This research is conducted to grasp emotional labor, job satisfaction, and related turnover intention of nurses at a regional general hospital; to lower level of emotional labor; to raise job satisfaction; to reduce turnover intention; to perform efficient personnel management; and then, to provide qualitative nursing care. Convenient sampling of 100 nurses at a general hospital in D city, who agreed to participation in the test, was made and an analysis method of t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation was used from April 6 to April 12, 2015 by using questionnaires. According to the research, average score of emotional labor was $3.37{\pm}.85$; average score of job satisfaction was $2.86{\pm}.66$; and, average score of turnover intention $3.47{\pm}.87$. Emotional labor had negative correlation with job satisfaction (r=-.56, p<.001) but it showed positive correlation with turnover intention (r=.67, p<.001) while job satisfaction revealed negative correlation with turnover intention (r=-.64, p<.001). According to result of the research, it is required to prepare systematic measures in order to lower level of emotional labor of nurses who play important role of the hospital and to raise job satisfaction, and it is also required to make positive efforts to solve fundamental problems to provide high quality caring service through satisfying nurses' morale.
The purpose of this study was to examine dental hygienist's emotional labor, burnout and turnover intention. Data were collected from 215 dental hygienists working at hospitals and dental clinics through self-administered questionnaire, and analyzed by statistical analysis using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The main findings of the study are as follows: the higher the educational level of dental hygienists, and the bigger the size of dental institutions they work, and the lower the monthly income of dental hygienists, the higher the level of emotional labor of dental hygienists. Burnout was influenced on emotional labor and turnover intention. Emotion labor and turnover intention were influenced on burnout. Tenure under 5 years, five-day workweek (non), emotional burnout were found to have significant effects on the turnover intention. Dental hygienists were doing relatively high emotional labor, and it influences his burnout experience and turnover intention. It is needed to make the workplace better environment which can secure appropriate work load and rewards, and education programs etc.

The purpose of this study was to identify the extent of and relationships among emotional labor, job stress, burnout and turnover intention and the factors influencing the turnover intention of care workers at long-term care hospitals. The study was approved by KUIRS, and the data were collected from August 12 to September 30, 2015, and analyzed using the SPSS WIN 18.0 program. The participants of this study were 200 care workers at ten different long-term care hospitals in B city and G province. Data were collected through self-reported questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive statistics, the t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and Stepwise multiple regression. The turnover intention was significantly correlated with emotional labor (r=.372, p<.001), job stress (r=.471, p<.001), and burnout (r=.411, p<.001). In the multiple regression, job stress (${\beta}=.290$, p<.001), burnout (${\beta}=.239$, p<.001), type of employment (${\beta}=.185$, p<.001), and emotional labor (${\beta}=.157$, p=.017) were identified as factors influencing the turnover intention. These factors explained 32.6% of the total variance in the turnover intention. Based on the results, in order to reduce the turnover intention, the improvement of work environment and clear job-descriptions are needed to reduce the job stress, and the development and implementation of proactive psycho-social interventions are necessary to reduce burnout and emotional labor in care workers at long-term care hospitals.
The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of nursing emotional labor, role conflict, and reciprocity on turnover intention in comprehensive nursing care wards nurses. 209 nurses working in comprehensive nursing care wards across 13 hospitals in G and M city participated in this study. Data were analyzed descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. As a result, the research model explained 52.9%(F=14.458, p<.001) of intention to turnover. The most significant factor affecting turnover intention was emotional labor(β=.311), followed by reciprocity and role conflict. Therefore, it is necessary to devices and guidelines to protect nurses who encounter various situations in the process of emotional labor, and to implement a human resource management system that can maintain friendly and equal relationships.
This study examines the effect of culinary employees' emotional labor on their emotional dissonance and turnover intentions and bow the emotional labor and emotional dissonance affect their turnover intentions and burnout to provide useful information and suggestions for the foodservice and hotel culinary training and on-site. The results are summarized as follows. First, as the emotional labor of workers such as representation of the act, conduct in-depth and emotional departure grew higher, they showed the higher perception of emotional dissonance. However, their spontaneous activities tended to decrease their emotional dissonance. Second, as the result of verifying the relationship between emotional dissonance and burnout, the higher emotional dissonance, the deeper burnout. Finally, the culinary workers' emotional dissonance influenced their turnover intention.
The purpose of this study is to determine the general characteristics and work-related characteristics of call center workers and learn the relationship between the subjects of emotional labor levels, stress response levels and turnover. Target the K's Call Center employees 300 people of telecommunications companies in Korea 2015 July 15 to August 31. This study was conducted to identify the effects of perception of job characteristics, personal-organizational fit and emotional labor on the turnover intention. 228 nurses working in across 11 hospitals in U city participated in this study. Data were analyzed descriptive statistics t-test, one way, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and Hierachial Regression analysis. The factors affecting the turnover intention of the subject are the marriage (β=-.106, p=.044), personal-organizational fit (β=-.441, p=.001), emotional labor (β=.318, p<.001) and the three variables could be sufficiently explained by 47.7%. therefore, it is necessary to create an environment where nurses can adapt to their organizations, and to find a way to reduce their emotional labor to decrease nurses's turnover intention.
This study was to identify the influence of organizational commitment, nursing work environment, emotional labor on turnover intention of general hospital nurses. The participants were 129 nurses in general hospitals with 100~300 beds in G metropolitan city. Data was collected with questionnaire, during Aug, 1 to 20, 2020. The result of this study, organizational commitment 3.19, nursing work environment was 2.75, emotional labor was 3.19, turnover intention was 3.16. The factors affecting turnover intention are organizational commitment and emotional labor, these variables explained 32.0% of the variance. The results of this study, it can be used as basic data for developing intervention programs to reduce turnover intention of general hospital nurses.
The purpose of this study is to investigate factors affecting turnover intentions of rehabilitation specialists by using data on the "improvement of labor conditions and human rights of rehabilitation Specialist" which was conducted both in 2016 and in 2017. The turnover intention of the rehabilitation specialists was analyzed with personal factors, job-related factors, and factors related with client violence, discrimination, and burnout. Among these factors, variables of wage satisfaction, job satisfaction, and client violence have statistically significant effect on the turnover intention of rehabilitation specialists. While the variables of wage satisfaction and job satisfaction are likely to decrease the turnover intention of rehabilitation specialists, the variable of client violence significantly increase the turnover intention of rehabilitation specialists. The results of this analysis implies that the labor conditions including salary, the work environment for the rehabilitation specialists, and client education should be improved and strengthened to decrease the turnover intention of the rehabilitation specialists.

This is predictive correlational study to identify the influence of emotional labor and resourcefulness on turnover intention among clinical nurses. The participants were 138 clinical nurses and the data were collected by an online survey using a self-administered questionnaire from 10th to 17th April, 2016.The collected data were analyzed using SPSS program through t-test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffe's test and multiple linear regression. In the results, there were differences in emotional labor by age, marital status, job position, clinical career, shift work, in resourcefulness by gender, clinical career, and in turnover intention by age. As a result of multiple linear regression, emotional labor and resourcefulness were selected as significant related variables affecting nurse's turnover intentions. These factors accounted for 3.7% of turnover intention, which necessitates the consideration of a specific plan to reduce emotional labor and increase resourcefulness for decreasing clinical nurse's turnover intention.
