  • Outdoor space used for leisure life as inhabitantses' recreation and rest area, and night activity is very important space to many apartment complex. Lately, outdoor space is recognized as a very important space in apartment complex. Especially, that outdoor space is frequently used at night despite planning of lighting of current outdoor space is unprepared for the selection of suitable luminaires, arrangement of luminaire and lighting plan. From this point of view, this paper investigated the essence of light in outdoor space and analyzed different outdoor luminous environment. This paper finally suggested recommended level of illuminance and planning of lighting.

  • 본 연구에서는 요트 산업을 목포시에 적용하기 위하여 목포 시민들을 대상으로 설문 조사하고 시민들의 의식을 분석하였다. 특히 요트 산업 적용에 에 필요한 해양관광, 관광객 확보 방안, 요트산업, 마리나 시설의 위치 등에 관하여 설문하고 그 결과들을 분석하여 마리나입지 선정에 반영하였다.

Building Smarter City through Big Data - Best Practices in Seoul Metropolitan Gov.

  • Since 2013, Seoul Metropolitan Government (SMG) has introduced big data initiatively in administration and put into practices in transportation, safety, welfare in order to overcome limited resources and conflicting interests. For establishing a new midnight bus service, SMG prepared optimized midnight bus routes by analyzing big data from mobile phone Call Data Record (CDR) through collaboration with a telecommunication company. Despite of limited budget and resources, newly identified routes can cover over 42% of the citizen with 9 routes and less than 1% of buses compare with day time operation. In addition to solve transportation problem, SMG utilizes big data to resolve location selection problem for choosing new facility locations such as life double cropping centers and senior citizen leisure centers. As results, SMG demonstrates big data as a good tool to make policies and to build smarter city by overcome space-time limitation of resources, mediation of conflicts, and maximizes benefit of the citizen.

경비행장 개발 및 입지선정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development and Site selection of an AIRFIELD)

  • 2014년말 기준 항공레포츠 동호인은 약 13만명, 경항공기 356대, 경량항공기 200대, 초경량비행장치 636대에 이르고 있으며, 항공레포츠 산업은 향후 생활수준 향상에 따라 급격히 발전할 유망 레저산업으로 부상하고 있다. 또한 초경량비행장치, 특히 무인비행장치를 활용한 사용사업도 지속적으로 증가하는 추세에 있으며, 향후 이들 장치를 활용한 관광, 레저 사업자 서비스에 대한 수요도 증가할 것으로 전망된다. 본 논문은 경항공기, 경량항공기 및 초경량비행장치 관련 지속적인 수요 증가에 대비하여 경항공기, 경량항공기 및 초경량비행장치 산업 활성화를 위한 "경(소형)비행장 개발의 표준화"를 통한 개발 방안에 대한 연구를 목적으로 하였다. 정부에서 제시하고 있는 항공레저산업의 활성화를 위해서는 전국에 경비행장을 많이 건설하여 운영할 수 있는 인프라를 제공해야 하지만, 각 지자체와 기관들은 앞 다투어 경항공기 비행장 건설에 나서고 있으나, 현실적으로 개발이 된 곳은 많지 않다. 정부차원에서도 경비행장 입지를 위한 연구를 진행한 바 있으나, 후보지만 검토하였고, 실제 건설에 대한 타당성을 수행하고 있지 못하다. 만일 실제로 건설이 된다면, 이러한 비행장의 입지가 과연 적합한지에 대해서는 타당성 검토를 통해 다시 한 번 검증 받게 될 것이다. 그리고 기존 연구보고서들과 관련 문서를 통해 입지선정 요소를 도출해내고, 전문가의 설문을 통해 경비행장의 입지선정 요소들을 분석해 내고자 하였다. 연구모형은 AHP분석을 위해 계층화 형태로 정하였는데, 선행연구 검토를 토대로 가중치를 정하여, 경비행장 입지선정요소에 대하여 2단계 구성을 기술/운영적 요소, 경제/정책적요소로 선정하였다. 그리고 3단계로 기술적 요소, 운영적 요소로 구성하였다. 마지막 단계로는 총 11개 (기상조건, 장애물 제한표면 조건, 공역조건, 운항절차, 소음문제, 환경문제, 시설의 이용성, 건설 및 투자비용, 지역경제 기여도, 접근성, 산업연계성)의 하위요소들을 선정하여 구성하였다. 경항공기 비행장 입지선정 요소 가중치 설문은 본 분야의 전문가 집단인 항공 운항, 관제 등의 교수 및 기장, 교관, 관제사, 정비사 등 전문가 70명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 일관성 지수는 CI=0.02로 일관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

