These days, school education is making every possible effort to bring up a human able to opposed creatively to 21 century social, because of society is global and informational step by step. For this, the special activity in the seventh curriculum is expended and reorganized from three areas to five areas. On the other hand, the special activity is pushed ahead with the developmental activity in consideration of student's ability and aptitude. However, the teachers are difficult to organize of the developmental activity in based on student's ability and aptitude. Because of developmental activity is organized in the beginning of a term, not only the teachers are fallen to realize student's ability and aptitude but also students ignore ability and aptitude themselves. Therefore this paper designs a program based on MI(Multiple Intelligence) theory to compose developmental activity effectively. Up to now, MI is introduced nine kinds of intelligence, Linguistic Intelligence, Logical-Mathematical Intelligence, Musical Intelligence, Spatial Intelligence, Bodily-Kinesthetic Intelligence, Interpersonal Intelligence, Intrapersonal Intelligence, Naturalist Intelligence, and Existentialist intelligence. this paper designs the K-MIDAS test[1] based on seven kinds of intelligence areas and implements developmental activity program suit to student's ability and aptitude based on the MI test result.

Mobility in the mobile agent language is an important issue. The scope range of the agent which can move is closely related with the work which the agent can do for users. The location concept proposed in this paper can make an activity scope of agent various by defining and classifying the destination of mobile agent as a logical and physical location. We designed and implemented a java class that describes creation, deletion, and execution of agent and a service system of agent that executes the described program on the computer which is linked to network to assist the location concept. The location concept will advance the mobility of agent and this agent is expected to provide much better service for users.

It is the importance of Lifelong Education that is gradually more and more increased and publicly mentioned as the population of current society is aging even very rapidly. Especially the vivid activity of human being's brain is emphasized rather than before for the protection of senile dementia as people consider the sound life worth. This paper suggests mathematical education that is applicable and suitable for the emotional and cognitive level of the aged as the way of new method. I suggest the 'silver math' that may strengthen memory, thinking power and logical power of the aged, further cause the interest through games with mathematics, finally uplift the self-perception and pride. Thus, several basic elements are proposed here in this paper, that can be the foundation for the systematic and specific research of 'silver math'.

Traditional programming education lacked consideration of contents, methods and learners. In particular, the importance of programming education has been decreased in school because almost no suitable teaching has been executed for elementary school students. To solve these problems, this study proposed the use of MINDSTORMS that is a programming education tool suitable for elementary school students, and verified its effects on learners' creativity. The results of this study show that the tool is highly effective in improving students' creativity. The objectives of programming education are not only learning programming languages but also improving problem-solving ability, logical thinking and creativity. We must offer environment, in which students can control their own learning activity and solve problems by themselves. In addition, MINDSTORMS can be a very useful and suitable tool for programming education.

Analysis of trend by various information is systematically approached by strategy differentiating in Interior Design. At the present, trend is approached by intuitive viewpoint without systematic strategy and analysis system about interior coordination activity. And, it is not still established specific systematic architecture of the interior coordination by logical and academical approach. This Study set the goal at overall understanding about the Trend that shifting fast and offering objective data. Therefore, I approached the semiology-oriented process as the most suitable academical system on analysis of interior coordination trend. Object target of analysis was investigated to three domestic and overseas exhibitions announced from 2007 to 2008. These analysis was based on the context and text from the life style and the major determinant theme of the age of each exhibition. Also, it was arranged color, material and texture by the related expression system with topics and theme keywords. And it'll be considered as utilizing the code of specific application in interior coordination which is from the investigating about exhibition. Therefore, this study will be expected to help in meaning transmission and methodology establishment by more beneficial objective system, when designer work the interior coordination practically through the establishment of systematic viewpoint about interior coordination.

