지적도와 건축물대장 연계를 통한 토지이용 DB구축에 관한 연구 (Constructing Land-use Database Based on the Cadastral Map and Registered Building Data)

  • 도시토지이용 문제는 인구와 시설이 증가함에 따라 점점 심각해지고 있으며 토지이용계획은 도시계획에서 가장 중요한 부분이다. 따라서 도시토지이용의 현상을 파악하고 미래를 예측하는 것은 토지이용계획의 핵심적인 과정이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 지방자치단체의 도시계획업무에 사용되는 토지 및 건축물대장의 전산자료를 활용하여 도시해석 시 사용가능토록 DB를 구축하여 활용방안을 검토하였고, 이미 개별 목적으로 작성되어 있는 지적도와 건축물대장의 연계를 통한 개별 필지별 토지이용 데이터를 구축하여 그 활용방안을 검토하고, 토지이용현황 등을 분석하였다. 이러한 정보체계를 이용하여 공간정보와 그 속에 존재하는 토지이용속성을 시계열적 공간자료로 활용하여 부산시 토지이용 현황을 파악하였다.

주차장 및 교량 강우유출수의 중금속 오염물질 특성과 동적 EMCs (Characteristics of Metal Pollutants and Dynamic EMCs in a Parking Lot and a Bridge during Storms)

  • The control of nonpoint source pollution is essentially needed to successfully perform the Total Maximum Daily Load program. Of the various land uses in the nonpoint source, the paved areas such as a parking lot and a bridge are stormwater intensive land uses because of high imperviousness and high pollutant mass emissions. This research was performed to understand the magnitude and nature of the stormwater emissions with the purposes of quantifying stormwater pollutant concentrations and mass emission rates from a parking lot and a bridge. Two monitoring sites in Kongju city were equipped with an automatic rainfall gages and an automatic flow meter for accumulating the data such as rainfall, water quality and runoff flow rates. This paper will summarize the metal concentration changes during the storm duration and metal EMCs to characterize the concentration profiles in a parking lot and a bridge. Also a new concept, dynamic EMC, will be proposed to find the relationship between EMC and first flush effect. It can be used to determine the economical treatment criteria in best management practices.

운암지 수변공원 설계 (Design of Unam-Ji Waterfront Park)

  • This paper presents a design of urban waterfront park using agricultural reservoir in urban fringe area to meet increasing leisure demand for urban resident and to improve resident's quality of life through preventing the reservoir from urban use after reclamation. The site, Unam-Ji, is located on northern part of Taegu metropolitan area, having 17,791 square meters. We had designed this park from 1997 to 1998. After analyzed such factor as accessibility, current land uses, topography, hydrology, vegetation and landscape, climate, and soil, we constructed basic design scheme and principes such as conservation of natural resources, meeting user's recreation demands, providing opportunities for experiencing natural process, integrating naturalness and amenity of the site, and comfortable place with natural dynamism. Based on these principles, we have designed Unam-Ji waterfront park having intrinsic characteristics of the site, maintaining water quality and ecological restoration and improving water-based recreation opportunities. After evaluation of such criteria of design alternative as land use and circulation, spatial organization, convenience for use of and maintenance, conservation of natural environment, and degree of achieving planning and design goals, and maintaining landscape, we have visualized and formalized waterfront park in design process, which is consisted of four squares-- green square for multiple uses, water-based recreation square, pedestrian roads and decks near waterfront, performance square and fords near waterfront. In conclusion, this waterfront park design contributes to improve quality of urban development through preserving agricultural as an important component of urban water system and provide important planning and design implications in urban open space planning.

