홀확장법을 적용한 체결홀의 피로수명 개선을 위한 재 홀확장 효과에 대한 유한요소 해석 (Finite Element Analysis of Re-Cold Expansion in Order to Improve the Fatigue Life of Fastener Hole that has been Cold Expanded Before)

  • Cold expansion of fastener holes has been successfully used for many years to impart beneficial compressive residual stresses. Beneficial compressive residual stress of fastener hole that has been cold expanded before is reduced by using of materials for a long time. As a result, fatigue life of material is reduced. So, compressive residual stresses of material have to regenerate by re-cold expansion method. In this paper, it was carried out a finite element analysis about variation of residual stress due to tensile stress and residual stress distribution that was regenerated by re-cold expansion method in the fastener hole. Here, a diversity tensile stress was used. Also, it was performed a finite element analysis according to cold expansion rate of re cold expansion in order to obtain a beneficial compressive residual stress.

비아 트랜지션을 갖는 마이크로스트립 선로를 이용한 링 하이브리드 결합기 (Ring Hybrid Coupler using Microstrip Line with Via Transition)

  • 본 논문에서는 비아 트랜지션을 이용하여 마이크로스트립 선로를 구현하고 이것을 이용하여 다층 레이어를 사용하여 링 하이브리드 결합기를 설계하였다. 여기서 사용된 트랜지션은 서로 다른 레이어에 존재하는 마이크로스트립 선로를 연결하기 위해서 비아를 사용한 샌드위치 구조이다. 컴팩트한 RF/ 마이크로웨이브 소자를 설계하기 위해서 이러한 비아를 이용한 마이크로스트립 선로의 구현은 긴 전송선로를 짧게 구현할 수 있다. 이러한 트랜지션의 유용성을 보이기 위해서 중심 주파수 2 GHz에서 링 하이브리드 결합기를 구현하였다. 그 결과 특성은 시뮬레이션과 거의 동일함을 확인하였고, 크기는 기존 것과 비교하여 50% 줄일 수 있다.

  • Invar is a compound metal of Fe-Ni system and contain 36% Ni. The most distinction characteristic of Invar is the coefficient of thermal expansion is 1.0 10$^{-6}$ /$^{\circ}C$. That is a tenth of general steel material. This low thermal expansion characteristic of Invar is applied to the missile, aircraft, monitor CRT and frontier display's shadow mask such as FED and OLED. The usage of the Invar shadow mask for display is increasing due to the requirement of larger size and flatness monitor. The Invar shadow mask is machined by two ways electro-forming and laser now. However the electro-forming takes a too long time and the laser machining is accompanied with Burr. In this study, PEMM(pulse electrochemical micro machining) is conducted to machine the micro hole to the Invar and 80${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ hole was machined.

V=K(D / W)$\^$-n/ N=1.60-1.78 K=48-138 Project one of contineous works to above a determination of empirical equation on the cautious blasting vibration with Crawler Drill(ø 70-75mm) in long distance.   • The dynamic photoelasticity with the aid of Cranz-Shardin type high speed camera system is utilized to record the dynamically propagating behavior of the interface crack. This paper investigates the effects of the hole (existed along the path of the crack propagation) shape on the dynamic interface crack propagation behavior by comparing the experimental isochromatic fringes to the theoretical stress fields.

Recent Progress in Flexible Perovskite Solar Cell Development

  • Perovskite solar cells (PSCs) are a new class of photovoltaic devices, which have attracted significant attention due to their remarkable optoelectrical properties, including high absorption coefficients, high carrier mobilities, long carrier diffusion lengths, tunable bandgaps, low cost, and facile fabrication. PSCs have reached efficiencies of 22.70% and 18.36% on rigid fluorine-doped tin oxide and poly(ethylene terephthalate) substrates, respectively; these are comparable to those of single-crystal silicon and copper-indium-gallium-selenium solar cells. Over the past eight years, the photo conversion efficiency of PSCs has been significantly improved by device-architecture adjustments, and absorber and electron/hole transport layer optimization. Each layer is important for the performance of PSCs; hence, we discuss achievements in flexible perovskite solar cells (FPSCs), covering electron/hole-transport materials, electrode materials. We give a comprehensive overview of FPSCs and put forward suggestions for their further development.

UHF 기술을 이용한 온라인 부분방전 모니터링 (On-line Insulation Diagnostic by PD Monitoring Field Practical of UHF Technique for On-line PD Monitoring)

  • A field-oriented UHF system for on-line PD monitoring of transformers is designed, which has been installed inside the oil tank of transformer in a substation by two ways: on-line installing mode through the oil-valve and pre-installing mode through the man hole/hand hole cover. This system has successfully captured long intermittent discharge signals that hadn't been detected through conventional techniques, and solved the problem successfully. The results demonstrate that UHF technique has great advantages for on-line PD monitoring of transformers. By adopting the peak detection technique, it becomes easy and effective for the transplantation of the phase-resolved pattern recognition technique from conventional method to UHF method, and then to realize continuous on-line monitoring, source characterization and trending analysis.

드릴가공에서 강재의 피삭성에 관한 연구 (A Study On the Machinability of Steels by Drilling)

  • In order to predict analytically torque, thrust force, tool life and chip formation in drilling, cutting models for chisel edge with various tool-chip contact length were developed in this type. Also, the experimental tests are run with various pilot holes. The following conclusions were obtained from the analysis. \circled1 It's also found experimentally that thrust force(Fz) decreases as pilot hole diameter increases. \circled2 Surface roughness for material(G) is larger that for material(J). The difference over two materials in roughness value about 0.5$mu extrm{m}$. \circled3 Flank wear of the drill in cutting material of G less than any other kinds of materials(F, G, H, I, J). \circled4 In drilling a deep hole on a workpiece over SM45C either twist drill. The chip was conical helix type at the fist suspensely change the two segment type and than two a long pitch helix style.

주기적 이송속도 변화를 이용한 심공드릴가공 (Deep Hole Drilling by Using Periodical Change of Feedrate)

  • Experimental study of drilling for duralumin A2024 was conducted with intermittently accelerated and decelerated feedrate. It is achieved through a programmed periodic increase and decrease in the feedrate using a machining center. The following experimental results were performed with the objective of solving chip to disposal problems. In conventional drilling of aluminum, long continuous chips are produced with winding around the drill and causing difficulties in eliminating chips from the cutting zone. In order to acquire the basic data necessary to regulate the chip profile, the relationship between cutting variables and chip shape was investigate. The following conclusions are established from the experimental results. At a suitable feed fluctuation ratio, intermittently decelerated feed drilling proved successful in braking chips to appropriate lengths while maintaining stable cutting. Thus, it is an effective method for improving chip disposal. The amplitude of the dynamic component of cutting force in intermittent feed drilling is influenced by the feed fluctuation ratio.
