소비자의 국립공원 선택행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Consumer's Choice Behavior of National Parks)

  • This study examines the relationships between desired recreation experiences recreational context and environmental attributes that influence the choice of national park in which to recreate. Eight hundred and five visitors in three national park in which to recreate. Eight hundred and five visitors in three national parks were surveyed. Seven recreational experience domains and four homogeneous groups were identified. The contributions of environmental attributes homogeneous groups were identified. The contributions of environmental attributes to the choice of national park were found to differ among four groups, and across recreational context such as past experience, membership, and the length of visit. The implications for national park management were discussed.

선택실험법을 사용한 풍력발전소의 산악지역 방문가치 영향 추정: 관람가치, 경관가치, 그리고 순방문가치 (Estimating the Vewing Value, Landscape Value, and Net Visit Value of Windpower Turbines in Mountain Areas in Korea Using a Choice Experimentation Method)

  • 풍력발전소는 그 자체로 관광이나 학습 등의 관람가치를 가진다. 한편 풍력발전소의 설치는 경관가치에 부정적인 영향을 미치며, 이러한 현상은 경관이 우수한 경우에 특히 크게 나타난다. 즉, 풍력발전소의 설치로 인한 방문가치 변화는 양의 값을 가지며 경관과 독립적인 관람가치와, 음의 값을 가지며 경관과 교호작용을 통하여 발생하는 경관가치의 두 개로 구성된다. 우리가 결과적으로 관찰하는 가치는 반대의 방향으로 작용하는 두 개의 가치가 합하여진 순방문가치이다. 본 논문은 등산객을 상대로 선택실험법을 이용하여 풍력발전소의 설치가 산악의 경관에 미치는 영향을 가치화하고자 시도하였다. 본 연구는 선택실험법을 사용하여 속성변수에 대한 등산객의 선택 행태로부터 풍력발전소의 설치가 가져오는 관람가치와 경관가치 그리고 그 합인 순가치를 추정하였다. 우리나라의 등산객들을 상대로 한 선택실험법 분석을 통하여 얻은 결과는 관람가치는 양의 값을 가지며 경관가치는 언제나 음의 값을 가지고 순가치는 산악경관의 수준에 따라서 상이하지만 평균적으로 미약한 음의 값을 가짐을 보여주고 있다. 등산객 들에게 풍력발전소의 설치유무로 인한 관람가치변화의 크기는 방문 1회당 +38,529원이며 경관 가치에 대한 영향은 경관수준이 한 단위 상승할 때 -13,667원이다. 평균적인 경관수준의 산악에서 1회당 순방문가치 변화는 -2,483원이다.

  • This research is executed to find out the boundary of use by the conscious of local residents and to get the basic materials for the distribution of outdoor leisure-facilities. The map of use distribution of the outdoor leisure-facilities in a neighbourhood unit is made by applying a concept of the probabilistic contour line based on the choice model of outdoer leisure-facilities in the city of Seoul, Taegu an\ulcorner Kwangju. The results are listed as follows. 1) The use of outdoor leisure-facilities is influenced on the accessibility by the physical obstacles of streets and hills, etc. 2) The limitation of uses applying the model of choice probability are different according to the accessibility, the percentage of utilities and the arriving range based on the questionnaires which are surveyed the choice of outdoor leisure facilities of the residents of Seoul, Taegu and Kwangju. 3) The distribution of outdoor leisure facilities is decided by the limitation of use with the conscious of local residents.

경관보전직불제 도입을 위한 제주감귤(원)의 경관가치 평가 (Measuring Landscape Value of Jeju Island's Mandarin(Orchard) for the Introduction of Direct Payment System of the Landscape Preservation)

  • The dichotomous-choice contingent valuation method is applied to estimate the landscape value of Jeju mandarin(orchard). A distribution-free approach, Turnbull empirical distribution model, is employed to solve negative willingness to pay and truncation problems. The data used are collected from the interviews with tourist about willingness-to-pay at the various donation amount levels of Jeju mandarin(orchard)'s landscape value. The evaluation result is shown that the average amount of willingness to pay for the Jeju mandarin's landscape value is 12,926 won per person with standard deviation of 1,874.7 won/person. When the number of Jeju visitors is considered, the economic value of Jeju mandarin's landscape rises every year(2005:64.89 billion won, 2011: 84.43 billion won). The average economic value of Jeju mandarin's landscape are estimated 59.65 billion won during 2000-2005 and 76.88 billion won during 2006-2011, respectively.

  • The megalopolis citizens are reevaluating the expectant value and the perception of leisure aceording to increasing the level of their incomes, The leisure of citizens is increasing in the aspect of quantity and quality of life nowadays In the site planning of leisure, the concrete understanding about people's choice of a leisure site will be the most important thing, not only for the aspect of improvement of the quality of life but also efficiencies of the land use The purposes of chi study are firstly, to find out the factors which are influenced on a choice of Outdoor leisure facilities in neighbourhood unit and to Compare the Characteristics Of Choice models between the three metropolitan areas, secondly, to predict a limitation of use areal according to the change of a needed time based on the metropolitan's standard choice model For the choice model establishment this research used Logit Model which has been used in the field of the traffic, the tourism and the economics. This research made the results which find out the influencing variables with needed times, the accessibility and the percentage of facilities. The lindtations of use areas come out the results which are predicted according to the change of needed times as a most influencing factors. The range of each preferred leisure facility is about 956 meter distant in the neighbourhood park about 644 meter distant in the pocket park about 604 meter distant in the recreation center, about 628 meter distant in the tennis court about 974 meter distant in the private hob by facility and about 528 meter distant in the library from the apartment unit The recreation center and the library are nearer facilities than the other facilities. But these facilities are surveyed to be more or less influenced by an interesting progran, a context of events and the level of useful facilities, etc.