강수패턴과 토지이용의 시공간적 분석을 위한 SWAT모형의 검보정 개선방안 연구 (Study on Improvement of Calibration/Validation of SWAT for Spatio-Temporal Analysis of Land Uses and Rainfall Patterns)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate effects of spatio-temporal changes in land uses and rainfall magnitude using the Soil and Water Assessment Tool (SWAT). Prior of application of the model to real-world problem, the model should be calibrated and validated properly. In most modeling approaches, the validation process is done assuming no significant changes occurring at the study watershed between calibration and validation periods, which is not proper assumption for agricultural watersheds. If simulated results obtained with calibrated parameters match observed data with higher accuracy for validation period, this does not always mean the simulated result represents rainfall-runoff, pollutant generation and transport mechanism for validation period because temporal and spatial variables and rainfall magnitude are often not the same. In this study SWAT was applied to Mandae study watershed in Korea to evaluate effects of spatio-temporal changes in landuses using 2009 and 2010 crop data for each field at the watershed. The Nash-Sutcliffe model efficiency (NSE) values for calibration and validation with either 2009 or 2010 was evaluated and the NSE value for calibration with 2009 and calibration with 2010 were compared. It was found that if there is substantial change in land use and rainfall, model calibration period should be determined to reflect those changes. Through these approaches, inherent limitation of the SWAT, which does not consider changes in land uses over the simulation period, was investigated. Also, Effects of changes in rainfall magnitude during calibration process were analyzed.

기후변화에 따른 한반도 난대성 상록활엽수 잠재서식지 분포 변화 (Potential Impact of Climate Change on Distribution of Warm Temperate Evergreen Broad-leaved Trees in the Korean Peninsula)

  • 본 연구는 난대성 상록활엽수에 대한 기후변화의 영향을 평가하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 분포 북방한계지가 중부해안인 난대성 상록활엽수 9종을 선정하고, 각 종의 분포 자료와 최한월최저기온, 겨울철강수량에 Generalized Additive Model(GAM) 알고리즘을 적용하여 종분포모형을 구축하였다. 종분포모형에 현재와 미래기후자료, 토지이용도를 적용하여 난대성 상록활엽수의 현재와 미래 잠재서식지를 예측하였다. 기후요소 분석 결과에서 최한월최저기온은 모든 종의 분포에 유의한 영향을 주지만, 겨울철강수량은 종에 따라 영향이 다르게 나타났다. 9종은 잠재서식지의 분포 패턴에 따라 3개의 유형(중부해안형, 남서해안형, 중부경상내륙형)으로 분류되며 기후변화와 토지이용의 영향이 다르게 나타났다. 토지이용을 고려했을 때 9종에서 60% 이상의 잠재서식지가 감소하며, 특히 중부경상내륙형에 속하는 종들은 다른 유형에 비해 높은 서식지 감소를 보였다. 9종 모두 기후변화에 따라 2050년과 2070년에 분포지가 북쪽으로 확대될 것으로 예측되었지만, 분포 유형에 따라 각기 다르게 나타났다. 이러한 분포 유형별 기후변화 영향이 다른 것은 겨울철강수량의 시공간적 변화와 종별로 미치는 영향의 정도가 다르기 때문으로 판단된다.

대도시 주변지역의 토지이용변화 - 대구광역시를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Change Detection of Multi-temporal Data - A Case Study on the Urban Fringe in Daegu Metropolitan City -)

  • The purpose of this article is to examine land use change in the fringe area of a metropolitan city through multi-temporal data analysis. Change detection has been regarded as one of the most important applications for utilization of remotely sensed imageries. Conventionally, two images were used for change detection, and Arithmetic calculators were generally used on the process. Meanwhile, multi-temporal change detection for a large number of images has been carried out. In this paper, a digital land-use map and three Landsat TM data were utilized for the multi-temporal change detection Each urban area map was extracted as a base map on the process of multi-temporal change detection. Each urban area map was converted to bit image by using boolean logic. Various urban change types could be obtained by stacking the urban area maps derived from the multi-temporal data using Geographic Information System(GIS). Urban change type map was created by using the process of piling up the bit images. Then the urban change type map was compared with each land cover map for the change detection. Dalseo-gu of Daegu city and Hwawon-eup of Dalsung-gun, the fringe area of Daegu Metropolitan city, were selected for the test area of this multi-temporal change detection method. The districts are adjacent to each other. Dalseo-gu has been developed for 30 yeais and so a large area of paddy land has been changed into a built-up area. Hwawon-eup, near by Dalseo-gu, has been influenced by the urbanization of Dalseo-gu. From 1972 to 1999, 3,507.9ha of agricultural area has been changed into other land uses, while 72.7ha of forest area has been altered. This agricultural area was designated as a 'Semi-agricultural area'by the National landuse Management Law. And it was easy for the preserved area to be changed into a built-up area once it would be included as urban area. Finally, the method of treatment and management of the preserved area needs to be changed to prevent the destruction of paddy land by urban sprawl on the urban fringe.

