  • This study was attempted to identify the perception and experience of hospital nurses on medication errors of high-risk intravenous drugs, and to identify the causes of medication errors and ways to improve them. The subjects of the study were nurses with work experience related to high-risk intravenous administration working at a university hospital located in D City, and data were collected between May 16 ~ 30, 2021. As a result of the study, six key factors were identified as the key factors in the safety of high-risk intravenous injections: the lack of a protocol for the administration of major drugs in each ward, the lack of training in the operation of the injection machine, the lack of standardized procedures for administering high-risk intravenous injections, the lack of individualized medication training for nurses, the lack or lack of the hospital's own drug list, and the lack of identification of drugs packaged in similar containers. At the nursing practice level, it is proposed to apply a high-risk intravenous medication safety program and conduct a future study to identify safety outcome indicators.

  • The purpose of this study is to extract the failure attributions to identify the failure factors of the security guards and to derive the risk factor factors through failure cases analysis. Failure attributions were prepared by using semi-structured questionnaires(17) and closed questionnaires(179) starting from the fully open questionnaires(8), and processed through SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.O statistical packages. As a result of summarizing the causal relationship between the failure attribution and the failure case (patrol failure pattern factor), In Park Jung-Hee's assassination, lack of experience(2), negative mind(1), lack of work ability(1), lack of experience(2), organizational non-system activeness(2), lack of awareness of mission(1) Failure(2), lack of consciousness(2), and 14 failure patterns were found. Aung-San National Cemetery explosion occurred in eight failure patterns including insecurity(1), negative mind(1), lack of work skills(2), lack of experience(2), individualism(1), There were eight failure patterns in the case of Mr. Yook Young-Su 's sniping, including insincerity(2), negative mind (1), lack of experience(2), lack of awareness of mission(2) and failure to share work(1).

  • The concept of non-conformity is stipulated at Art. 35, CISG. According to the Art. 35, there is no directly stipulated concept of non-conformity. But Art. 35 said that the Seller must deliver goods which are of the quantity, quality and description required by the contract and which are contained or packaged in the manner required by the contract. Accordingly, the concept of non-conformity contains the conformity of quality, quantity, description, delivery of different goods and documents. Art. 39 does not specify the form of notice required. So parties can require a particular form by agreement. If there is no agreed form of notice, buyer' s notice must be sent by means appropriate in the circumstances. And Art. 39 states that the required notice of lack of conformity must be given to the seller. Notice of defects conveyed by the buyer to an independent third party is not found to have been given by means appropriate in the circumstances. And Art. 39 is subject to the parties' power under Art. 6 to derogate from or vary the effect of any provision of the Convention. When determining which requirement must be satisfied by the buyer is specifying the nature of any lack of conformity, a mixed objective-subjective standard should be applied, which has regard to the respective commercial situation of the buyer and the seller, to any cultural differences, but above all, to the nature of the goods. Also to determine the specificity requirement is to satisfy the purpose of notice of lack of conformity.

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to suggest preliminary data for the establishment of communication methodology of asbestos risk, fit for the features of each audiences, by grasping the features of risk communication by each element for each group survey. Methods: For this study, a questionnaire survey has been conducted from May to August 2012 and responses of 617 people including 214 school asbestos managers, 95 asbestos business managers, and 308 general public have been analyzed. Results: The feature by element of risk communication shows that to give information through non-governmental organizations with reliability such as colleges, research institutes, asbestos-related associations, etc among the entire investigated groups, is most effective. Lastly, for stakeholders related to asbestos, the public feedback for governmental asbestos management policy shows that it was considered that there is lack of reality due to comprehension deficit for situation, lack of a system of asbestos general management in the country and lack of policy connectivity among the branches of the government, and between the central government and the local government. • The paper aims to investigate empirical causes of poverty of the Khmer ethnic people and suggest policy implication to help the Khmer ethnic people escape poverty in Tra Vinh province and the Mekong Delta. The study has been conducted with direct interviews with 300 Khmer households living in seven districts and cities in Tra Vinh province and with the use of multivariate regression. The research results show that a number of causes that affect poverty of poor households include lack of capital for production, lack of means of production, poor health and lack of labor, large families, lack of job opportunities or unemployment, and lack of willingness to escape poverty and education. Thus, there should be poverty reduction policy for the poor househlods in the coming time. Based on the current situation and regression results, the authors propose a number of recommendations: 1) Focus on preferential loan policies for poor people 2) Provide occupational training programs for improving incomes for the Khmer ethnic households 3) Build up special infrastructure in the Khmer ethnic areas 4) Focus on promoting cultural and belief institutions in areas of the Khmer ethnic people and 5) Improve and build up healthcare clinics services and facilities.

  • To find out the effect of interest on chemical content, interest in chemistry, choice of science elective subjects, teaching-learning characteristics that make it difficult to understand contents, academic achievement in general chemistry according to university admission screening, etc. were surveyed on 51 students enrolled in the department of chemistry education at P college of education. As a result of the survey, it was found that the interest in Chemistry I, Chemistry II, and general chemistry increased significantly to 94.6%, 73.7%, and 66.0%, respectively. 39.3% of the students answered that they had a lot of difficulty in understanding general chemistry. The characteristics of learners who make it difficult to understand the content were found to be 'lack of willingness to learn' such as 'lack of understanding chemical concepts' and 'lack of problem solving', due to the lack of 'basic knowledge'. As a way to solve these difficulties, 'expert help' appeared the most. The grades of general chemistry of students who entered the regular admission were relatively higher than those of occasional recruitment.

  • In this paper we propose a nonparametric lack of fit test based on the bootstrap method for testing the null parametric linear model by using linear smoothers. Most of existing nonparametric test statistics are based on the residuals. Our test is based on the centered bootstrap residuals. Power performance of proposed bootstrap lack of fit test is investigated via Monte carlo simulation.

  • Most of marine casualties are caused by not only wrong operation of equipments but also lack of knowledge about navigational equipments or systems. But we can say these casualties result from lack of ship handling skill or lack of situational awareness. This study aims to investigate the recent status of SHS and suggest several recommendations such as teaching skills, evaluation skill, etc. to make more efficient crew training with SHS (ship handling simulator).
