In this paper, comments on the needs of establishment of railway test line - capable of mid and long term performance evaluation of vehicle/infra/electricity/signal component/system - are described. Based on the previous studies, national/social/economic needs, the states of similar lines of foreign countries, concept of test line, and basic application plan are summarized. Especially, core things needed to the establishment of test line are commented.

We have studied the effect of head of the line blocking (HOLB) on session initiation protocol (SIP) session establishment delays. Our results are based on experiments performed in a test bed and on the public Internet. We used the stream control transmission protocol (SCTP) as a transport for SIP because SCTP can be configured to suffer or to avoid HOLB. Our experiments show that the effect of HOLB on session establishment delays generally starts to be significant starting at fairly low packet loss rates. However, there are scenarios where network conditions are good enough to make the effect of HOLB insignificant.

본 연구에서는 clonal cell lines을 효율적으로 확립할 수 있는 방법을 제시하기 위하여 배양액 내에 catalase와 $\beta$ME 첨가가 clonal cell line 확립 효율에 미치는 영향을 검토하였다. 임신 50일령의 암퇘지에서 얻은 태아섬유아세포를 2회 passage한 후 동결 보관하였다가 실험에 이용하였다. 단일세포를 catalase나 $\beta$ME가 첨가된 배양액이 들어 있는 96-well dish로 옮겨 배양하였다. 단층이 형성된 세포는 4-well dish로 옮겨주어 배양하였으며, 이후 2회 이상 passage가 가능한 세포를 clonal line이 확립된 세포로 판정하였다. 실험 1에서 clonal line 확립효율에 미치는 catalase와 $\beta$ME의 효과를 검토하기 위하여 세포를 100ng/$m\ell$) catalase와 100nM $\beta$ME가 첨가된 DMEM액 내에서 배양하여 clonal line 확립효율을 검토하였다. $\beta$ME 첨가 시 clonal line 확립효율이 8.3%로 대조구의 3.2%에 비해 유의적으로 높게 나타났다.(P<.0.05). 그러나 catalase 첨가 시(3.6%)에는 대조구와 차이가 없었다. 실험 2에서 catalase 농도(0, 10, 100, 1,000ng/$m\ell$)에 따른 clonal line 확립효율을 검토하였다. 대조구에 비하여 모든 처리구에서 clonal line 확립 효율에 대한 첨가효과가 없었다(0-2.6%). 실험 3에서 $\beta$ME 농도(0, 10, 100, 1,000 nM)에 따른 clonal line 확립효율을 검토하였다. 100 nM의 $\beta$ME 첨가 시 clonal line 확립 효율이 9.4%로 대조구 및 타 처리구(0-l.6%)보다 유의적으로 높게 나타났다(P<0.05). 본 연구 결과 배양액 내 catalase 첨가는 확립효율에 영향을 미치지 않지만, 100nM의 $\beta$ME 첨가로 clonal cell line의 확립효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the present state of e-business according to the establishment year and the sales approach of Dongdaemun clothing market and to present problems according to e-business activation of it and its developmental direction. The subjects for this study were selected out of Dongdaemun clothing markets being considered as more fashion-oriented markets and were divided into two categories both according to the establishment year and according to the sales approach. As a result, Dongdaemun clothing markets are mainly divided into traditional wholesale market, eastern wholesale & retail market, and western retail market and having dealings with each other according to the market's characteristics. The utility percentage of on-line e-business according to the establishment year and the sales approach showed that traditional wholesale market was 42%, eastern wholesale & retail market 0.75%, and western retail market 11%. This result indicated that the utility percentage of traditional wholesale market showed much higher than eastern wholesale & retail market and western retail market. This would be because the structural characteristics of clothing market delayed the utility of e-business. For the problems on the utility of on-line e-business through counselling, traditional wholesale market showed much higher than wholesale & retail market and retail market because it had little problems on design imitation in retail market due to export by order and mass production. The problems of low utility of on-line e-business in Dongdaemun clothing market would result from well-timed on-line update according to rapid goods cycle, constant satisfaction for additional order, standardization of size and quality, and inexpensive internet purchase despite of express expense.

