In this Paper, We proposed the HLS(Http Live Streaming) transmitter which is operated easily and cheap in all networks and client environments compared to the exist video live streaming transmitter. We analyzed the HLS protocol and then implemented for making the HLS transmitter cheaper and portable. After designing the HLS transmitter hardware using the RISC processor of Arm11 core, we ported the Linux Operating System and implemented the HLS protocol using the open source FFmpeg and Segmenter. For the performance evaluation of the developed HLS transmitter, we made the testing environment which is including the notebook, iPhone, and aroid Phone. In this testing environment, we analysed the received video data at the client displayer. As a results of the performance evaluation, we could certify that the proposed HLS transmitter has a higher performance than the Apple company's HLS.

The live line working is inherently dangerous as the workers have to work under the risk of electrical shock and most of works are carried out at height. The live line working need the some specific techniques and higher level safety measures such as a risk assessment to carry out works safely, but the electrical construction companies performed live-line working are usually small-sized companies. They have less capacity to have own safety management system. This study intended to conduct an in-depth analysis on the cause of electric shock accidents to provide basic data for policy proposing taking into considering the past eleven years for a long-term plan. And the aim of this study is to propose the policy about the equipment performance standards and/or worker's safety standards to revise the standards for preventing electric shock accidents, moreover, co-relation of the electrical work order form and on safety workings, especially electrical construction company/work.

Purpose : This study aimed to investigate the effect of foot massage on sleep, vital signs and fatigue in the elderly who live in their Home. Method: Data were collected from 20 elderly who live in the Seoul-Kyunggi province area by convenience sampling and analyzed the change of sleep and sleep satisfaction, vital signs(pulse, respiration, systolic and diastolic blood pressure) and general fatigue between pre and post foot massage using Paired t- test at 0.05 of significance level. Result: There were very significant difference in the sleep and fatigue between pre and post foot massage. Conclusion: Foot massage can improve the sleep and decrease fatigue, therefore we recommend to use foot massage as a effective sleep related nursing intervention in the elderly who live in their home.

This study will be an exploratory study from the perspective of IWOM on the intention of word-of-mouth transmission. And based on 256 questionnaire survey data of E-Commerce live broadcast consumers, structural equation modeling is used to explore the paths and mechanisms of influence of consumers' perceived IWOM and perceived value on oral transmission intention in China's E-Commerce live broadcast. The results found that consumers' perceived IWOM had a positive effect on perceived usefulness and perceived entertainment, and that perceived usefulness had a positive effect on purchase intention while perceived entertainment had no direct effect on word-of-mouth transmission intention. Perceived IWOM also indirectly influences willingness to pass on word-of-mouth by affecting perceived value. Among them, the mediating effect of perceived usefulness in the path of perceived network influence on word-of-mouth transmission intention is greater than that of perceived entertainment.

Purpose: This study examines the relationship between content characteristics and customer viewing and purchase intention in live-streaming commerce. Research design, data, and methodology: For this purpose, seven independent factors such as entertainment, artistry, storytelling, informativity, interactivity, reliability, and technicality are extracted based on previous literature. The viewing intention and purchase intention are adopted as dependent factors. The role of 'immersion' is investigated as a mediating factor between the independent and dependent factors. Results: The results showed that entertainment, artistry, technicality, and reliability significantly affected immersion, and immersion affected viewing intention and purchase intention. Immersion was found to play a mediating role between content characteristics and consumer viewing and purchase intention. Conclusions: The results indicate that the content characteristics not only attract customers but also affect their immersion, viewing intention, and purchase intention directly or indirectly in the live-streaming commerce sector.

The purpose of this study is to explore the differentiated motivations of users of live commerce by focusing on the entry into untact consumption culture. In addition, we intend to verify the mediating effect of engagement in the relationship between the motivation and attitude of live commerce use. As for the research method, an online survey was conducted targeting live commerce users, and 245 valid samples were used for analysis. For data analysis, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, and mediation regression analysis were performed. As a result of the analysis, the motivation for using live commerce was derived from four factors: Enjoyment of interaction, Substitutability of personal examination, Need for community, Trend setting. And Engagement was found to have a significant effect on attitude. Finally, engagement was found to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between the motivation and attitude of live commerce use. The research results will provide implications for understanding non-face-to-face consumption culture and establishing effective strategies for the live commerce industry in the future.

