인터넷 상의 웹페이지에 나타나는 숫자들의 빈도수를 조사한 후 이러한 숫자들이 이루는 집합체의 성질을 알아보고 이러한 자료들이 각 종 법칙들(거듭곱 법칙, 지프 법칙, 벤포드 법칙)이 성립하는 지를 살펴보았다.

법률 전문인력을 양성하기 위한 법학전문대학원 교육과정은 개설되어야 할 교과목과 교과내용을 규정한 관련 법률에 근거하여 개발된다. 이 연구의 목적은 법학전문대학원 및 법학도서관에서 정규교과목인 '법정보조사론' 교육과정에 대한 운영 실태를 조사하여 법학도서관이 법학전문대학원 교육이념의 취지에 부합하고 교육과정과 연계된 법률정보서비스 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 25개 법학전문대학원 중 22개 대학원을 대상으로 조사한 결과, 첫째, 22개 법률전문대학원이 법률정보조사 교과목을 필수나 기초교과목으로 편성하여 운영하고 있었다. 둘째, 법률정보조사론과 같은 교과목에 사서가 참여하는 대학원이 14개 대학원(63.6%)으로 나타났으며 사서가 전혀 관여하지 않는 경우는 3개 대학원(13.6%), 외부강사의 참여형태가 3개 대학원(13.6%)으로 나타났다. 셋째, 법률정보조사 교과목에 참여한 사서의 주제전문성은 문헌정보학(33.3%)이 가장 많았고 행정학(25%)과 법학(25%)이 다음으로 많았다. 바람직한 법학전문대학원의 법률정보활용교육이 이루어지기 위해서는 법학도서관의 특성화, 담당사서와 담당교수의 협력관계 형성(팀티칭), 법학도서관에 대한 행정적 지원, 그리고 법학도서관 관련 단체의 역할이 강화되어야 할 것이다.

In this paper we firstly review the developmental stages of the Chinese civil aviation industry since 1949 and the background history of the Chinese Civil Aviation Law of 1996. We secondly analyzed the main terms and conditions about the Chinese civil aviation law and pointed out several problematic issues in view of the development of the Chinese aviation industry. Current civil aviation law in China has been in effect for the last 12 years. In these periods, Chinese civil aviation industry has developed in a high speed and great changes have occurred in its market environments. Thus, some of the terms and conditions in current civil aviation law in China have become outdated and unsuitable for the current developmental stage of the Chinese civil aviation industry. Therefore, we proposed some directions of the future amending of the Chinese Civil Aviation Law.

The classical limit theorems like strong law of large numbers, central limit theorems and law of iterated logarithms are fundamental theories in probability and statistics. These limit theorems are proved under additivity of probabilities and expectations. In this paper, we investigate strong law of large numbers under sub-linear expectation which generalize the classical ones. We give strong law of large numbers under sub-linear expectation with respect to the partial sums and some conditions similar to Petrov's. It is an extension of the classical Chung type strong law of large numbers of Jardas et al.'s result. As an application, we obtain Chung's strong law of large number and Marcinkiewicz's strong law of large number for independent and identically distributed random variables under the sub-linear expectation. Here the sub-linear expectation and its related capacity are not additive.

We investigated the unequivalence of Food Sanitation law, School Foodservice law and recent reports studied about hazard analysis critical control point(HACCP) system. We also found out that cook's duties were expressed several times in the standard job classification in Korea national statistical office based by the international labor organization(ILO) since 1963, but not ever in the Food Sanitation law and School Foodservice law. Based on these investigations We propose clear expression of cook's duties in the Food Sanitation law and School Foodservice law, and enactment of regulation or law of Cook to reduce any possible food poisonings. However these proposals need to be studied and improved in many different ways for the revision and enactment of the law of cook.

China instituted arbitration law on September 1, 1995, after having legislated the law under the UNCITRAL Model Law. However, Chinese arbitration law has some problems related to the effectiveness of its arbitration agreement, unlike the UNCITRAL Model Law. Thus, parties in dispute who want to settle a dispute based on Chinese arbitration law as governing law have more to take into consideration because there could be serious problems related to the effectiveness of the arbitration agreement. Therefore, this paper attempted to analyze the classification of jurisdiction related to the authorization of effectiveness in arbitration agreement of arbitral organization and Chinese, verify the problems, and suggest the solutions. Moreover, the author tried to verify the problems in applying the law related to the authorization of effectiveness in Chinese arbitration agreements and suggest some improvements. This paper also suggests improvements and problems related to the selection of arbitral organizations among several conditions for effective arbitration agreement in Chinese arbitration law. Finally, the author suggests some cautions and countermeasures related to arbitrations agreement for domestic investors and traders dealing with the Chinese.

This study was done to investigate the lives of the daughters- in- law caring for parents with dementia and participate in their lives through having quality time with them Data were collected by depth interviews and interpreted through the hermeneutic circle as follows. These daughters-in-law have conflict between social custom and subjective self. They had ambivalence toward their demented partents-in- law and were fighting a battle between rationality and emotions in their mind. These daughters-in law and mothers-in- law did not get along and the parents' dementia aggravated the relationships. They were alienated from their family by the parents with dementia. The indifference of their family especially their husbands, made these subjects live in misery. They cared for the demented mother-in-law with hatred. Even though they had this yoke, there daughters- in-law were not able to throw off the shackles of convention.

This thesis is related with Anti-dumping law about Korea's export in EU. Indeed, Korea' export to EU market is how related to EU's Anti-dumping law this study was intended to reveal from a legal point of view. For this purpose from EU's Anti-dumping law's institution at present to application historical channel was examined and is showed Anti-dumping law's application procedure briefly. Throughout this study what we could get are EU's Anti-dumping law based on a statute, EU's Anti-dumping law's institution background and the law's application procedure & effects.

The purpose of this study was to examine the degree of recognition and reading experience of the rental housing law in rental housing residents. The subjects of this study were 359 residents who lived in Gwang-Ju and who were surveyed by questionnaire in 2000. Data was analyzed with the statistical methods of frequency, percentage, mean and chi-square. The main results of this study were as follows: 1) About 64% of the residents knew the rental housing law 2) Degree of recognition about the rental housing law was significant on age, apartment size, housing rental deposit, and monthly rental fee. 3) About 92% of the residents didn't read the rental housing law. 4) Degree of reading about the rental housing law was not significant on the level of housing characteristics. If the residents knew about rental housing law, it might be prevented the damage from housing rental deposit refund debate, contract termination and rental housing company dishonor.

A theoretical exploration for determining the characteristic length of the cohesive zone for a double cantilever beam (DCB) specimen under mode I loading was conducted. Two traction-separation laws were studied: (i) a law with only a linear elastic stage from zero to full traction strength; and (ii) a bilinear traction law illustrating a progressive softening stage. Two analytical solutions were derived for the first law, which fit well into two existing solution groups. A transcendental equation was derived for the bilinear traction law, and a graphical method was presented to identify the resultant cohesive zone length. The study using the bilinear traction law enabled the theoretical investigation of the individual effects of cohesive law parameters (i.e., strength, stiffness, and fracture energy) on the cohesive zone length. Correlations between the theoretical and finite element (FE) results were assessed. Effects of traction law parameters on the cohesive zone length were discussed.
