This study aimed to investigate the factors affecting Logistics capabilities for Logistics Service Providers in Vietnam. Researchers inherited and developed based on previous research to focus on analyzing and evaluating dynamics, measuring Logistics capabilities, and the factors affecting Logistics capabilities for Logistics Service Providers. The logistics capabilities Model is used based on three factors: customer demand management capability, innovation capability, and information management capability. The empirical analysis used data from the survey data of l90 managers of Logistics Service Providers in Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hue, Hanoi with reliable tools (SPSS 26.0 software). The data were analyzed by frequencies, percentages, means, Pearson's Linear Correlation Coefficient, exploratory factor analysis, and multi-linear regression model based on the survey data. The research results identified the following factors affecting Logistics capabilities for Logistics Service Providers: innovation capability has the strongest impact on Logistics capabilities; customer demand management capability has the following strong effects on Logistics capabilities; and finally, information management capability that affects Logistics capabilities. There is also a positive relationship between all factors and Logistics capabilities. Several recommendations are further suggested to enhance to improve Logistics capabilities for Logistics Service Providers in Vietnam.

Logistics has been recognized as a growing industry in Korea. Accidents in Korean logistics industry are listed up in this paper. As accidents in Korean Logistic industry increasing rapidly, lots of researches on the safety management in logistics industry are published. We surveyed those Korean research papers including supply chain management. Research papers are classified by logistics function and logistics area. Some logistics area still have not been researched on safety management.

환경문제가 기업의 물류분야에서도 중요한 경쟁요소로 대두되고 있다. 이에 따라 환경친화적 물류활동의 실태조사를 통하여, 추진방향을 설정해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 환경친화적 물류활동 82개 항목을 선정하였으며, 제조기업 129사를 대상으로 기업규모별로 추진실태를 조사하였다. 환경친화적 물류활동 조사항목 중 40개 이상을 실시하고 있는 기업은 10% 수준에 불과하였다. 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 기업들이 추진하여야 환경친화적인 물류활동의 추진방향을 6가지로 나누어 제시하였다.

In order to obtain and maintain competitive advantage, under rapidly changing maritime environment, liners should make efforts to reinforce their logistics service capabilities. Most of all, for this, shipping lines should accurately recognize and evaluate their logistics service attributes. In the present research, various logistics service attributes for ocean carriers were selected from previous studies and the observed data for 6 main service attributes were collected through a questionnaire survey to 31 maritime experts. Moreover, shipping lines' relative logistics service capabilities were measured by an additional survey process. The comparative gravity between core evaluation factors were measured by AHP technique and the relative capability levels of 2 Korean liners and 5 foreign shipping companies were assessed by utilizing a fuzzy model. The empirical result presents that Korean liners are superior at customer service capability but inferior at freight rate competitiveness. This research shows that Korean liners are ranked at high position for overall logistics service capabilities and focusing on the differentiation strategy but not on the cost related strategy.

Purpose: With the rapid development of e-commerce, logistics services, as an important part of e-commerce shopping, have gradually attracted people's attention. Customer engagement behavior is a new topic in marketing, and its connotation is still being explored. The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between logistics service quality and customer engagement behavior. Research design, data and methodology: This study employed the method of online questionnaire survey, with Chinese e-commerce platform users as the survey objects, 248 valid survey sample data were collected, and the method of factor analysis and structural equation model analysis was used to verify the research hypothesis model constructed in this paper. Results: The four dimensions of e-commerce logistics service quality have different influences on customer satisfaction, and the influence of availability on customer satisfaction is not significant. Convenience, assurance, and security have a significant positive impact on customer satisfaction; Customer satisfaction has a significant positive impact on the three dimensions of customer engagement behavior: customer repeat purchase behavior, online word-of-mouth, and customer referrals. Conclusion: The results of this study will provide useful reference for the managers of e-commerce companies to improve customer engagement behavior by improving the logistics service quality.