The effects of intra-peritoneal injection of inorganic mercury on haemato-logical parameters and hepatic oxidative stress enzyme activities were studied in common carp, Cyprinus carpio. The fish were injected thrice intra-peritoneally with mercuric chloride TEX>$(5,\;10mg\;Hg\;kg\;b.W.^{-1})$. After exposure of three different mercury concentrations a physiological stress response was exerted on C. carpio by causing changes in the blood status such as erythropenia in blood and oxidative stress in liver. Red blood cell counts, hemoglobin concentration and hematocrit level were reduced in most cases by inorganic mercury. Remarkable low level of serum chloride, calcium and osmolality were also observed in the mercury- exposed fish. However, serum magnesium and phosphate were not altered by exposure to mercury. An increased activity of hepatic glutathione peroxidase was observed in the lowest treatment group of carp $(1mg\;Hg\;mg\;b.w.^{-1})$, hence, hepatic catalase and glutathione peroxidase of carp exposed to higher concentration of mercury $(5,\;10mg\;Hg\;kg\;b.W.^{-1})$ showed significant reduction in such activities.

In this paper we introduce the Internet-based purchase support systems using data mining and case-based reasoning (CBR). Internet Business activity that involves the end user is undergoing a significant revolution. The ability to track users browsing behavior has brought the vendor and end customer's closer than ever before. It is now possible for a vendor to personalize his product message for individual customers at massive scale. Most of former researchers, in this research arena, used data mining techniques to pursue the customer's future behavior and to improve the frequency of repurchase. The area of data mining can be defined as efficiently discovering association rules from large collections of data. However, the basic association rule-based data mining technique was not flexible. If there were no inference rules to track the customer's future behavior, association rule-based data mining systems may not present more information. To resolve this problem, we combined association rule-based data mining with CBR mechanism. CBR is used in reasoning for customer's preference searching and training through the cases. Data mining and CBR-based hybrid purchase support mechanism can reflect both association rule-based logical inference and case-based information reuse. A Web-log data gathered in the real-world Internet shopping mall is given to illustrate the quality of the proposed systems.

Present study investigated the crash phenomenon between freedom of press and pseudo press. For that researcher gathered online witch hunt cases from 2012 to 2017 and interpret with the logical basis of argument which needs to control pseudo press activity. On the other hand, present research arranged former studies about freedom of press and right of reputation and privacy as a counterpart that can be ethical debate. Futhermore, court case about right of small independent media where has less than 5 people also gathered. By Comparison of each ethical and legal basis, this study provide the insight which can inspire to think about real right of citizen and press.

Tissue distributions and association of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) with inflammatory have led us to search for COX-2 selective inhibitors from natural products. Conceptually, COX- 2 selective inhibitors should be expected to retain anti-inflammatory efficacy by inhibition of PGs production while reducing or eliminating the gastric, renal and hemostatic side effects commonly associated with NSAIDs use. Thus, a logical approach to the treatment of inflammatory diseases should involve the inhibitors of COX-2. To develop new COX-2 inhibitors from natural products, two hundred crude drugs were screened by inhibiting PGD2 generation in bone marrow derived mast cells (BMMC). Among them, 6 methanol extracts of crude drugs such as, Bletillae rhizoma, Aconiti kgreani rhizoma, Belamcandae rhizoma, Nelumbinis semen, Gleniae radix, Aurantii immatri pericarpium inhibited more than 85% of BMMC COX-2 activity at a concentration 2.5${\mu}$g/ml.

Aalto designed his own modern architecture in comparison with other modern architects of his days. It is because Aalto went beyond the principle of dogmatic functionalism based on his attitude not to copy images of functionalism but to fulfill function of the building. He decided architectural form and space according to logical basis including the effective use of light and sound. Vuoksenniska church, as is called the most exceptional and notable church in his works, was designed based on the fulfillment of program. As he knew that the program needed the extension of the main church space into social areas, he put emphasis on individuality of space rather than the wholeness of space. Sound and light analysis of Vuoksenniska church shows that Aalto tried to have adequate environment of each space at the start and Integrate them later. The spatial configuration of Vuoksenniska church shows that the individuality of space has priority over the wholeness of spaces. Discordance between roof form and ceiling is the best example for this matter. Aalto designed various windows that have different sizes, figure and location to induce desirable light for each space of the church. He also adjusted the shape of the ceiling and the angle of wall for a effective sound transmission. This result indicates that he knew the activity of the church is normally confined to one weekly morning and the whole space Is hardly used as a religious purpose.
