도시지역 지표온도와 토지이용 및 식생상태와의 상관관계에 관한 연구 : 대구광역시의 경우 (The Relationship among Land Use, Vegetation and Surface Temperature in Urban Areas -The Case of Deagu City-)

  • 본 연구는 도시지역에서 지표용도를 결정하는 요인으로서 토지이용과 식생분포를 설정하고 이들의 상호관계를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위하여 대구광역시를 사례지역으로 위성영상을 판독하고 그 결과를 수치지도와 중첩하여 분석을 실시하였다. 지표온도와 식생지수(표준식생지수)는 위성영상분석을 통하여 도출하였고 토지이용자료는 통계청이 지난 2001년 제작한 기초단위구 자료를 통하여 획득하였다. 분석결과 예상한 바와 같이 지표온도는 식생분포와 토지이용분포와 깊은 상관관계가 있는 가운데 식생상태보다는 토지이용에 의해 더욱 많은 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 토지이용과 지표온도와의 관계규명에 초점을 두었다. 이를 위하여 본 연구는 18개로 구분된 토지이용을 표면온도에 따라 Duncan 검증방법으로 7-8개의 그룹으로 분류하였다. 이에 의하면 지표온도는 제조업과 관련된 토지이용이 많은 지역에서 가장 높았고, 그 뒤를 이어 도심상업지역이 높았다. 반면 농업 및 임야지역의 지표온도가 가장 낮게 나타났다.

  • This study aims to estimate a heat island potential distribution based on the land-use types using LANDSAT/TM(1100LST April 2000) and AWS data in Daegu. The heat island potential is defined as a difference between surface temperature and air-temperature at each place. The study area was selected as about $900k km^2$ square including Daegu metropolitan area. Land-use data obtained by dividing all of Daegu metropolitan area into l-km-square three types of maps were prepared, in the 1 960s, 1970s and 2000s respectively. The types of land-use were divided into 5. Forest and farm lands have been reduced at a wide range during 40 years, most of which changed to urban area. The heat island potential distribution presented a striking contrasts according to land-use types. For example, the heat island potential of urban area was higher than $14^{\circ}$ in comparison to those of water or paddy rice areas.

  • Since the provision of Permanent Affordable Housing in the early 1990's, it is confronted with the need to strengthen its welfare service due to aging of its facilities and the declining welfare system for its tenants. In addition, the aging population of tenants is on the rise, increasing the group of tenants that are in need of care. The local social community center has entered into the community of permanent affordable housing and takes partial responsibility in the tenant's social welfare. However, social community center is mainly responsible for providing welfare service to its local residents and thus limited in its ability to satisfy welfare service to tenants of permanent affordable housing. Therefore, it is required to renew the existing welfare system to better suit social demands of tenants according to its specific social group and the characteristics of housing complex. This study aims to propose methods that can strengthen welfare service and analyze the characteristics of welfare service by investigating the existing conditions of welfare system for the tenants in permanent affordable housing complex. For this purpose, this study presents with categories of service standards, by breaking down and codifying welfare service and propose applicable mixed-use service in pre-existing permanent affordable housing.

Pattern and process in MAEUL, a traditional Korean rural landscape

  • Land-use changes due to the socio-economic environment influence landscape patterns and processes, which affect habitats and biodiversity. This study considers the effects of such land-use changes, particularly on the traditional rural "Maeul" forested landscape, by analyzing landscape structure and vegetation changes. Three study areas were examined that have seen their populations decrease and age over the last few decades. Five types of plant life-forms (Raunkier life-forms) were distinguished to investigate ecosystem function. Principle component analysis was used to understand vegetation dynamics and community characteristics based on a vegetation similarity index. Ordination analysis transformed species-coverage data was introduced to clarify vegetation dynamics. Landscape indices, such as area metrics, edge metrics, and shape metrics, showed that spatial heterogeneity has increased over time in all areas. Pinus densiflora was the main land-use plant type in all study areas but decreased over time, whereas Quercus spp. increased. Over a decade, P. densiflora communities shifted to deciduous oak and plantation. These findings indicate that the impact of human activities on the Maeul landscape is twofold. While forestry activities caused heavy disturbances, the abandonment of traditional human activities has led to natural succession. Furthermore, it can be concluded that the type and intensity of these human impacts on landscape heterogeneity relate differently to vegetation succession. This reflects the cause and consequence of patch dynamics. We discuss an approach for sustainable landscape planning and management of the Maeul landscape based on traditional management.

철도시설 부지 입체개발 유형 및 개발 방안 - 경부선 철도 입체화 사업을 대상으로 - (Multi-dimensional Development Type and Plan for Railway Facility Site - Focus on the Gyeongbu Line Railway Multi-Dimensional Project in Busan)

  • 산지가 많은 부산시의 지형적 특성상 가용토지가 부족한 상황에서 경부선 철도까지 도심을 가로지르고 있어 생활권의 단절과 도심발전을 저해하고 있다. 이에 토지 확보를 위하여 입체개발의 필요성이 제기되고 있으며, 최근에는 경부선 철도의 지하화로 양분화 된 도시를 연결하고 토지를 효율적으로 사용할 수 있도록 하는데 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 토지의 입체개발의 사례를 통해 개발유형을 분석하고, 부산시내 경부선 철도의 지하화 사업 시 메인이 되는 4개 권역(사상역, 구포역, 가야역, 부산진역)의 입체개발로 발생하는 가용토지에 효과적인 활용을 위한 시민인식조사 결과를 바탕으로 입체개발 유형별 개발방향 설정하였다. 또한 대상지 지역이 가지고 있는 지역적 특성과 현재 진행되고 있는 도시재생사업을 반영하여 철도에 의해 양분된 지역생활권의 단절 해소 및 철도시설 부지의 효율적 토지이용을 통한 입체적인 개발을 통해 철도 부지의 수평적, 수직적 공간활용의 설계방안을 제시하고자 한다.

