Even though the distance education via web has a great advantage to overcome time and space, its problem is that the management of trainees is not efficient compared with classroom and group education. This problem is a great obstacle to the objects and achievement standards of distance education, giving controversial arguments to the advocators of distance education. Distance educators need to monitor the trainees'participation and responses continuously and offer appropriate feedback to the trainees. However, the existing distance education system only focuses on teaching and learning activities, and as a result, the efficient management function of distance education is not available. Accordingly, the study attempts to find out the appropriate managing elements of distance teacher training in order to effectively achieve the goals of teacher training and the efficient management of distance education. Also, it proposes distance teacher training management system that offers appropriate feedback to trainees, applying the derived elements of distance teacher training to the training processes. To verify the efficiency of the system, hypotheses on related items of distance teacher education and learning types are suggested, and the achievement degree of learning and its relations are investigated through questionnaire of learning types. In addition, a system using UML which is the standard of object-oriented modeling language is devised, so. that mutual management, language independence and convenient development environment as well as reusability can be offered, and so the design standardization and efficient system realization could be achieved, while flexible change of system according to education process and computing environment is possible.

Nowadays clusters are recognized as an important instrument for promoting industrial development, innovation, competitiveness and growth. An educational cluster is a set of interrelated vocational educational institutions of various levels that are united by industry with each other and are connected by partnership with industry enterprises. This article attempts to develop and describe cluster model of university students' multilingual training. The purpose of this study is to describe multilingual training of university students and their polycultural competencies formation and to define the process of multilingual training in form of a cluster. The authors consider clusters as an integral part of the educational campus within the concept framework of Shadrinsk State Pedagogical University. To determine the essence of the concept of a cluster model of university students' multilingual training, theoretical, empirical, observational, and diagnostic methods were implemented, such as a review of scientific literature, a compilation of best practices, observation, statistical methods, etc. The authors analyzed the programs of partner universities and organized international webinars and internships for bachelors and masters abroad and developed online courses "Foreign language for undergraduate students and masters". Experimental data obtained during the implementation of cluster training show the effectiveness of the formation of students' polycultural competencies.

본 연구는 우리나라 연근해상선에 승선중인 외국인 선원을 위한 직업목적 한국어 교육과정을 개발하고자 하는 연구이다. 근년에 들어 한국인 선원인력 부족을 보충하기 위해 외국인 선원의 고용이 급격하게 늘어나고 있다. 이에 따라 한국인과 외국인이 함께 승선하는 혼승 선박에서의 의사소통 및 이문화 적응이 주요 이슈로 대두되고 있다. 따라서 외국인 선원이 한국 선박에 보다 빨리 적응할 수 있도록 현재 외국인선원관리지침에서는 외국인 선원의 한국어교육을 의무화 하고 있다. 그러나 의무 교육 시간이 매우 짧고 체계적으로 개발된 교육 자료가 부재한 실정이다. 따라서 제한된 시간 내에서 외국인 선원들에게 업무에 가장 필요한 한국어를 효과적으로 교육시킬 수 있는 방안과 교육 자료가 시급하다고 할 수 있다. 이에 이 연구에서는 외국인 선원들이 업무를 수행할 때 필요한 한국어 내용을 도출하기 위하여 DACUM법이라는 직무분석 방법을 실시하였다. 먼저 기존의 외국인 선원 대상 한국어교육 자료를 분석한 후, 이를 바탕으로 직무분석 위원회를 구성해 워크숍을 진행하여 외국인 선원의 직무를 분석하여 목록화하였다. 이후 연근해상선에 승선 중인 외국인 선원들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여, 위원회가 만든 각 직무의 중요도와 빈도를 조사하여, 최종적으로 외국인 선원에게 꼭 필요한 직업목적 한국어 교육과정을 개발하였다.

들뢰즈·가타리는 훈련의 교육적 의미를 쇄신하였다. 그들에 따르면 '과격한 훈련'은 무의식과 의식을 관통하여 이루어진다. 수영 훈련 시 몸의 힘을 빼는 일은 의식적으로 노력한다고 달성되지 않는다. 그것은 신체를 움직이는 훈련의 과정을 통해서만 가능할 뿐이다. 이상의 주장에는 훈련에 관한 역사적 고찰이 갈마들어 있다. 고대 소크라테스는 진실 말하기를 유도하는 정신의 훈련과 몸을 건강하게 하는 신체 훈련을 구분함으로써 교육적 언어의 독자성을 확보하였고, 이는 오늘날에도 교육적 유산으로 계승되고 있다. 그러나 푸코가 제기한바, 근대 이래로 '규율훈련'형 사회에서 인간은 자발적 복종의 길에 들어섰다. 나아가 오늘날 '기능훈련'이라는 말조차 경영 언어로 대체된 바 우선 이를 극복할 이론적 논의가 요청된다. 이 지점에서 들뢰즈·가타리의 '전(前)인칭적 특이성들'에 입각한 '타자-되기'론은 정신의 훈련과 신체 훈련 간의 위계를 말소시킨다. 역설적이게도 이는 정신의 훈련을 '기능훈련'으로 흡수해 버린 근대적 사고를 전도시킴으로써, 소크라테스가 남긴 교육 언어로서의 훈련의 의미를 사유할 이론적 교두보로 기능하는 '효과'를 발휘한다. 우리는 이 교육적 효과를 발판삼아 궁술(弓術)훈련의 교육적 가치를 음미할 수 있다. 궁술훈련은 엄격한 훈련과 명상을 관통하는 훌륭한 교육적 사례이다.