GIS를 활용한 소규모 국유지의 개발가능성 평가 (Estimating The Development Potential of Small Size State-Owned Land using GIS)

  • 국토자원의 효율적 이용과 도시 내 토지자원의 공급부족으로 국유지의 효율적 활용에 대한 논의가 진행되고 있다. 소규모 국유지는 부지의 물리적 여건, 수익성 등으로 효율적인 관리 및 활용방안을 마련하기 어려워 대부분 도시 내에 그대로 방치되거나 무단점유 등으로 토지의 효율적 이용을 저해하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구는 GIS를 활용하여 도시 내에 산재해 있는 소규모 국유지의 개발가능성을 평가하고 효율적 활용을 위한 정책방안을 제시하기 위해 수행되었다. 소규모 국유지의 개발가능성 등급의 지역별 용도지역별 분포현황을 고려하여 국유지 관리 및 처분기준 개선, 공공서비스 시설 확충과 더불어 국유지 관리시스템을 통한 과학적이고 합리적인 소규모 국유지 활용방안이 요구된다.

면적규모 및 공간해상도가 CA-Markov 기법에 의한 미래 토지이용 예측결과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Spatial Scale and Resolution in the Prediction of Future Land Use using CA-Markov Technique)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 Landsat 시계열 영상으로 CA-Markov 기법에 의한 토지이용의 예측시 면적규모 및 공간해상도가 예측결과에 미치는 영향을 고려하여 미래의 토지이용 변화를 예측하는데 있다. 분석지역의 면적규모를 $31.26km^2$부터 $84.48km^2$까지 달리하면서 기법을 적용한 결과, 적용면적의 규모는 전체정확도에서 약 11% 차이를 보이면서 예측결과에 영향을 주었다. 공간해상도는 10m, 30m, 50m, 100m, 150m의 해상도에 대하여 비교한 결과, 30m의 공간해상도가 예측한 도심지의 총 면적과 도심지의 공간적인 분포 측면에서 가장 좋은 결과를 얻었다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로, 1996년과 2001년의 토지피복도를 이용하여 CA-Markov기법으로 예측한 2004년의 토지피복결과와 2004년의 영상으로 최대우도법에 의한 토지피복결과를 비교하여 그 적용성을 평가한 후, 2030년, 2060년, 2090년에 대한 미래의 토지이용변화를 예측하였다. 현재를 기준으로 미래(2030, 2060, 2090)의 토지이용 면적변화는 도심지의 경우 지속적으로 증가하고, 산림의 경우는 크게 감소하는 일반적인 경향을 보이면서 예측되었다.

작부체계를 고려한 새만금유역의 토양유실량 추정 (Estimating Soil Losses from Saemangeum Watershed based on Cropping Systems)

  • A Geographic Information System (GIS) was developed to estimate basin-wide soil losses using the Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE). It was applied to estimate the annual average soil losses from the Saemangeum watershed. The USLE factors for each subarea of uniform land use and treatments were estimated from the GIS routines from digital topographic maps, land cover and detailed soil maps. A routine was developed to estimate the averaged cropping management factors (C) of USLE for multi-cropping farmlands, based on cropping system records from the district offices. The resulting C factors ranged from 0.28 to 0.35 for multi-cropping areas. The estimated annual average soil loss was approximately 2.9 million tonnes. Typical soil losses from different land uses were 0.8 t/ha at paddies, 33.7 t/ha at uplands and 1.1 t/ha from forested mountains. It was also found that 6.0% of the arable land of the watershed possessed high risks of soil losses, and conservation measures were needed to reduce soil losses.
