전동기 제조업의 지식기반 공정계획 지원시스템에 관한 연구 (Knowledge-based Decision Support System for Process Planning in the Electric Motor Manufacturing)

  • In the motor manufacturing system with the properties of short delivery and order based production, the process plan is performed individually for each order by the expert of process plan after the completion of the detail design process to satisfy the specification to be required by customer. Also it is hard to establish the standard process plan in reality because part routings and operation times are varied for each order. Hence, the production planner has the problem that is hard to establish the production schedule releasing the job to the factory because there occurs the big difference between the real time to be completed the process plan and the time to be required by the production planner. In this paper, we study the decision supporting system for the process plan based on knowledge base concept. First, we represent the knowledge of process planner as a database model through the modified POI-Feature graph. Then we design and implement the decision supporting system imbedded in the heuristic algorithm in the client/server environment using the ORACLE relational database management system.

본사 자원과 메커니즘의 유사성과 격차가 합작투자기업의 학습효과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Resource, Mechanism Relatedness and Gap on International Knowledge Transfer)

  • This research examines the effect of the relatedness and the gap between Resources and mechanisms on effectiveness of inter-organizational knowledge transfer. According to the literature, there has been a competing theory between two claims; one is that inter-organizational knowledge transfer will be more effective due to the reduction of the transaction cost as the relatedness increases. And the other is that the mutual complementarity of different organizational characteristics will increase synergy. In total, the relatedness and the gap of the Resource and mechanism makes the inverted U-shaped relationship with the inter-organizational knowledge transfer. As the result of empirical analysis about 109 Korean-based Joint Ventures entered country, it shows that the relatedness of parent company's production Resources, learning mechanisms, and coordination mechanisms made the inverted U-shaped relations with the inter-organizational knowledge transfer and the gap of production Resources and adjustment mechanism formed the same relationship. However, the U-shaped relationship has been established in the relatedness of market Resources, but the gap of market Resources and the learning mechanism was not statistically significant. Through this study, I can draw a best conclusion that the inter-organizational knowledge transfer will be more effective when the relatedness and the gap of management resources and mechanisms is in optimal level. However, when it comes to market Resources, it can be inferred that the result could be the opposite because the partner country's market environment would be different.

  • 본 연구는 사회복지 연구의 주요 경향을 비판적으로 고찰하면서 페미니스트 인식론과 사회복지 연구의 절합을 모색하고자 한다. 구체적으로는 "한국사회복지학"에 게재된 양적 질적 연구의 주요 경향과 여성에 관한 연구를 분석하고, 방법론 및 인식론적 쟁점을 논의하면서 페미니스트 인식론의 내용과 사회복지적 함의를 살펴보았다. 페미니스트 인식론으로부터 출발하는 연구는 실증주의적 전통에서 출발하는 객관성의 개념을 재고하고, 지식구축 과정에 작용하는 권력관계와 주체-타자와의 관계를 성찰하게 하여 연구자와 연구참여자와의 민주적이고 변증법적인 관계를 새롭게 정립시킨다는 점에서 사회복지 연구에 대안적 전망을 제시할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구자들은 페미니스트 인식론과의 조우가 억압받는 사람들의 삶으로부터 사고를 시작하는 사회복지(학)의 비판적 이론과 실천적 전망을 회복시켜 줄 것이라 기대한다.

지속가능한 지리학 발전을 위한 지리지식의 순환체계 (Circulation System of Geographical Knowledge for the Sustainable Development of Geography)

  • 오랜 역사를 통해 다양한 사회적 요구와 필요에 의해 발달해온 지리지식은 (순수)학문지리지식과 학교지리지식, 응용지리지식, 대중지리지식의 영역으로 구성되어 있다. 그리고 지리지식은 이들 영역간 지식의 생산과 전달, 응용 및 적용, 재생산으로 이어지는 지식의 순환체계를 바탕으로 발전해 왔다. 따라서 한 영역에서의 지식순환의 단절은 다른 영역의 지식형성에 직접적인 영향을 주기 때문에 지리학 전체의 위기를 초래하게 된다. 그러므로 지속가능한 지리학 발전을 위해서는 (순수)학문지리에 의한 지식의 생산과 축적, 학교지리에 의한 지식의 전달, 응용지리와 대중지리에 의한 지식의 사회적 활용과 일상생활의 적용으로 이어지는 지식의 선순환체계가 확고하게 구축되어 지식의 사회적 요구와 변화에 능동적으로 대응할 수 있어야 한다.

  • To keep enterprise's competitiveness on condition of the automatic manufacturing system such as FA, FMS and CIM, all the maintenance problems should be considered seriously in not only production and maintenance but also related industrial safety. As we analyze in the surveys for the maintenance management of domestic enterprises and the causes of Industrial accident, there will be necessity of drawing up countermeasures for prevention of industrial accidents and for ensuring expertise maintenance technologies. Based on these analyses, this study studied the safety information system, maintenance management information system, and the machinery condition diagnosis technique by using of the knowledge-based system under the internet environment. This web based knowledge-based diagnosis system can easily provide not only the knowledge of expert about deterioration phenomenon of industrial robot, but also the knowledge of relating safety and facility on everywhere, everytime. Therefore, when we use this system, it is expected to improve the efficiency of business processes in the production and safety.