Recently, as technology development has accelerated and product life cycles have been shortened, it is necessary to derive key product features from customers in the R&D planning and evaluation stage. More companies want differentiated competitiveness by providing consumer-tailored products based on big data and artificial intelligence technology. To achieve this, the need to correctly grasp the required quality, which is a requirement of consumers, is increasing. However, the existing methods are centered on suppliers or domain experts, so there is a gap from the actual perspective of consumers. In other words, product attributes were defined by suppliers or field experts, but this may not consider consumers' actual perspective. Accordingly, the demand for deriving the product's main attributes through reviews containing consumers' perspectives has recently increased. Therefore, we propose a review data analysis-based required quality methodology containing customer requirements. Specifically, a pre-training language model with a good understanding of Korean reviews was established, consumer intent was correctly identified, and key contents were extracted from the review through a combination of KeyBERT and topic modeling to derive the required quality for each product. RevBERT, a Korean review domain-specific pre-training language model, was established through further pre-training. By comparing the existing pre-training language model KcBERT, we confirmed that RevBERT had a deeper understanding of customer reviews. In addition, all processes other than that of selecting the required quality were linked to the automation process, resulting in the automation of deriving the required quality based on data.

The article deals with the perceptions of Mathematics as a language of pre-service teachers of Mathematics in a College of Education in Israel. The formal language of studying in the College of Education is Hebrew. The goals of the study were to examine the perceptions of pre-service teachers on the following issues: the language components involved in learning Mathematics, the basic cognitive skills required for learning Mathematics, and the perception of Mathematics as a language (PML). Findings indicated that due to new attitudes in mathematical training, pre-service teachers of Mathematics perceived Mathematics as a language regarding all language components.

We focus on open-domain question-answering tasks that involve a chain-of-reasoning, which are primarily implemented using large language models. With an emphasis on cost-effectiveness, we designed EffiChainQA, an architecture centered on the use of small language models. We employed a retrieval-based language model to address the limitations of large language models, such as the hallucination issue and the lack of updated knowledge. To enhance reasoning capabilities, we introduced a question decomposer that leverages a generative language model and serves as a key component in the chain-of-reasoning process. To generate training data for our question decomposer, we leveraged ChatGPT, which is known for its data augmentation ability. Comprehensive experiments were conducted using the HotpotQA dataset. Our method outperformed several established approaches, including the Chain-of-Thoughts approach, which is based on large language models. Moreover, our results are on par with those of state-of-the-art Retrieve-then-Read methods that utilize large language models.

The purpose of this paper is to suggest the development of the Guidelines on VTS English language competency test, according to IALA Guideline 1132 - VTS Voice Communications and Phraseology. As the foundation for improving VTSOs' communication capabilities throughout their career lifecycle in terms of training, accreditation, and revalidation, a development of a VTS-specific language testing system with explicit language testing evaluation criteria becomes more critical. With the aim of facilitating the discussion, a range of suggestions to be considered in the development of Guidelines on the VTS English competency test are made

본 논문은 일본어 음성인식기 신규 개발을 위해 초기에 부족한 일본어 음성데이터를 보완하는 방법이다. 일본어 발음과 한국어 발음이 유사한 특성을 근거로 한국어 음성 데이터를 이용한 일본어 음향모델 성능개선 방법에 대하여 기술하였다. 이종언어 간 음성 데이터를 섞어서 훈련하는 방법인 Cross-Language Transfer, Cross-Language Adaptation, Data Pooling Approach등 방법을 설명하고, 각 방법들의 시뮬레이션을 통해 현재 보유하고 있는 일본어 음성데이터 양에 적절한 방법을 선정하였다. 기존의 방법들은 훈련용 음성데이터가 크게 부족한 환경에서의 효과는 검증되었으나, 목적 언어의 데이터가 어느 정도 확보된 상태에서는 성능 개선 효과가 미비하였다. 그러나 Data Pooling Approach의 훈련과정 중 Tyied-List를 목적 언어로만으로 구성 하였을 때, ERR(Error Reduction Rate)이 12.8 %로 성능이 향상됨을 확인하였다.

This paper analyzes the in-service training program for the 1st grade English teacher in the following 7 regions: Taejeon, Seoul, Incheon, Kangwon, Kyeonggi, Chungnam and Chungbuk. It also investigates the actual conditions of the program. The analyses are performed on three categories of subjects: Teaching Profession, Refinement and English Education. The English Education category can be divided into the three aspects: language skills, communicative skills and language learning/teaching skills. Among the 7 regions, subjects under Teaching Profession, Refinement and English Education have a significant (2-3 times +/-) variance in terms of the number and credit hours of the courses. While the Refinement Program is above the standard set by Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development(MEHRD) in some regions, the Teaching Profession Program and the English Education Program is below the standard set by MEHRD in other regions. To overcome the weaknesses of the program, this paper suggests the following: 1) prescriptions for the proportion ratio of each category should be suitably modified. 2) MEHRD should observe and supervise the program of each region. 3) being organized, the program must have two parts as follows: the same mandatory subjects for all regions and optional subjects suited to each region.