실버층 라이프스타일에 따른 건강기능식품 선택속성에 관한 연구 (Study on Relationship between Elderly Group Lifestyle and Selection Attributes in the Health Functional Foods)

  • Objective: This experiment is to study how elderly group and their various lifestyles interact with health functional foods, according to their selection behavior. Different lifestyles will be observed closely, as well as how different health conditions and consumer involvements will affect critical decision making in selecting health functional foods. Method: Theories and discoveries from original advanced research were compared parallel to the new study. Results: First, cluster analysis and exploratory analysis were performed amongst different elder lifestyles. Lifestyle exploratory analysis was used for healthy, unique, leisure, and economical-style elders. Cluster analysis was used for material trend oriented, health oriented, complacent oriented-style elders. Health Functional Foods' selection trait Exploratory Factor Analysis showed that product's originality (function, uniqueness, specialty, compatibility, distributor, expiration date), quality (amount, daily dose, visual representation, accessibility, portability, natural ingredients), and popularity (product container, brand image, taste and smell, advertised product, domestic or import, well-known function) were the three main causes. Secondly, the amount of benefits for the elderly group health lifestyle were affected by 'Interest in health', 'Notability of the health functional food', and 'Functionality approved mark'. Specifically, the importance of, 'Interest in health', 'Notability of health functional food', and 'Functionality approved mark' were noticeably high within health oriented elders. Lastly, after examining the data from elder lifestyle's relationship with health functional food selection trait, all three different results showed equal importance. If you closely examine material trend oriented elderly group, selection trait showed distinctively high regards in 'Fundamental Attribute', 'Typical Attribute', and 'Cognitive Attribute'. Health oriented elders showed their distinctively high regards in 'Natural Attribute', and less consideration in 'Typical Attribute' and 'Cognitive Attribute'. Complacent oriented-style elderly group showed less focus on 'Fundamental Attribute', and even less in 'Typical Attribute', and 'Cognitive Attribute'. Health oriented elderly group concluded with above data from the fact that they showed most importance and involvement in health beneficial products that are scientifically proven. Material trend oriented elderly group showed balanced traits in their concluded data, showing that they prefer function, safety, as well as the brand image and their reputation. Also, they consider the products' outer elements, such as design and product name, in order to sense inner functions. Conclusion: So, Silver Business corporations must develop products to fulfill the market demands, and strategize marketing plans to better target the correct audience.

A Study on the Design Development of Lady′s Down Wear

  • The rapid development of science technology during the 20th century has greatly lowered the hours for labour, thus giving members of society extra time for leisure. With the increasement of leisure activities, sports casual wear has become one of the foremost leading items in the fashion industry, and among such sports casual, down wear has become the F/W season's most popular item. Because it generates high profits, many recognize it as a very important factor in lady's wear. Since the 1990's, down wear was widely applied to various sections of lady's, men's, and children's wear, and it has ceased to be limited to sports casual only. The purpose of this study was to fully understand the characteristics of down, and to develop crossover garments design desired not only in the F/W season but also the S/S season. It has been taken into consideration that many restrictions in sewing technique and material selection in manufacturing down as a fashion product exist when choosing a means of manufacture. That was why this study focused on the history and characteristics of down while analysing the works of domestic and foreign designers to concretely applicate them in fashion products. This study has divided the resulting down wear products according to consumer preference: vest, jacket, coat, one-piece, and skirt to applicate design manufacture of lady's wear in general, while designing and making artistically expressed down wear. There were 48 works developed as a result of this study, of which 41 were ready-to-wear, and the remaining 7 works were creative art wear.

