines, and these three were the main forms of power for smart low carbon cities. The results of this study are expected to be used as a basis for suggesting policy recommendations and improvement measures for future smart low carbon cities.

소비자 특성에 따른 저탄소자동차선택속성요인과 구매 시기에 관한 한·일 비교연구 (A Comparative Study Between Korea And Japan on Low-Carborn Vehicles Selection attributes and purchase Dates According to Consumer Characteristics)

  • 본 연구는 아시아의 선진 국가로써 이에 따른 자동차 시장도 성숙 단계에 있는 일본과 한국의 수도권에 거주하는 소비자에게 소비자의 특성에 따른 저탄소자동차의 선택속성요인과 저탄소자동차 유형별 예상구입시기에 대해 온라인 설문 조사를 기반으로 비교 고찰하고자 하였다. 본연구의 결과 한국과 일본의 소비자 특성과 소비자의 저탄소자동차의 선택속성요인과의 차이분석을 살펴본 결과 한국의 경우 성별에는 차이가 없으며 연령별로 보았을 때 경제성에는 차이가 있으며 소득수준별로 보았을 때 안정성에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 연령에 따라 저탄소자동차 선택속성요인이 나이가 들어감에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 소득수준이 높아감에 따라 저탄소자동차 선택시 안정성을 더욱 중요하게 여기는 요인으로 보았다. 일본의 경우는 성별, 연령별, 소득별로 저탄소자동차의 선택속성요인에 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 한국과 일본 모두 저탄소 자동차 유형에 따른 향후 구매시기와의 연관성에 있어서는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점 한국은 연령별로 보았을 때 경제적 측면을 중시하며 저탄소자동차를 선택하려는 경향이 있으며 소득수준별로 보았을 때 소득수준에 따라 저탄소자동차의 안전성을 중시하려는 경향이 있다는 의미 있는 결과를 얻었다 반면 일본의 경우 소비자특성별로 차이 없이 저탄소자동차를 선택하는 경향을 나타내고 있었다. 저탄소자동차의 유형에 따른 예상구매시기의 연관성은 한국은 저탄소자동차 유형중 향후 10년 이내에서 선호차량은 전기자동차를 선호하는 것으로 나타났으며 일본은 하이브리드 차를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다.

크롬질화처리한 저탄소강의 고분자 전해질 연료전지 분리판으로서의 표면특성 (Surface Properties of Chromium Nitrided Carbon Steel as Separator for PEMFC)

  • Separator of stack in polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell (PEMFC) is high cost and heavy. If we make it low cost and lighter, it will have a great ripple. In this study, low carbon steel is used as base metal of separator because the cost of low carbon steel is very cheaper commercial metal material than stainless steels, which is widely used as separator. Low carbon steel has not a good corrosion resistance. In order to improve the corrosion resistance and electrolytic conductivity, low carbon steel needs to be surface treated. We made Chromium electroplated layer of $5{\mu}m$, $10{\mu}m$ thickness on the surface of low carbon steel and it was nitrided for 2 hours at $1000^{\circ}C$ in a furnace with 100 torr nitrogen gas pressure. Cross-sectional and surface microstructures of surface treated low carbon steel are investigated using SEM. And crystal structures are investigated by XRD. Interfacial contact resistance and corrosion tests were considered to simulate the internal operating conditions of PEMFC stack. The corrosion test was performed in 0.1 N $H_2SO_4$ + 2 ppm $F^-$ solution at $80^{\circ}C$. Throughout this research, we try to know that low carbon steel can be replaced stainless steel in separator of PEMFC.

저탄소 도시관리를 위한 탄소배출과 토지이용변화 분석 -진주시를 중심으로- (Analysis of Carbon Emissions and Land Use Change for Low -Carbon Urban Management - Focused on Jinju)

  • 저탄소 녹색성장은 국내외적으로 중요한 정치적 이슈가 되고 있으며, 한국정부는 최근 저탄소 녹색성장을 위한 비젼을 발표하였다. 이런 관점에서 탄소배출 추정은 도시계획에 있어서 중요한 요소가 되고 있다. 탄소저감 계획을 수립하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 과거 40년 동안 진주시의 탄소배출 추정과 토지이용변화의 상호추이변화를 분석하였다. 토지적성평가 데이터베이스와 항공영상의 영상처리자료는 과거 40년간의 토지이용변화를 분석하는데 유효한 정보를 주었으며, 신주거지 개발에 의한 토지이용변화는 급격한 인구집중과 탄소배출증가를 가져왔다. 앞으로 저탄소 녹색성장을 위한 도시관리계획에 있어서 토지이용변화에 따른 탄소배출 증가를 계획수립 시 반드시 고려해야하며, 향 후 토지이용과 연료소비추정이 포함된 정확한 탄소배출 추정모델개발에 대한 추가적인 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.

  • Using hi plasma and Fe-Phthalocyanine, carbon nanofibers have been synthesized a low temperature. The carbon nanofibers had about In nm diameter and up to $10{\mu}m$ length. These were grown in random orientation. There are two shapes in the CNFs, screw and straight line shapes. Furthermore, we found the selective growth of nanofibers on the scratched substrates.