Establishment of immortalized human dermal papilla cells (DPCs) retaining the characteristics of DPCs would be a great help for hair researchers. We recently established a simian virus 40T (SV40T)-transformed human DP cell line (SV40TDPC). However, the cell line senesced around passage 25 and ceased proliferation. In this study, we introduced the human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) gene into SV40T-DPC and established an immortalized human DP cell line. The cell line, SV40T-hTERT-DPC, did not induce tumors when inoculated into nude mice. SV40T-hTERT-DPC maintained morphology of early passage DPCs, expressed markers of DPCs, and retained responses to Wnt/${\beta}$-catenin and bone morphogenic protein (BMP) signaling pathways known to be required for hair-inducing activity of DPCs. The data strongly suggest that SV40T-hTERT-DPC retains many characteristics of human DPCs in vivo without malignant transformation.

21세기 정보통신기술은 다양한 공간정보를 온라인으로 전송할 수 있는 수준에 이르고 있으며, 컴퓨터를 이용한 출력기술도 품질면에서 인쇄와 대등한 위치에 이르렀다. 이와 더불어 지도 사용자들 역시 다양한 공간정보를 온라인 상에서 직간접적으로 취득하길 원하고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 우리나라의 지형도 공급시스템은 오프라인 형태를 유지하고 있어 온라인 형태의 선진국에 비해 재고관리, 신속성, 경제성면에서 비효율성을 나타내고있다. 본 연구에서는 효율적인 지도공급시스템을 구축하기위해 현 공급체계의 문제점을 분석하고, 사용자요구지도제작, 온라인 결제 및 판매, 재고관리, 메타데이터구축, 보안모듈 등을 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템을 평가한 결과 기존의 방식에 비해 지도공급 및 관리의 효율성이 향상되었으며 사용자요구지도의 제작이 가능해졌다.

The estimation of yield for semiconductor devices requires not only establishment of critical area but also a new parameter of process defect density that contains inspection mean defect density related cleanness of manufacure process line, minimum feature size and the total number of mask process. We estimate the repaired yield of memory devide, leads the semiconductor technique, repaired by redundancy scheme in relation with defect density distribution function, and we confirm the repaired yield for different devices as this model. This shows the possibility of the yield estimation as statistical analysis for the condition of device related cleanness of manufacture process line, design and manufacture process.

The aim of this study is that HPMA(Hazard Potentials in My Areas) System is to present for establishment of the voluntary safety management on industrial region. HPMA System Itself means that manager, supuryisor and worker on process-line find out the hazardous and/or unsafe potentials from their work places and make the plan of improvement by means of mutual communication with top manager and the department of safety staff, eventually put in the practice. In case that it takes the longer time to improve hazard potentials and is impossible improvement by existing technique, appropriate check-list will be used by the worker himself on the identified production line. Form this system, therefore, it makes them to get more and more sensitivity to the hazards. In this study, we present the voluntary safety management system which is controlable systematically and in the final analysis the direction of safety management by computerization of HPMA System which is activated in their work places.

A Silkie Bantam embryo fibroblast line (named SBF59 line) was successfully established by using direct explant culture and cryopreservation techniques. Cell morphology, viability, dynamic growth and contamination were tested and the karyotype and levels of isoenzymes of lactic dehydrogenase and malic dehydrogenase were analyzed. Four kinds of fluorescent protein extrogenes, including $pEGFP-N_3$, $pECFP-N_1$, $pEYFP-N_1$ and $pDsRed1-N_1$ were transfected into the cells. The results showed that the cells were healthy and possessed a fibrous structure without a change in morphology. The average viability of the cells was 96% before freezing and 90.5% after thawing. The growth curve appeared as typical "S" shape and the cell growth passed through a detention phase, a logarithmic phase and a platform phase; the estimated population doubling time (PDT) was 38.5 h; assays for the presence of bacteria, fungi, viruses and mycoplasmas were negative; the cell line showed no cross contamination when assessed by isoenzyme analysis; the chromosome number was 2n = 78 on more than 88% of occasions; four kinds of fluorescent protein extro-genes appeared to be expressed effectively with a high transfection efficiency between 18.3% and 42.3%. The cell line met the required quality control standard. It not only preserves the genetic resources of the important Silkie Bantam at the cellular level but also provides valuable materials for genomic, post-genomic, somatic cell cloning research and other applications.
