기업에 경쟁우위를 가져다주는 많은 자원들 중에서 특히 지식(knowledge)은 생산 활동을 위해 다른 자원을 변화시키거나 확보할 수 있도록 만드는 중요한 자원으로 알려져 있다. 이러한 조직 내 지식은 다양한 형태로 존재하고, 다양한 장소나 개인에게 산재해 있기 때문에, 이를 통합하고 체계적으로 활용하기 위한 기업의 전사적 관리 활동이 필요하다. 특히 지식관리시스템(KMS: knowledge management systems)은 조직 내 지식을 창조하고, 공유하고, 적절히 사용함으로써 지식관리 프로세스를 지원하고 조직이 가진 지식자원의 가치를 극대화하여 기업의 학습조직화와 성과 증진을 이끌 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 국내 대표적인 프랜차이즈 기업인 파리바게뜨의 성공적인 지식관리시스템운영 사례를 분석하여 프랜차이즈 기업들의 지식경영을 강화 및 지식관리시스템(KMS) 구축과 개선을 위한 구체적인 시사점을 제안하고자 하였다. 결과적으로 최고경영층의 관심과 지원, 능동적인 지식 공유와 활용을 위한 학습조직 문화, 네트워크 활성화를 통한 지식의 변환, 정보기술, 지식경영의 내재화를 위한 촉진제도와 보상이라는 5가지 주요 요인이 프랜차이즈 기업의 지식관리시스템의 성공적 운영을 위해 반드시 고려되어야 하는 요인임을 밝혀낼 수 있었다.

온톨로지는 관심 영역의 개념과 개념관계를 명시적으로 명세한 것을 말하며, 지식 표현의 대표적인 방법으로 인식되어 의미에 기반을 둔 정보의 추출, 지식 관리, 정보 공유 등 다양한 분야에서 온톨로지를 적용한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 정보기술(IT) 기반의 경제/산업 분야에서 기업 간의 상호 협력을 위한 정보 공유 및 통합 연구에 온톨로지의 적용이 이루어지고 있다. 여러 업체가 물류 주체로 참여하며 물품의 이동, 보관, 배송 등을 계획하고 관리하는 물류 분야에서도 원활한 공급체인관리나 물류관리를 위한 물류정보의 통합과 정보공유 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 최근에는 물품마다 부여한 고유의 식별코드에 의한 물품의 추적과 관리, 물류 과정의 가시성 제공 둥의 요구가 발생하면서 물류 과정에 흩어져 있는 물류정보의 통합 제공 요구가 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 물류 과정에서 발생하는 데이타를 의미에 기반을 두고 해석하고 통합하기 위한 지식자원으로 물류 도메인 온톨로지를 제시한다. 물품을 식별하는 고유 식별코드인 전자물품코드(EPC)로 물품의 추적과 관리가 이루어지는 EPC 네트워크 기반의 물류 환경에서 발생하는 EPC 이벤트 데이타를 의미에 따라 표현하고 이벤트 데이타의 내포된 의미를 해석할 수 있는 개념과 개념관계를 표현하는 데 초점을 맞추어 온톨로지를 구성하였다. 그리고 EPC 네트워크 기반의 물류 환경에서 물품의 위치, 상태, 이동경로 등 물류 관리를 위한 정보추출 과정에서 물류 도베인 온톨로지가 이용될 수 있음을 물류 시나리오를 통해 보였다.

창조경제 새로운 패러다임의 변화는 사회적 관계의 변화에 영향을 끼치고 있으며, 소셜 네트워크 서비스 등의 발전에 따라 나타나는 새로운 관계의 공간적 특성에도 영향을 끼치고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 변화에 영향을 미치는 동력을 '소셜 네트워크 리소스(social network resource)'로 명명하고, 그에 따라 나타나는 제반 특징과 경제지리학적 관점에서의 공간적 특성을 설명하고자 하였다. '소셜 네트워크 리소스'는 개방성과 공유, 참여, 협력의 특징을 보여주는 동시에, 공간적으로는 로컬과 글로벌의 특징을 모두 아우르는 소위 '트랜스 로컬리티'의 특성을 보이고 있는데, 서울시의 사회적 지식공유 웹 플랫폼인 '위키서울닷컴'의 사례를 통해 그러한 특성을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히, 물리적자원, 인적자원, 정보자원의 특성과 함께 관계자원으로서의 특징이 모두 나타나고 있으며, 이러한 특징에 공간이 투영되어, 사회적 관계가 공간에 표출되는 질적 공간의 특성 또한 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다.