농가 유형에 따른 농가부채 분석 (Analysis of Farm Household Debt by Farm Type)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the changes of time series, the use by farm type and the causes of farm household debt. First, the mid and long term changes in farm household debt over the past 50 years have increased. Since 2010, the share of non-agricultural debt has exceeded the share of agricultural debt. Second, as a result of the analysis of the farm household debt use by farm type - full time&part time, farming type, land size, age, family members - there was a difference between the agricultural and the non-agricultural debt according to the type of farm household in a significant level of 1%. Finally, as a result of the cause analysis of the farm household debt, the related non-agricultural expenditure variables and the dummy variable of the manager's age, family member and land size has a common influence on the farm household debt increase.

폭염시 토지이용유형별 보행공간 이온지수 평가 - 충주시를 대상으로 - (Evaluation of Pedestrian Space Ion Index by Land Use Type in Heat wave - Focused on ChungJu -)

  • 본 연구에서는 충청북도 충주시를 대상으로 폭염시 토지이용유형별 보행공간의 기상특성과 공기이온 특성을 측정 및 분석하였다. 연구대상지 보행공간의 토지이용유형 구분은 지적편집도를 이용하여 대상지를 크게 Green Area, Residential Area, Commercial Area으로 실시하였다. 측정지점은 약 4.1km, 44개 지점으로 측정지점을 선정하여 외곽지역 관통도로 보행공간 Green Area 12개 지점, Residential Area 14개 지점, Commercial Area 18개 지점으로 구분하여 측정하였다. 또한 폭염시 토지이용유형별 보행공간의 기온, 상대습도, 일사량, 순복사량 등의 기상요소가 음이온 발생량, 양이온 발생량에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 이온지수를 산출하였다. 폭염시 토지이용유형별 보행공간의 공기이온 특성 비교결과 평균 양이온 발생량은 Commercial Area($700.73ea/cm^3$) > Residential Area($600.76ea/cm^3$) > Green Area($589.73ea/cm^3$)로 분석되었다. 평균 음이온 발생량은 Green Area($663.95ea/cm^3$) > Residential Area($628.48ea/cm^3$) > Commercial Area($527.48ea/cm^3$)로 분석되었다. 평균 이온지수는 Green Area(1.13) > Residential Area(1.04) > Commercial Area(0.75)로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 폭염시 토지이용유형별 보행공간에 따른 기상특성, 양이온 발생량과 음이온 발생량 현황을 확인할 수 있었으며, 토지이용유형별 보행공간의 이온지수의 차이를 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 이동측정에 따른 토지이용유형별 정확한 비교 부족과 도로 폭 변화에 대한 정량적 특성 비교가 부족한 한계점이 존재하였다. 따라서 도로 특성을 고려한 지속적인 연구가 이루어져야할 것으로 판단되었다.

총량관리 단위유역의 토지이용 변화 및 오염물질 배출형태 분석 (Analysis of Changes in Land Use and Pollution Load for the Unit Watersheds of Total Maximum Daily Loads)

  • The land use of the unit watersheds should be maintained appropriately in order to keep the load allotment stable for the management of Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs). This study classified the land area in four types and analyzed the use of each land type and its changing pattern by calculating the occupation and conversion ratios for the unit watersheds in three river basins. The forest land showed the greatest occupation ratio with 63.0%, followed by the farm land with 23%, the other area with 8.0% and the site area with 6.0% in 2003. The occupation ratio of the site and the other area increased by 0.4% and 0.2% respectively, and that of the farm and the forest land decreased by 0.4% and 0.2% respectively in 2007. The conversion ratio for the site area ranged from 1.65% to 1.97%, for the farm land from -0.47% to -0.33%, for the forest land from -0.10% to -0.04% and for the other area from 0.17% to 1.97%. It can be inferred that the decrease in the farm and the forest land contributed to the increase in the site area and that the increase in the other area was mainly made by the decrease in the forest land. It could be more effective to take into account the changes in the site area and in the forest land in the process of developing the TMDL plans.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a land use planning model (LUPM) which can be applied to development of rural villages considering their spatial expansion. The LUPM finds out and allocates the new built site required for the improvement of existing villages. in the development of LUPM, CA (cellular automata) and land suitability analysis methods were applied combinedly. The model uses basically numerical data of CIS based on grid data. Agglomerated settlement, as a type of village for simulation, was adopted. Probability of land use change for optimizing development area was calculated by the six criteria: slope. drainage characteristic, direction of slope, as absolute suitability of grid itself, distance from road. distance from stream and distance from the village center, as relative probability by neighborhood cells. Weighting values of these criteria were quantified by AHP (analytic hierarchy process) method, which is one of MCE(multi-criteria evaluation) method. The algorithm of the model was verified by three example villages: an isolation village, a village with horizontal road, and a village with nodal point of cross road