  • 요즈음은 국내외적으로 강화되고 있는 환경규제와 생산공정에서의 안전 강화 등으로 중소·중견기업들의 사전예방 시스템 구축이 매우 필요한 시기이다. 이에 반해 산업환경과 생산안전(ES)을 융합하는 전문가들의 네트워크는 물론 지식서비스 기업조차 지원을 할 수 있는 준비가 충분하지 않은 상태이다. 본 연구에서는 전문가의 설문조사를 통하여 산업환경과 생산 안전(ES)의 융합에 대한 현주소를 살펴보고, 이를 타개하기 위한 방법으로 ES 지식 클러스터 구축방안을 제안하였다. ES 융합 방법론의 개발과 보급, 효율성 분석과 라운드테이블 개최 등에 대한 세부 전략도 함께 제안하였다.

  • Structural design, generally engineering design, is a complex process combinding design knowledges and analysis techniques. While analysis techniques can be automated in an algorithmic fashion, relatively little work has been done in the area of the design automation. An effect approach method for the automation of the engineering design may be a hybrid system, in which design knowledges, specification requirements and interpretations are represented using an expert system methodology and numerically intensive operations of the design process are implemented using an algorithmic language such as FORTRAN. The purpose of this paper is concentrated on the knowledge of K-CLIPS(KAIST-C Language Integrated Production System) used to design and implement this hybrid system. In K-CLIPS, some representation methods : frame, production rule, fact and user defined function are used to construct the knowledge base. The hierarchical knowledges could be expressed more naturally with a little number of rules than other plain production systems.

  • 아이디어는 소멸하지 않으며 지식생산과정에 수확체감의 법칙이 작용하지도 않는다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 사적측면만을 고려하는 단순한 내생적 성장모형에서는 지속적 경제성장이 달성되지 않게 된다. 그러나, 지식자본의 비전유성을 고려하여 이를 공적자본으로 간주하게 되면 지속적 경제성장은 달성될 수 있게 된다. 우리 경제에 대한 실증분석 결과가 지식의 공적자본으로서의 성격을 강하게 뒷받침함을 확인할 수 있다. 즉, 제품혁신 생산함수에 대한 모든 함수형태에서 지식자본이 사적재화라는 귀무가설을 모두 기각할 수 있다. 이상의 결과로부터 우리 경제는 제품혁신을 통해 지속적 경제성장을 달성할 수 있다는 시사점을 얻을 수 있다.

지식경영과 업무의 통합을 위한 지식경영 성공요인 도출 연구 (Success Factors of Knowledge Management in the Perspective of Knowledge Management Integration into Operations)

  • This paper aims to explore the success factors of knowledge management in the perspectives of knowledge management integration into operations and to examine the effect of those factors on the knowledge management performance of individual users and organizations in order to link knowledge management performances to operational performances. I found two factors such as "knowledge management integration into operation processes" and "knowledge management integration into application systems" and their measures by means of literature review and modified Delphi research. Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis confirmed that those two factors and their measures are statistically valid. Besides, the structural equation modeling analysis showed that the relationship between "knowledge management integration into operation processes" and "individual user's performance on knowledge management" and the relationship between "individual user's performance of knowledge managemen" and "organizational performance of knowledge management" are significant.

굽힘 및 피어싱 공정을 갖는 불규칙형상 제품의 프로그레시브 가공을 위한 네스팅 및 공정설계 자동화 시스템 (An Automated Nesting and Process Planning System of Irregularly Shaped-Sheet Metal Product With Bending and Piercing Operation for Progressive Working)

  • This paper describes a research work of developing a computer-aided design of irregularly shaped-sheet metal product with bending and piercing operation for progressive working. An approach to the CAD system is based on the knowledge-based rules. Knowledge for the CAD system is formulated from plasticity theories, experimental results and the empirical knowledge of field experts. The system has been written in AutoLISP on the AutoCAD with a personal computer and is composed of five main modules, which are input and shape treatment, flat pattern-layout, production feasibility check, blank-layout, and strip-layout module. Based on knowledge-based rules, the system is designed by considering several factors, such as radius and angle of bend, material and thickness of product, complexities of blank geometry and punch profile, and availability of press. This system is capable of unfolding a formed sheet metal part to give flat pattern and automatically account for the adjustment of bend allowances to match tooling requirements by checking dimensions and the best utilization ratio of blank-layout within bending production feasibility area which is beyond ${\pm}30^{\circ}$ degrees intersecting angle between grain flow and bending edge line and which is suitable to progressive bending operation. Also the strip-layout drawing generated by a bending and a piercing operation according to punch profiles divided into automatically for external area of irregularly shaped-sheet metal product is displayed in graphic forms.
