청각장애인들은 수어통역 없이 상담서비스를 이용하기에는 어려움이 있다. 수어 통역사 인력이 많이 부족하여 수어 통역사까지 상담이 연결되는데 많은 시간이 걸리거나 연결이 되지 않는 경우가 많이 발생하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 OpenCV와 CNN(Convolutional Neural Network)을 이용하여 수어를 영상으로 촬영하고 수어 동작을 인식하여 수어가 뜻하는 의미를 텍스트 형태의 데이터로 변환하여 사용자에게 제공하는 시스템을 제안한다. 상담사는 저장된 수어번역 상담내용을 열람하여 상담을 진행할 수 있다. 전문 수어 통역사가 없어도 상담이 가능하여 수어 통역사를 기다려야 하는 부담을 줄일 수 있다. 제안 시스템을 청각장애인 상담서비스에 적용할 경우 상담 효과의 향상과 향후 청각장애인 상담에 관한 학문적 연구를 촉진하는 계기가 될 것으로 기대된다.

The Internet is now of the fastest growing areas of telecommunications and of Computer Assisted Language Learning. It is rapidly becoming more integrated into society and accessible to people form around the world. A number of educators believe there is potential for language teaching and learning opportunities through the Internet, and have already developed uses and resources for this purpose. The range of what is available is growing continually. The purpose of this study is to research CMC via the Internet and other long-distance networks, to investigate the analyse best and worst things about studying English on the internet and to suggest some findings from the comparison between internet and classroom learning by means of questionnaire.

The article is devoted to the consideration of the methodological and general theoretical foundations of a rational methodology for teaching foreign language communicative competence of students of a non-linguistic university. The analysis of the vectors of research of problems of increasing the efficiency of the process of mastering foreign language communicative competence of non-linguistic students is presented. As a methodological basis for a rational methodology for teaching a foreign language communicative competence, the key aspects of the philosophy of rationality are considered, the basic principles of a rational methodology are formulated, linguo-didactic means of its implementation are determined, indicators of rationality are identified.

Chatbots have become very popular in our times and are used in several fields. The emergence of chatbots has created a new way of communicating between human and computer interaction. A Chatbot also called a "Chatter Robot," or conversational agent CA is a software application that mimics human conversations in its natural format, which contains textual material and oral communication with artificial intelligence AI techniques. Generally, there are two types of chatbots rule-based and smart machine-based. Over the years, several chatbots designed in many languages for serving various fields such as medicine, entertainment, and education. Unfortunately, in the Arabic chatbots area, little work has been done. In this paper, we developed a beneficial tool (chatBot) in the Arabic language which contributes to educating people about the Prophet's biography providing them with useful information by using Natural Language Processing.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the linguoculturological foundations of in-depth study of the national language. The new requirements facing a modern teacher, his training and professional qualities make it necessary to take into account the experience and latest achievements of other countries in the field of educational policy, in particular, in the field of teaching foreign languages, as well as to identify and overcome negative ones. Based on the results of the study, the key linguoculturological foundations of in-depth study of the national language were characterized.

본 논문에선 기계 기술 언어(machine descriptions language)인 LISA(Language for Instruction Set Architecture)를 통하여 시뮬레이션 모델로 설계한 새로운 네트워크 ASIP(Application Specific Instruction-set Processor)을 제안한다. 제안한 네트워크 ASIP은 라우터(router)에서 패킷 프로세싱을 담당하는 전용엔진을 목적으로 설계되었다. 이를 위해 MIPS(Microprocessor without Interlock Pipeline Stages) 아키텍처를 기반으로 한 일반적인 ASIP에 패킷을 빠른 속도로 처리하기 위해 필요한 새로운 명령어 셋을 추가하였다. 새로 추가된 명령어 셋은 "classification" 명령어 그룹과 "modification" 명령어 그룹으로 나눌 수 있으며, 각 그룹은 실행 단계(execution stage)에 위치한 각각의 기능 유닛(function unit)에 의해서 처리된다. 그리고 각각의 기능 유닛은 Verilog HDL을 통해 면적과 속도 측면에서 최적화하였으며, 이를 합성하여 면적과 동작 지연시간을 비교하였다. 또한 CKF(Compiler Known Function)을 이용하여 C 언어 레벨의 매크로 함수에 할당하였으며, 어플리케이션 프로그램에 대한 실행 싸이클을 비교 분석하여 성능 향상을 확인하였다.

Named entity recognition (NER) continues to be an important task in natural language processing because it is featured as a subtask and/or subproblem in information extraction and machine translation. In Urdu language processing, it is a very difficult task. This paper proposes various deep recurrent neural network (DRNN) learning models with word embedding. Experimental results demonstrate that they improve upon current state-of-the-art NER approaches for Urdu. The DRRN models evaluated include forward and bidirectional extensions of the long short-term memory and back propagation through time approaches. The proposed models consider both language-dependent features, such as part-of-speech tags, and language-independent features, such as the "context windows" of words. The effectiveness of the DRNN models with word embedding for NER in Urdu is demonstrated using three datasets. The results reveal that the proposed approach significantly outperforms previous conditional random field and artificial neural network approaches. The best f-measure values achieved on the three benchmark datasets using the proposed deep learning approaches are 81.1%, 79.94%, and 63.21%, respectively.

Recently many documents have been written by HTML due to the expansion of the Internet and WWW. HTML allows scripting languages to interact between an user and an browser. Sometimes there might have problems with some functions of the script language. Some functions have the same name although the different contents and vice versa. It presents tremendous difficulties to maintain the functions. And, a file includes many functions shared among documents. If a user tries to see a HTML document, the file will be sent to the web browser in the user system. The network resource is wasted due to moving all data in the file through the network although some functions in the file is not used. So, we should design and implement the code library of a script language with a database. Each function has the name and arguments. A system of the code library manages functions with them. The system has the functions consistency and reduces the network resource consumption because there are only necessary functions in documents. Beside it is easy for the system to modify and reuse the functions.
