본 논문은 시맨틱 웹 기술이 어떻게 국가 표준(KS) 정보 검색 서비스 내 정보들을 연계시키고 사용자 접근성을 향상시키는 데 도움을 줄 수 있는지를 실증적으로 보여준다. 기존 표준 정보 검색 서비스는 용어 검색의 유연성이 부족하여 표준 정보에서 사용된 용어와 사용자 용어 간의 괴리를 해소하지 못했으며 표준, 기관, 인력 등 상호 관련성을 가진 개체 정보들을 개별적으로 서비스하였다. 이러한 상황은 사용자의 표준 정보 검색 서비스 접근성을 떨어뜨리는 요인으로 작용한다. 본 연구에서는 유의어, 관련어를 중심으로 한 표준 용어 사전 구축을 통해 사용자 용어와 표준 정보 내 용어 간의 원활한 매칭을 지원하며, 표준 관련 개체들을 온톨로지와 추론을 통해 연계시키는 방안을 제시한다. 개선된 표준 정보 검색 서비스는 개선된 표준 정보 검색 서비스는 개체 중심적 통합 검색 결과 제공 방식으로 관련 정보들을 단일 웹 페이지 내에서 확인할 수 있도록 해준다. 예를 들어, 특정 KS 표준 검색 결과 페이지에서는 기존에 DB 접근이나 검색 엔진을 통해 바로 획득할 수 없었던 정부 표준들, 기관들의 해당 KS 표준 인용 현황, 해당 KS 표준 전문가들, 부합화를 위해 참조된 국제 표준들, 해당 KS 표준 전문가들, 부합화를 위해 참조된 국제 표준들, 해당 KS 표준 전문가 네트워크, 해당 KS 표준 내 표준 용어 사전 정보 등 다양한 관련 정보들을 조합하여 서비스한다. 본 연구를 위해 모델링된 온톨로지와 시맨틱 웹기반 서비스 프레임워크인 OntoFrame 상에서 추론 작업이 표준 정보 적재 시에 전방 추론 (Forward-chaining) 방식으로 수행되었으며, 표준 온톨로지 질의 언어인 SPARQL (SPARQL Protocol and RDF Query Language)을 이용해 일반 검색 서비스 수준의 속도로 서비스될 수 있었다.

We report the result of post-outburst observation of HBC722, the new FU Orionis-like young stellar object (also known as LkHa 188-G4 and PTF 10qpf; A. Miller et al., 2011). We have been monitoring this object since Nov. 2010 with KASINICS (Korean Astronomy and Space Institute Near Infrared Camera System) at Bohyun Optical Astronomy Observatory (BOAO). The observations were performed two times; the first observation was conducted in Nov. 19, 24, and 25, 2010. And the second one was done in March 22 and 25, 2011. We used three filters: J, H, and Ks band. We did aperture photometry with IRAF packages and standardized the photometric result (instrumental magnitude) with 2MASS data that were used as standard stars. As a result, we have found that the brightness of the target decreased in all bands and its colors reddened: the magnitudes and colors of the target are J=10.37, H= 9.49, Ks=8.59, J-H=0.88, and J-Ks=1.36 on Nov. 19, 2010. And those are J=10.81, H=9.81, Ks=9.28, J-H=1.00, and J-Ks=1.53 on March 25, 2011. The previous study showed the similar decrease of brightness in J and H band except for Ks band., They were J= 10.03, H= 9.14, and Ks= 8.65 on Sept. 2010 and those were J= 10.02, H=9.24, and Ks= 8.59 on Nov. 2010. Consequently, we can conclude that HBC722 is fading out continuously from last November to this March.

Damage ranges of accidents of the chemical facilities were estimated by the KS-RBI(Ver.3.0) program supporting the quantitative cause analysis, and the consequences were compared with the results of K-CARM(Ver2.0) program which assesses the quantitative risk in an usual method. As a result we found that the consequences of the KS-RBI program were similar to those of the K-CARM program. Therefore, the KS-RBI program could be applied to the quantitative risk assessment. In addition, it can be safely said that through appling the damage ranges of accidents by weighted average, industrial sites can come up with the effective plans of mitigation and emergency.

