학습조직의 OJF모형과 적용에 관한 사례 연구 (The Study of OJF Model of Learning Organization and practices about its application)

  • In an industrial Era, OJT(On-the-Job Training) has been accepted as the field learning. But in a breaking up era, traditional field training needs to change and make an evolutionary model. Also, we need to make evolutionary model for various changing ways and means and need means to maximize the transformation of learning by operating learning organization. In knowledge based society, as people work and learn new knowledge in order to pass the experience knowledge and capabilities, they are not the traditional relationship between trainer and trainee but maximize work and learning, development and performance through several different ways. So, the study about new learning model is needed because the learning is creating the value and makes low cost and high efficiency about the elements of cost and time. We study the evolutionary model, OJF(On-the-Job Facilitating) - new learning methodology - through operating learning organization in S Electronics and its application practices.

Overcoming Electrical Energy Efficiency Gap in Nepal's Residential Sector

  • The energy intensity of Nepal is economically not worthy, lacks eco-friendly and importantly not sustainable, and almost four times the average global energy intensity. Considerable efforts have been exercised to reduce the energy gap yet, it is still much to achieve. Nation priority on energy sector was envisaged with promulgation of investment friendly rules and law in hydropower and renewable technology even though, could not harness the sufficient energy. In amid of this acute energy crisis, the government launched the Nepal Energy Efficiency Programme (NEEP) with technical assistance from German International Cooperation (GIZ). Energy Efficiency (EE) practice is the most cost-effective method to reduce the supply and demand gap, reduce on greenhouse gases and pollution, and deter on import of petroleum products which finally improves on trade imbalance. This paper had proposed a framework of energy management team to promote energy efficient technologies in residential consumer. The energy management teams study the past records of energy use pattern of consumers and suggest appropriate technology for energy saving options. The paper provides some reviews of energy efficiency initiatives undertaken by the concern regulatory body which highlights the current status. The comprehensive knowledge acquired through exploratory research is implemented in this paper to identify the various barriers that domestic consumer is experiencing towards the active participation in energy efficiency program launched by the Government of Nepal.

  • 3PL is the alternative for the corporation seeking to increase its logistics efficiency and effective implement of organization development. This study is to establish effective management method of the logistics companies and suggest further research direction by looking through theoretical background, applications, organization knowledge, international and domestic condition and problems of the 3PL which concludes to policy making. This study suggests corporation’s policy on technology oriented, management participation and knowledge on organization is used to secure competitive edge on logistics service. Close cooperation between departments is needed to acquire technology oriented information from 3PL human resource pool.

  • UX (User Experience) Design was an interdisciplinary approach in humanities, engineering, science and design. We classified the roles of user experience; requirement analysis which are user research, constraints analysis and direction analysis, concept design, information architecture, physical UI, graphical UI, sound UI, Olfactory UI, prototype, evaluation, launch, localization, and knowledge management/UI DB. User research methods were classified by the relation of designer, user, and product/service. We reviewed three issues of UX design; complexity management, efficiency management, and mapping management.

지식서비스기업의 관리프로세스 비효율에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구 (Factors Affecting Management Process Inefficiency of Knowledge Service Firms)

  • 지식서비스기업은 자신들이 가진 지식과 경험에 기반하여 고객문제 해결 및 조직관리 프로세스의 효율성을 향상시킴으로써 보다 높은 성과를 창출할 수 있다. 본 연구는 관리 프로세스에 대해 그 동안 간과되어 왔던 비효율을 중심으로 탐구하며, 그 선행요인으로 위계문화와 IT 조직기능 연관성을 제시하고 각 관계를 강화하는 업무 난이도의 조절효과에 대해 실증하였다. 분석 결과, 관리프로세스 비효율에 대해 위계문화는 정(+)의 영향을, IT 조직기능 연관성은 부(-)의 영향을, 그 둘의 관계 사이에서 업무 난이도는 모두 유의한 조절효과를 나타내었다. 또한 관리프로세스 비효율은 조직성과에 부(-)의 영향을 미치며 IT 조직기능 연관성과 조직성과 사이에서 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 지식서비스기업이 보다 높은 성과를 달성하기 위해서는 형식적 절차의 최소화, 적절한 권한위임을 통한 의사결정 융통성 확보, 원활한 정보흐름 및 소통 분위기 조성, 임직원들의 IT 자원관리 및 활용수준 제고 등을 통해 위계문화는 낮추고 IT 조직기능 연관성은 향상시켜야 한다. 또한 업무프로세스 비효율을 보다 효과적으로 낮추기 위해서는, 업무난이도가 높은 기업은 위계문화 제거에, 낮은 기업은 IT 조직기능 연관성 향상에 상대적으로 더 많은 노력을 기울일 것이 요구된다.

  • Governments seek to advance public industry had planed to decreased by 50% of KORAIL management deficit in 2010, The transition to a profit in 2012. In addition. The government will not achieve the goal by 2010, management announced plans to review the case, and privatization. Office of unprofitable station and vehicle maintenance, maintenance work to make cost savings through outsourcing hed discussed how to create KORAIL advancement. April 2011 the government, "A study on th Efficiency of Conventional Railway Infrastructure Maintenance R&D Report" progresses, conventional railway infrastructure maintenance has focused attention on the field. However, the general maintenance of railway facilities without the knowledge and safety awareness, as compared to foreign railway personnel, and productivity has pointed out the contradiction. Economy and efficiency of the railway in order to pursue a public awareness and safety and professionalism is required. In this study, the conventional railway infrastructure maintenance in accordance with Facts would like to introduce efficiency measures.