무창포 주꾸미·도다리 축제 관광객의 소비지출 결정요인 (Determinant of Tourist Expenditures for Muchangpo Webfoot Octopus and Finespotted Flounder Festival)

  • This study is to investigate the determinants of consumption expenditure by considering potential expenditure factors such as socioeconomic, fishing village tourism behavior, motivation for visits, and optional attributes of tourists at Muchangpo webfoot octopus and finespotted flounder festival in Boryeong. The analysis data are 300 questionnaires of visitors to the festival during the 2018 Muchangpo Mysterious Sea Road Webfoot Octopus and Finespotted Flounder Festival from March 17 to April 8, 2018. As a result of analyzing the factors of consumption expenditure of tourists to the festival in Boryeong, socioeconomic factors such as gender and residential groups outside Chungcheong-do have a positive (+) effect on consumption expenditure. Among the factors of fishing village tourism behavior, the only number of days of stay more than one night has a positive (+) effect on consumption expenditure. In addition, in the analysis of factors for motivation to visit the festival, fun/interest and simple rest/leisure have a significant positive (+) effect on expenditure whereas stress relief have a negative (-) effect on expenditure. In the analysis of the factors of festival selection attributes, tourism facilities has a significant positive (+) effect on expenditure, but natural scenery and excellent natural scenery show a significant negative (-) effect on expenditure. The main implications that can be obtained from the results of this study are as follows. First, it suggests that the promotion should be actively conducted outside of Chungcheong Province in order to achieve the original purpose of revitalizing the local economy from the Muchangpo webfoot octopus and finespotted flounder festival. Second, it indicates that there should be a variety of unique high-quality festival programs differentiated from other local festivals, promoting the existence of simple rest/leisure facilities rather than webfoot octopus boat fishing experiences or natural scenery (i.e., mysterious road and sunset) in order to attract festival tourists' spending at the Muchangpo webfoot octopus and finespotted flounder festival.

중요도-성취도 분석에 의한 전시컨벤션 개최지 평가 (Exhibition and Convention Destination Site Evaluation Using Importance-Performance Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 전시컨벤션 기획가를 대상으로 서울에 대한 전시컨벤션 개최지로서의 7개 요인 및 42개 선택속성을 중요도-성취도 분석을 통하여 평가함에 목적이 있었으며 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전시컨벤션 개최지의 42개 선택속성에 대한 중요도-성취도 분석 결과, 13개의 속성이 I사분면('지속적 노력필요'), 4개의 속성이 II사분면('과잉노력 지양'), 5개의 속성이 III사분면('우선시정 필요')에 그리고 20개의 속성이 IV사분면('저우선 순위')에 위치하고 있는 것으로 평가되었다. 둘째, 전시컨벤션 개최지의 7개 요인에 대한 중요도-성취도 분석 결과, 중요도와 성취도가 높은 I사분면에 위치하는 요인은 "전시컨벤션센터 시설", "전시컨벤션센터 이용비용" 및 "전시컨벤션 개최지 숙박공간" 요인으로 나타났다. 중요도는 높으나 성취도는 낮은 III사분면에 위치하는 요인은 "전시컨벤션 개최지 지역공간"으로 평가되고 있다. 한편 중요도와 성취도가 낮은 IV사분면에는 "전시컨벤션센터 운영", "전시컨벤션 개최지 관광공간" 및 "전시컨벤션 개최지 여가활동공간" 요인이 위치하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 서울의 전시컨벤션 개최지로서의 중요도-성취도에 대한 평균값의 차이는 2개의 속성을 제외하고는 40개의 속성이 양의 값(+)을 나타내어 속성의 중요도에 비교하여 성취도가 낮은 것으로 평가되었다.