Objectives The aim of this study is to develop a Korea Sasang Constitutional Diagnostic Questionnaire (KS-15) with practicality and validity. Methods The data of body shape, temperament and symptoms were collected from 11 nationwide multi-centers in Korean Medical Clinics between Nov. 2009 to Aug. 2012. KS-15 algorithm was developed through Multinomial Logistic Regression and was applied for test group to verify it's classificatory function. Results The weight value of variables of KS-15 were different between male and female. The concordance of KS-15 with the expert in training group was 58.34% (72.8% in Tae-eumin, 54.8% in Soeumin, and 44.1% in Soyangin). The concordance of KS-15 with the expert in test group was 63.1% (63% in Tae-eumin, 83.3% in Soeumin, and 51.9% in Soyangin). Conclusions KS-15 seems to have suitable implement with practicality and validity. Further study is necessary to verify it accuracy and cut-off.

The studies on shrinkage and characteristics of the weft knitted fabrics were investigated under the various dry and wet treating conditions. Various relaxation values were found out according to treating conditions. The characteristics of knitted fabrics such as shrinkage rate, thickness, spirality, elongation and recovery were also measured. The used knitting yams were OE (open-end) cotton and POY (pre-oriented yarn)-DTY (draw textured yam) polyester. The conclusions obtained in this study are as follows. 1. In case of dry relaxation little change of Ks values was seen with increasing time after 48 hours. So it was found that relaxation shrinkage of dry relaxation reached its maximal state in about 48 hours. 2. In case of wet relaxation, higher Ks values were observed, in comparision with those of dry one and higher shrinkage rates were also observed. But when experimental temperature was constant, sudden marked increases in Ks values and shrinkage rates appeared through the initial 4 hours, and after that time little change was seen in them. 3. As Ks value increases, thickness also increased. But thickness showed to some degree stability around Ks value 23. 4. As Ks value increases, spirality values also increased gradually. But little change of spirality values was observed above a certain Ks values (cotton 22.5, polyester 21.5). 5. As Ks value increases, the elongation decreased under a certain load, and the recovery was random.

We proposes a new approach for testing the self visual-acuity by using the KS standard optotype. The proposed system provides their hand-gesture recognition method for the convenient response of subjects in the visual acuity measurement. Also, this system can measure a visual-acuity that excludes the examiner's subjective judgement or the subject's memorized guess, because of presenting a random optotype automatically by computer without a examiner. Especially, Our system guarantees the reliability by using the KS standard optotype and its presentation(KS P ISO 8596), which is defined by the Korea Standards Association in 2006. And the database management function of our system can provide the visual-acuity data to the EMR client easily. As a result, Our system shows the 98% consistency in the limit of the ${\pm}1$ visual-acuity level error by comparing the visual-acuity chart test.

Objectives The purpose of this study is to propose a method to more specifically identify Sasang constitutional risk factors of metabolic syndromes by adjusting the cut-off value of Korea Sasang Constitutional Diagnostic Questionnaire (KS-15). Methods Data of 1997 participants in Korean medicine Daejeon Citizen Cohort study (KDCC) were analyzed. Metabolic syndrome was defined according to the NCEP-ATP III, lifestyle information, and hematologic information including KS-15 and demographic characteristics were used as covariates. Results The 179 subjects with metabolic syndrome accounted for 9.0% of the total. As a result of determining the Sasang constitution for the KS-15 response based on the cut-off values (approximate 0.33), 0.5, and 0.6 of the constitutional score, when performed at the 0.6 cut-off model, the odds ratio of TE was 2.46 which showed a statistically significantly higher risk than the borderline group. For the accuracy of the model and the Area under the curve (AUC), the model accuracy based on the original cut-off of the KS-15 was 0.902 and AUC was 0.737. The accuracy of the model with cut-off of 0.5 and with of 0.6 were 0.904 and 0.902, respectively, and the AUCs were 0.687 and 0.741, respectively. Conclusion In this study, we confirmed that it is effective to increase the cut-off value of KS-15 to 0.6 in the metabolic syndrome risk model. It is expected that this could increase the accuracy of identifying high-risk groups for metabolic syndrome.