회계정보시스템의 활용에 따른 정보 만족도에 관한 실태분석 (An Empirical Study on the Information Satisfaction by use with Accounting Information System)

  • Today's firms are experiencing severe competition and lots of change under uncertainty of the future. In order to survive in rapidly changing environment, companies have steadily adopted information technology(IT) environment. The advancement of information technology allows people to access information and knowledge resources without the limitation of time and location through internet. Many organizations have developed their own information systems not only for internal efficiency but also for effectiveness of external customer services. This study is intended to provide a theoretical framework of information and knowledge and their relationship, that the infusion of powerful information networks into business environments is beginning to have a profound a significant difference of the nature between information satisfaction and accounting information system(AIS) in the business activity. This paper is to maximize the efficiency of university libraries human resources management by determining the followings the relationship between the level of information technology implement and the job satisfaction of the librarian, the main factors that affect job satisfaction. Questionnaire was sent to 120 companies from 20 corporations chosen by random sampling and the methods of ANOVA, T-test, and correlation analysis were used. The results of the analysis are as follows; 1) There is a unsignificant difference in the level of information satisfaction by accounting information system and the motivation factor according to the level of implementation of IT. 2) There is a relatively high in a significant difference in information satisfaction by the level of net income. 3) There is high a significant difference is shown in the accounting years while implementing the IT and information satisfaction.

  • 지식서비스 산업은 지식의 생산, 가공, 활용을 통하여 부가가치를 창출하는 산업을 말한다. 지식 서비스 산업은 다른 서비스 산업에 비해 혁신 지향적이고 타 분야에 미치는 영향이 큰 특성을 지니지만, 이에 대한 연구는 미미한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 지식 서비스를 창출하는 설계사무소의 기술 혁신의 필요성을 제기하며 건축설계사무소의 혁신 성과를 효율성 측면에서 분석하였다. DEA-Tier분석을 이용하여 건축설계사무소의 효율성의 크기에 따라 분류하고, 효율성 격차가 현저한 건축설계사무소들에게는 단기적, 중기적, 장기적인 관점에서의 실질적인 벤치마킹 경로까지 제시하여 향후 설계서비스업의 효율성 제고 전략 수립에 필요한 방법론을 제시하였다.

  • 코로나19 사태를 겪으면서, 조직들은 지식 자원의 체계적인 관리가 조직 내 업무 효율성 및 성과를 높임을 인식하게 되었으며, 지식관리에 많은 투자를 하고 있다. 하지만, 지속성 관점에서 지식관리 체계가 확립되기 위해서는 조직원의 능동적인 지식공유 참여 활동이 요구된다. 본 연구는 개인이 지식을 소유하고자 하는 관점인 지식축적을 적용하고, 조직 환경, 개인 특성, 업무 특성을 반영하여 지식축적 원인에 대한 메커니즘을 설명하고자 한다. 연구는 지식관리 정책 또는 시스템을 구축한 기업에 다니는 근로자를 대상으로 설문하였으며, 확보한 381건의 표본을 AMOS 22.0과 Process 3.1 매크로에 반영하여 가설을 검정하였다. 결과는 지식공유에 대한 분배 불공정성이 지식공유와 관련된 관계 갈등을 유발하여, 개인의 지식축적을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 인센티브 민감성이 분배 불공정성과 상호작용 효과를 일으켜 지식축적을 높였으며, 업무 상호작용성이 분배 불공정성 및 관계 갈등과 상호작용 효과를 일으켜 지식축적을 감소시켰다. 본 연구의 결과는 조직 내부의 지식축적을 억제하기 위한 조직의 지식관리 전략의 수립에 기여 한다.

A Framework of Building Knowledge Representation for Sustainability Rating in BIM

  • Recently, sustainable building design, a growing field within architectural design, has been emerged in the construction industry as the practice of designing, constructing, and operating facilities in such a manner that their environmental impact, which has become a great concern of construction professionals, can be minimized. A number of different green rating systems have been developed to help assess that a building project is designed and built using strategies intended to minimize or eliminate its impact on the environment. In the United States, the widely accepted national standards for sustainable building design are known as the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Green Building Rating System. The assessment of sustainability using the LEED green rating system is a challenging and time-consuming work due to its complicated process. In effect, the LEED green rating system awards points for satisfying specified green building criteria into five major categories: sustainable sites, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, materials and resources, and indoor environmental quality; and sustainability of a project is rated by accumulating scores (100 points maximum) from these five major categories. The sustainability rating process could be accelerated and facilitated by using computer technology such as BIM (Building Information Modeling), an innovative new approach to building design, engineering, and construction management that has been widely used in the construction industry. BIM is defined as a model-based technology linked with a database of project information, which can be accessed, manipulated, and retrieved for construction estimating, scheduling, project management, as well as sustainability rating. This paper will present a framework representing the building knowledge contained in the LEED green building criteria. The proposed building knowledge framework will be implemented into a BIM platform (e.g. Autodesk Revit Architecture) in which sustainability rating of a building design can be automatically performed. The development of the automated sustainability rating system and the results of its implementation will be discussed.