마리나 개발 적정수요와 입지선정의 중요도에 관한 연구 (Marina Development on the Importance of Optimum Demand and Location Selection Study)

  • 본 연구는 현재 지방자치단체에서 개발 예정중인 마리나와 관련하여 우리나라에 필요한 마리나의 적정수요와 마리나 개발시 입지의 중요도를 심층적으로 분석한 후 정부 및 각 지방자치단체에게 연구의 결과를 제공하고자 하는데 목적을 두며 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국내의 마리나 개발 시 적정 수요는 대략적으로 49개 정도로 나타났다. 자세하게 언급하면 지역을 광역권으로 구분한 후, 마리나를 구간별로 네트워크화시켜 연안역 마리나의 개념으로 개발을 하여야 하며, 반드시 대형, 중형, 소형 마리나의 구분을 하여야 한다. 권역별로 10개는 대형(리조트형)마리나를 수도권(2), 충청권(1), 전라권(2), 경상도(3), 강원권(1), 제주권(1) 등에 개발하고, 17개는 중형(레포츠형)마리나를 수도권(3), 충청권(2), 전라권(2), 경상권(6), 강원권(2), 제주권(2) 등에 개발을 하여야 한다. 그리고 22개의 소형(지역 거점형)마리나는 수도권(2), 충청권(1), 전라권(6), 경상권(9), 강원권(2), 제주권(2) 등에 개발해야 한다. 둘째, 국내에 적합한 마리나 개발 입지의 중요도는 마리나 관련 전문가 그룹이 제시한 5개(접근성, 시장성, 이용성, 타당성, 자연환경)요인을 대상으로 종합적인 중요도를 분석한 결과 1순위는 이용성으로 나타났고, 2순위는 접근성, 3순위는 자연환경, 4순위는 시장성, 5순위는 타당성 요인으로 나타났다.

수, 해운 승선계열 대학생의 의식 구조 (The structure of consciousness of board system collegian who attended in fisheries and maritime college)

  • I have investigated questionaire concerning to the view of worth and construction of consciousness as to boarding system collegian who will employed in fisheries and maritime industries. The results were as follows; It appeared 38.9% that most collegian had a firm subjectivity about enrolled motive, selection of department, they had selected department according to the neighborhood recommendation, own squired score rather than the adaption and prospection, also it was appeared 55% that they had not satisfied with attending to their college, accordingly, the effectiveness of education were demolished in such aspects. It was appeared 74.3% that the education of fisheries and maritime college were divided into theory and practice pertinently also, 77.1% that modulate both technical education and human like education but as a general rule, the education of ocean going liscensed officer was appeared 7.1% only so that, the reformation of the curriculum and contents of education would be needed. As to the relation between professors and collegian, it was appeared 38.4% that well understanding professor, 18.1% that well teaching professor, 13.3% that they having humanlish relation with professor, 30.6% that they will benefit to vocational selection. consequently, the professor have to brings up the harmony on dint of education and industries. The things which collegian think to be worth were 43.6%, intercourse of friend 30.3%, circle activity. 6.6% listening lecture, also, the leisure activity after school were 74.7% with friends. 16.4% alone. consequently, the professor has to guide of leisure activity after lesson. most collegian has a good relationship with their parent(91.6%) but the respond with bad relationship was 8.4%. The most serious agony which collegian think about is vocational problems (48.9%), the other sex problem(22.5%). The objects consult with agony was aquaintance(54.9%). The parent(5.1%), professors(2.3%), the collegian who did not consult with agony was 20.9%. The parents and the professor is not object consult with their agony. so that, the professors has to strengthen the education according to the human nature. As to job after graduation of such college, collegian who wish to be taken job on the fisheries and maritime industry were 50.5%, on the contrary, the collegian who wish to be taken a job no relation with his major subjects was 29.1% especially, the collegian who want to be embarked was 26.3% (fisheries 23.3%, maritime 30.5%). so that, we must adopt the counter plan for the globalization and effective investment on the fisheries and maritime college.