Recent trends in globalization and informatization underscore the importance of logistics. As a result, there is a need for skilled and specialized logisticians. Third Party Logistics (TPL) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) require logisticians with a broad base of knowledge in areas such as multimodal transport, international trade, information technology computers, finance, operations management, etc. This study conducted a survey to find out the opinions of demanders and suppliers. The results of the surrey show that there are more skilled logisticians in the field of management, computer works in manager level and system management. The survey also found that the certificate exam, which the Ministry of Construction and Transportation started in 1997 as the "Certified Logistics Manager" exam, should have more questions in areas such as foreign languages, computers, logistics information, management skills, etc. To produce better logisticians in Korea, the government will have to invest more into their education, especially near the major ports and metropolitan areas. In addition, it is important that universities and companies work together to provide students with internship and other field-experience teaming opportunities. Logistics education centers should be built at the national level. In addition, the existing certification should be divided into two separate certifications: one for ordinary logistics, and one for international logistics. To further improve the certification system, short-answer or essay questions should be added to the second exam, and an additional certification for the highest level logisticians, a so-called "professional logisticians certificate," needs to be introduced.ntroduced.

In this study, we investigate how logistics standardization affects on the cost of the firm. For this study, we survey the firms' logistics standardization. The analysis of the effects of logistics standardization in the firm level finds that the firm may reduce its cost by 11.8$\%$ with its logistics standardization and decrease the logistics cost in the total Korean firm level by 5 trillion Won. This study also finds that the logistics standardization can reduce the total fright costs by 25 trillion Won.

This paper analyzes how levels of logistics standardization are related to logistics costs. The study surveyed ratios of standard pallet use in order to measure levels of firms' standardization in logistics management. Research focused on how firms' logistics costs were related to their levels of logistics standardization and ratios of standard pallet use. After measuring use of standard pallets and logistics costs, optimal levels of logistics standardization were estimated based on survey data. Logistics costs and standardization were more related to labor than to freight volume or export. Results indicated that firms could reduce logistics costs by raising levels of logistics standardization; optimal levels of standard pallet use out of Korean firms' total manufacturing cargo volume were estimated at 44.26% for multi-standard pallets and 57.99% for a single standard pallet (a unit load system). The study demonstrated that adopting a single standard pallet results in better cost saving logistics systems than use of multi-standard pallet types. These results may explain why firms pursue standardization in logistics systems.

본 논문은 중국 상해를 중심으로 로지스틱 서비스를 이용하는 기업들의 로지스틱 아웃소싱 실태에 대한 설문조사를 통하여 중국의 물류아웃소싱 관행에 대한 조사연구이다. 중국 상해에 소재하는 158개 제조기업을 대상으로 설문조사를 했다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 전형적 물류를 아웃소싱 하는 제조기업들은 서비스 제공업자들과 장기적 관계를 유지하고 또한 다수의 물류서비스업자들로부터의 물류서비스 구매를 선호했다. 둘째, 대부분의 서비스 이용기업들은 물류서비스 제공기업들에 대하여 만족했고, 물류 기업들에게 자사의 물류를 아웃소싱 할 때, 자사의 고객만족도, 물류 수준과 수익개선에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 물류서비스를 이용하는 제조기업들은 물류기업을 선택할 때 가격수준, 핵심적 경쟁력과 평판을 가장 중요한 요인으로 하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 중국에서 3PL 등의 물류전문서비스 사업이 초기단계이지만, 앞으로 발전 잠재력이 매우 큰 것으로 조사되었다. 따라서 본 논문은 상해를 중심으로 중국에서 영업을 하고 중국 국내물류기업 또는 우리나라 투자기업을 포함한 외자물류기업들에게 물류서비스 이용기업들의 물류 아웃소싱 실태와 관행에 대한 정보를 제공함으로 물류서비스산업의 발전에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

Recently, as change in global logistics environment, various issues have been presenting. These issues are including the pursuit of low cost-high added value, the realization of sustainable logistics system, the protection of environment, and the development of ubiquitous techniques. To cope with these environment changes and improve the national logistics system, the government have carried out various logistics policies and pushed ahead development of national logistics information network. But still, from a view-point of national logistics, there are several inefficient elements such as information connection and utilization, code/data standardization. In this paper, the survey result of global logistics environment change, logistics policy of a developed countries, domestic logistics policy and information system status will be presented. And from these status, suggestive points are mentioned. Finally the status of railway logistics information and future developments are presented.
