In a contemporary organization, the role of social capital has been increasingly important in sharpening knowledge management practices. The primary objective of this paper is to propose a research model to measure the effects of social capital on individual performance. The model also investigates the mediating mechanism of knowledge acquisition and knowledge transformation, both of which are critical in fostering an enterprise's absorptive capacity. The field data was collected from a knowledge-centric organization. The analysis result reveals that shared goal is crucial in enabling knowledge processes. Furthermore, it is found that knowledge transformation rather than knowledge acquisition is more likely to lead to individual task performance.

가르치는 데 필요한 교사 지식은 실제 해당 교과를 가르치는 중에 수업 맥락과 깊이 관련되어 나타나기 마련이다. 이와 같은 관점에서 최근 수학 교사 지식에 대한 연구는 실제 가르칠 때 발현되는 수학적 지식(Mathematical Knowledge in Teaching [MKiT])을 분석하려는 경향이 강하다. 본 논문에서는 효과적인 MKiT 분석틀로 알려진 '교사 지식의 사중주(Knowledge Quartet [KQ])' 중 '변환' 차원 및 관련 코드를 소개하고, 이를 중심으로 우리나라 초등 수학 수업을 분석한 사례를 제시하였다. 분석 결과 변환 차원의 관련 코드는 전반적으로 우리나라 초등 수학 수업에서 발현되는 교사의 변환 지식을 밝히는 데 유용한 것으로 드러났다. 그러나 보다 적합성을 높이기 위해서는 일부 코드를 보완할 필요성도 제기되었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 토대로 본 논문은 초등 수학 수업에서 발현되는 교사 지식의 분석틀에 대한 시사점을 제시한다.

Absorptive capacity has been increasingly thought of as a potential source of innovation. From the knowledge management perspective, absorptive capacity is composed of a set of activities dealing with acquisition, assimilation, transformation, and exploitation of external and internal knowledge. This study investigates what relationship the absorptive capacity of individuals who have technical knowledge in the organization has with process innovation and product innovation. Mobile based survey was conducted from the employees working for the largest electronics manufacturer in Korea. The analyzed data was based on 156 responses from 199 participants. The analysis result shows that four phases of absorptive capacity such as acquisition, assimilation, transformation and exploitation have different effects on process innovation and product innovation, respectively. Specifically, transformation is found to be most critical in leading to innovation.

Purpose: Education is the part of a fundamental human right across the world. In recent years, the trend of virtual education has increased tremendously. The paper aims to find the impact of adoption, accessibility, interactions, knowledge, and satisfaction on the success of transformation towards virtual education. Research design, data and methodology: Primary data has been gathered through the use of responses from students taking admission in virtual higher education to standardized questionnaires. Of the 250, only 122 were considered complete and have been used in further studies. Convinced random sampling method has been used. The results were evaluated using the Likert Five-Point Scale. For applying these statistical tools software SmartPLS and SPSS 19 have been used. The fitness of the model has been re-checked through an Artificial Neural Network (ANN). Result: Results derived that adoption, accessibility, and interactions have a significant impact on knowledge, knowledge influences satisfaction level and satisfaction have a meaningful impact on the success of transformation towards virtual education. Conclusion: It can be concluded that virtual education has the potential to change the future of the education system and its potential in India. The highest importance is due to satisfaction (100%), adoption (98.7%), knowledge (91.4%), accessibility (62%), and interaction (29.2%).

The main purpose of this paper is to explore the role of meta-knowledge for knowledge creation and knowledge transformation in cooperative problem solving processes. For this I will discuss what the primary functions of meta-knowledge are from the knowledge representation perspective. The proposed theoretical model is useful to develop a new form of knowledge management support systems beyond the first generation of knowledge-based systems.

The knowledge management was considered as the inevitable result of the rule of knowledge in this era, and its importance became clear in being the main source for achieving success, the need to consider and manage knowledge as an independent field that must be addressed with a clear scientific methodology has become intangible - they are very valuable and a strategic asset. On the other hand, the innovation process relates to all parts of the organization, and helps to improve the behavioral patterns of individuals and their attitudes towards adopting modern and innovative ideas, it is a purposeful process adopted by the senior management and works to provide the capabilities and requirements for embodying the innovative behavior in it. In the field of dealing with the market, it is a product of the organization's innovative approach, which aims at advancement, change, and intended and organized renewal. The main objective of this article is to determine the most appropriate ways to integrate knowledge management mechanisms to employ innovation factors within universities based on the role of universities in supporting innovation. This was achieved through reviewing many relevant research and listing the most prominent concepts of knowledge management, its importance, objectives, and processes determining the stages of knowledge management application, the requirements for applying knowledge management, and the obstacles that impede its application; Then the statement "Innovation in universities, through which it addressed the concept of innovation, its importance, stages, and requirements for its application, as well as identifying the most prominent models of innovation, and obstacles to innovation, in addition to that the role of universities in supporting innovation will be identified. From the surveyed study done in this article, we concluded that the relationship among organizational culture, knowledge management and innovation capability can provide useful insights for managers regarding developing a strong culture, promote knowledge management practices effectively and eventually enhance the whole organization's innovation capability. Also, we found that different components of Knowledge Management as Knowledge activities, Knowledge types, transformation of knowledge and technology have a significant positive effect in bringing innovation through transformation of knowledge into knowledge assets in universities.

Digitalization affects not only the content of education, but also its organization. These processes have ambiguous implications for the positioning of both universities and teaching staff. The necessary competencies are often acquired outside the walls of educational institutions, because educational programs often do not keep pace with the dynamics of technology. The teacher turns from a bearer of transmitted knowledge and skills into a navigator that helps to navigate the knowledge bases. All these issues are especially acute in relation to the reform of the higher education system in the context of pandemic consequences. The article examines and analyzes the features of the transformation of higher education in the context of a pandemic that faced the world in 2020. It has been proved that the processes of changes and transformations that the higher education system is going through both in an individual country and throughout the world should be defined as transformation, not modernization, reform or transformation.

On the basis of the meaning and general process of geometric proof through transformation concept and understanding the geometric properties of linear transformation, this study showed that the centroid of geometrical figure and certain properties of a parabola and an ellipse in school mathematics can be explained as a conservative properties through linear transformation. From an educational perspective, this is a good example of showing the process of how several existing individual knowledge can be reorganized by a mathematical concept. Considering the fact that mathematical usefulness of linear transformation can be revealed through an invariable and conservation concept, further discussion is necessary on whether the linear transformation map included in the former curriculum have missed its point.

기업의 전략적 의사결정자는 불확실성과 복잡성에 직면해왔다. 그리고 그들은 이러한 환경 하에서 의사결정을 내려야 함에도 불구하고 그들의 의사결정에 필요한 충분한 시간, 인력, 예산, 그리고 지식이 충분히 주어지지 않는다. 그래서 그들은 그 분야에 대한 암묵적 지식을 지닌 전문가들의 지원을 받는 수 밖에 없다. 그러나 의사결정자들이 어떤 문제에 직면할 때 마다 의사결정에 필요한 새로운 지식을 창조하고 변형하고 결합하고 응용하는 다른 절차나 방법을 발견하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 본 논문은 노나카에 의해 제안된 지식변환과정을 이용함으로써 전략적 의사결정을 지원할 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 본 연구는 컨설팅 산업분야에서 전략적 의사결정의 응용사례를 예시한다. 이 논문은 제안된 방법에 기초한 의사결정지원기법으로서 인지지도를 사용한다.