This paper is aimed to design an intelligent military decision aiding system in a network computing environment, especially focusing on designing an intelligent analytic system that has data mining tools and inference engine. Through this study, we concluded that the intelligent analytic system can aid military decision making processes. Highlights of the proposed system are as follows : 1) Decision making time can be reduced by the On-line and Real-time analysis ; 2) Intelligent analysis on military decision problems in network computing environments in enabled; 3) The WWW-based implementation models, which provide a standard user interface with seamless information sharing and integration capability and knowledge repository.

In these days, IT is the most essential element that secures continuous competitive advantage in current business organizations. The success of IT in rapid changing business environment depends on how we successfully secure and develop the IT human resources that have the appropriate knowledge and skills. The purpose of this study is to define the essential knowledge and skills for IT manager's role, and to find out appropriate training programs for the reinforcement of IT manager's competency from case studies. Through the training programs for IT managers, we find that it reinforces IT managers recognition, enlargement of human relation network, the obtainments of knowledge sharing culture, and the improvement of communication skills.

This paper presents a learning framework that fits the digital age - an e-Friendly PLE. The learning framework is based on the theory of connectivism which asserts that knowledge and the learning of knowledge is distributive and is not located in any given place but rather consists of the network of connections formed from experiences and interactions with a knowing community, thus, the newly empowered learner is thinking and interacting in new ways. The framework's approach to learning is based on conversation and interaction, on sharing, creation and participation, on learning not as a separate activity, but rather as embedded in meaningful activities such as games or workflows. It sees learning as an active, personal inquiry, interpretation, and construction of meaning from prior knowledge and experience with one's actual environment.

본 논문에서는 각각의 지휘소에서 수행되는 지휘결심의 질적 측면에서 네트워크를 통해서 수집되고 공유되는 정보의 효과를 평가하는 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 이러한 효과는 각각의 지휘소에서 수행되는 지휘결심에 결정적인 정보 요소에 대한 불확실성의 감소를 통해서 수학적으로 측정할 수 있다. 각종 보고들이 점점 많아질수록 불확실성은 줄어들고, 정보의 양은 증가하게 된다. 이러한 경우에 개체들간의 협동 과정에 의한 효과를 엔트로피를 이용하여 지식 함수 측면으로 살펴보고자 한다.

The construction industry is considered the most hazardous industry globally. Therefore, safety education is crucial for raising the safety awareness of construction workers working at construction sites and creating a safe working environment. However, the current safety education method and tools cannot provide trainees with realistic and practical experiences that might help better safety awareness in practice. A metaverse, a real-time network of 3D virtual worlds focused on social connection, was created for more interactive communication, collaboration, and coordination between users. Several previous studies have noted that the metaverse has excellent potential for improved safety education performance, but its required functions and practical applications have not been thoroughly researched. In order to fill the research gap, this paper reviewed the potential benefits of a metaverse based on the current research and suggested its application for safety education purposes. This paper scrutinized the metaverse's key functions, particularly its information and knowledge sharing function and reality capture function. Then, the authors created a metaverse prototype based on the two key functions described above. The main contribution of this paper is reviewing the potential benefits of a metaverse for safety education. A realistic and feasible metaverse platform should be developed in future studies, and its impact on safety education should be quantitatively verified.

국가 통합정보망 구축을 통하여 지식과 정보의 생산, 유통 및 활용을 극대화할 수 있다. 지식기반사회를 형성하는 기본적인 정보망은 교육, 노동시장, 산학협동 그리고 평생교육 정보망으로구성된다. 이들 네 영역의 정보망에 대한 현황과 문제점 분석을 기반으로 하여 국가인적자원개발을 위한 체계적인 통합정보망 구축방안을 제시하고자 한다. 국가 통합정보망 구축 방향을 정보기반 인프라와 정보지원 인프라로 구분하여 제시하고 있다. 정보기반 인프라를 위하여 지식과 정보에 대한 디지털화의 촉진, 접근성 향상, 컨텐츠 개발 등이 필요하며, 정보지원 인프라를 위해서는 법적$\cdot$제도적 기반 정비, 행$\cdot$재정 지원체제 정비 그리고 다양한 인적자원개발 정책이 요구된다.

Peer-to-Peer system has emerged as a popular model aiming at further utilizing Internet information and resources, complementing the available client-server services. However, the mechanism of peers randomly choosing logical neighbors without any knowledge about underlying physical location aware topology can cause serious performance degradation. In this paper, we consider the network distance between peers so that it helps peers select neighbors located at the nearest when they exchange queries for sharing of resources. To reduce the unnecessary signaling traffic and delay of query exchange, we propose a location aware topology based Hybrid P2P system. This system calculates the network distance which combines the direct measurement such as RTT (Round Trip Time) with geographic space of peers using IP address