선택실험법을 이용한 수목원의 경제가치 추정 (An Economic Valuation of Arboretum Using Choice Experiments)

  • 본 연구는 이선선택법의 일반형인 선택실험법을 적용해 행정중심복합도시 내에 제공될 국립수목원의 중요 속성과 수준을 확인하고, 이들이 조합되어 실제 반영될 경우 각 대안들에 한 경제적 가치를 추정하였다. '자원보전', '교육', '레크리에이션', '시설', '접근성'과 입장료를 속성으로 사용해 주 효과 모델을 정산하기 위한 가상대안을 작성한 후 컨조인트 선택 을 정산한 결과 '자원보전'의 '습지식물'과 '레크리에이션'의 '숲 산책로'가 유의성 있는 수준이었다. 만약 이 수준들이 수목원에 반영될 경우, 응답자들은 각각 약 1,330원과 약 1,507 의 입장료를 더 낼 용의가 있었다. 또한 '자극추구' 성향이 높을수록, 나이가 어릴수록, 소득이 높을수록 수목원 조성에 호의적이 었지만 자연보호에 대한 관여도가 높은 사람들은 부정적이었다. 도시 내 수목원의 경제가치를 실험선택법으로 평가할 후속연구를 위해 중요 속성별 수준과 기준수준에 대한 여러가지의 제언을 추가하였다.

경관농업지 경관계획 기준 연구 (A Study on the guideline of Visual Landscape Planning for Landscape Agricultural Region)

  • This study provides a physical indicator of landscape that can be guidelines so as to evaluate landscape agricultural region for visual landscape planning, finds out the guideline for visual landscape planning lastly through examining importance of indicators and the preference of each indicator of landscape. The physical landscape indicators were derived from document study and questionnaire survey to evaluate visual landscape on landscape agricultural region. In addition, field study was conducted to examine and inspect the physical landscape indicator, managers' interview and photograph was took for evaluating the landscape simulation. Moreover, the important elements for visual landscape planning of landscape agricultural region, the importance of physical landscape indicator and the preferences of each indicator were derived by conducting questionnaire to experts and general publics. The physical landscape indicator guideline was established from the following procedures. In case of the land, flat area had higher preference than steep region. So, planning an agricultural area at a flat region with open space will be better than establishing an agricultural area on a steep region. In case of the kind of landscape crops, For the background of landscape agricultural region, the seashore type had the highest preference and mountain type and non-background type was followed in order. According to the study, facilities built with natural elements such as straw-roofed pavilion received high preference. Therefore, look-out shed and straw-roofed pavilion should be introduced in the landscape agriculture planning to select materials and colors to keep harmony with the nature. The result of this study could be used as a best choice for improving visual landscape of landscape agricultural region on selecting suitable land, facilities and so on. Moreover, the results of manager interview could be used as a useful tool in the management and formation of visual landscape. The landscape point evaluating visual landscape of landscape agricultural region could be used as a reference for establishing relative guideline for the direct payment program for rural landscape conservation and landscape agreement. In addition, it could be a useful reference to improve the general landscape and revitalize the rural area.

여의도공원의 경제적 가치평가: 二段階 二選 假想價値推定法을 적용하여 (Economic Valuation of Yeido Park: Application of Double-Bounded Dichotomous Choice Contingent Valuation Method)

  • The purposes of this study are to estimate the economic value and reasonable entrance fee of the Yeido Park, which is under construction in Seoul, by conduct the face-to-face interview. A total of 645 daults were selected by two stage cluster sampling. The senario was designed to meet the requirements for doubgle-bounded dichotomous choice CVM, and distributed with the photograph to epict and compare the current and suggested conditions. A donation vehicle and entrance fee were utilized to find the possibility of strategic behaviors and protest zero, and to make the data estimatable tfor interval censored survival analysis. Date was calibrated by the survival analysis to eleminate the 'fat-tail problem'. Weibull distribution was assumed as a baseline distrubution. The mean WTP of donation and entrance fee was ₩5,281 and ₩783, respectively. The economic value of this park was determined by aggregating the mean value, giving a total WTP for the population of ₩36,861,645,000. This economic value was composed with the use value and existence value. The calibrationi of the Weibull proportional hazard model showed that nearness to the park, age, intention to isit the park, and educational attainment were significant independent variable to influence an amount of donation.

서울시내와 근교에 위치한 당일여가용 Recreation시설의 선택행동 확정에 관한 연구 : Generalized Logit Model의 적용 (Destination Choice Behavior for Recreation Areas : Application of Generalized Logit Models)

  • This study was carried out to identify destination choice behavior for one-day use recreation areas. Previous positioning study was utilized to select 4 study areas, and the secondary data were used for logit analyses. The Hausamn-McFadden test for IIA was conducted to examine whether conditional logit models are valid methodology for this study. The results revealed that IIA assumption among the study areas was violated; therefore, generalized binomial and generalized multinomial logit models were used in this study. In the binomial logit analysis, 2 to 5 independent variables were included in the models: their $\rho$2 values were from 0.1to 0.323, and accuracy of predictions were from 65.38 to 79.86 percent. In the multinomial logit analysis, 4 independent variables were included in the model: its $\rho$2 value was 0.207, and accuracy of prediction was 45.82 percent. The results showed that the conditional logit should be used with caution because of the IIA assumption. Several suggestions were described, mainly due to utilization of the secondary data for this study.

The evaluation result is shown that the average amount of willingness to pay for the Jeju stonewall fencing farming land is 3,001 won per meter with standard deviation of 511.0 won/m.