As live commerce, mobile sales platforms based on real-time content and text are drawing attention as a new marketing channel. In particular, the fashion industry also using live commerce as a new fashion distribution channel, requiring marketing strategies to utilize it efficiently. This study attempted to verify the effect of information source, sales promotion, and impulse buying tendency characteristics on fashion live commerce purchase intention. The experimental design of this study was 2(characteristics of information source: expertise vs attractiveness) × 2(sales promotion type: value-added vs price discount) × 2(impulse buying tendency: high vs low) three-way mixed analysis of variance(ANOVA). A convenience sampling of 264 women in their 20s and 50s living in Seoul and the Gyeonggi area who had purchased products through Live Commerce was conducted. For the final analysis, 240 questionnaires were used. Data were analyzed by the SPSS 26 program and three-way ANOVA. Simple main effects analysis was conducted. The results of this study follow. First, there were statistically significant differences in purchase intention according to consumers' impulse buying tendencies and sales promotions. Second, information source and sales promotion showed statistically significant interaction effects on purchase intention. Lastly, information source, sales promotion, and impulse buying tendency showed significant three-way interaction effects on fashion live commerce purchase intention. Therefore, conducting appropriate marketing analysis can result in positive attitudes regarding live commerce products and substantive increases in sales.

In design of bridges, estimation of actions and loadings is very important for the safety and maintenance of bridges. In general, effect of traffic loading on the bridge can be modeled as live load (including impact load) and fatigue load. For estimation of traffic loading, it is important to get reliable and comprehensive truck statistical data such as the traffic and weight information. To get statistical data, Bridge Weigh-In-Motion (BWIM), which measures the truck weights without stopping the traffic, is need to be developed. In this study, BWIM system with various functions is developed first. Then this system is used to get comprehensive truck data. Traffic loadings including fatigue and live loading are formulated from the truck data acquired from the bridges. Objectives of this study are to develop the BWIM system, to apply the system in test bridge in Highway, and to formulate the live and fatigue loading for bridge design.

This Study was conducted to determine vaccination programs for the control of Newcastle Disease(ND) in chickens and investigate protective effect against Newcastle disease virus (NDV) after live ND vaccination. Maternal HI antibody titer level of chickens according to day(age) 1, 7, 14, 21, 28 and 35 were decreased gradually as 7.10$\pm$0.74, 6.57$\pm$0.74, 3.71$\pm$1.25, 2.20$\pm$1.03, 1.20$\pm$1.23 and 0.50$\pm$0.71. As a result of HI test and ELISA, both chickens vaccinated with VG/GA strain live vaccine at 1-day-old and chickens not vaccinated do not have antibody titer for protection against NDV at 14-day-old. Except for LaSota strain vaccine, in case of vaccination with VG/GA spray and VG/GA, B1 and LaSota strain drinking water at 14-day-old, the protective effect was 100% in chickens inoculated NDV($10^{7.2}$ $EID_{50}$/50${\mu}\ell$, eye drop) at 21-day-old, but not 10～50% at 28-day-old. These data suggest that live NDV vaccination should be given at 10-day-old 20-25day-old for protect against NDV at periodic outbreaks of ND caused by velogenic viscerotropic NDV in the environment of a farm.

This study was attempted to analyze risk factors and suggest accident prevention in live line works for power transmission lines to be developed and applied in Korea. Safety problem cannot but occur at development of live line works and application to the field. With respect to this, problems likely to occur in the field among works adopting methods of works including live line works for power transmission lines were investigated and analyzed through documentary survey and risk assessment method. The results are summarized as follows. A risk assessment method model was suggested. This method enables scientific and systematic development of safety control. That is, the owner may autonomously induce safety control and build risk assessment database by work process to use them as best training data for workers. Also, in the field, it may induce all workers to participate in safety program and secure safety by making workers seek for safety working method under smooth flow from looking at risk factors to accident prevention activities. It is deemed that this humble study will prevent both accident and injury likely to occur in live line works for power transmission lines.
