건설현장에서 수집되는 사진은 그 중요성에도 불구하고 효과적인 관리체계 미흡으로 촬영자의 의도나 사진의 의미를 파악하기 힘든 경우가 많았으며, 이로 인하여 거대한 디지털 이미지 파일 pool이 형성되어 있음에도 불구하고 그 안에 숨어있는 수많은 정보와 지식을 제대로 도출하기 어렵고 재활용도가 떨어지는 한계를 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 수집된 현장 사진들로부터 현장 프로세스에 대한 기술, 지식, 교훈 등의 context를 추출하기 위한 정보체계 구축을 위해 육하원칙, 즉 누가(who), 언제(when), 어디서(where), 무엇을(what), 왜(why), 어떻게(how)라는 원칙에서 일련의 사진들이 가지는 여러 가지 상황정보를 추출하고 이 정보들을 이용하여 효과적으로 정보를 관리하고 재활용할 수 있는 속성을 도출하고 정보 모델을 개발하는 것이다. 이 논문에서는 속성도출 및 정보모델 개발 과정과 이를 기반으로 개발된 사진정보관리 시스템에 관하여 논하고 있다.

Knowledge-based Service Industry is an industry that creates added value through the production, processing, and use of knowledge. Comparing to other service industries, it is innovation-oriented business endeavors having the characteristics that exert the great influences on other fields. Meanwhile, however, research efforts thereof are yet insignificant. In this study, we analyzed the innovation performance of architectural design office which creates knowledge services, having raised the necessity of innovation of the design office. The innovation performance were classified according to the extent of efficiency of the architectural design office making use of DEA-Tier analysis, and, for those architectural design offices that showed significant differences in efficiency, we presented the case studies of the firms that were substantial benchmarking targets from short, medium, and long-term perspectives.

REA 모델은 EA 모델의 구성요소인 측면을 역할측면, 연산측면, A-PART-OF 측면, IS-A 측면, 속송측면 등의 5개 측면으로 분류한 모델이다. EATPS 는 사용자 인터페이스모듈, 지식생성 모듈, 인스턴스 관리 모듈, 스키마 구조관리 모듈, 무걸성검사 모듈등의 5개 모듈로 구성된 지능적 지식표현 시스템의 REA 모델에 의해 대화식 (interactive) 으로 생성하고 관리한다. 본눈문에서는 EATPS 의 구성과 기능, 지식 정의언어인 EAKDL 의 구조및 대화식 형성, 지식생성 모듈의 구성과 기넝, 클래스 생성 모듈의 기능과 알고리즘, 그리고 상속추론메카니즘을 도입한 생성모듈의 기능 및 알고리즘을 제시하였다.

This study attempts to verify effects of CEO' supports, compensation and educational training and those of individual annual salaries and company's sales on promotion of knowledge management expected to contribute to enhancing construction industry's competitiveness, from the perspective of person-organization fit. For the analysis, a total of 368 effective questionnaires were used to conduct independent sample t-test, regression analysis and hierarchical moderated regression analysis. The findings show that individual annual salaries have a positive relationship with company's performance and company's sales also have positive relationships with both knowledge management activities and company performance, and CEO's supports, compensation and educational training are important factors that can improve knowledge management activities. In addition, the principle that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer is also operated in construction industry, as in other industries. Therefore, members in a company should conduct optimal strategies to enhance the knowledge management activities through selection and concentration, while governmental agencies require the establishment of IT system for it and supports for related cost and consulting of it.

CM services have continued to grow since the establishment of CM policies in 1997. Recently, strategies for overseas CM services have widely been discussed, because the CM services have expected synergy with planning, engineering, procurement and construction. However, there has been lack of quantitative and comprehensive research to investigate CM trends and prospects. In this sense, the purpose of this research is to statistically analyze total of 2,983 CM service contracts over the past 16 years (between 1997 and 2013) published in KISCON (Knowledge Information System of Construction Industry) in order to examine current status and future direction of CM industry.

Since CM policies established in 1996, contracts of CM services are continuously increasing over the past years. As constant improvement of positive awareness about public/private owners and CM capabilities of domestic construction companies, a number of efforts were being made to acquire competitiveness of domestic and overseas CM market. However, there has been lack of quantitative and comprehensive research to investigate CM firms. The purpose of this research is to statistically analyze total of 2,983 CM service contracts over the past 16 years published in KISCON (Knowledge Information System of Construction Industry) in order to examine CM owner type.

It is a problems in industrial accidents that the knowledge for industrial accidents is obtained by experience, not by experiment. This experiential knowledge is obtained by Investigating accident cases and utilizing those for safety education. Therefore, in this paper, the situation about the serious accident of construction is analyzed by occupation, a kind of construction, time group, season, type of accident, and accidental cause. And the mutual · relations of these factors are studied. The most frequent type of the serious accidents of construction Is the falling accident. It happenes most frequently at apartment construction among kinds of construction and to structural worker, finishing worker, normal worker in order among occupations. And it is found that the most critical causes of the falling accident are the imperfection of safety facilities and unwearing of protection equipments, so a number of accidents can be reduced by the expansion of safety facilities and wearing of protection equipments absolutely. The counterplan of prohibition of accidents and the direction of government policy are presented by a series of nalyses for accident cases.

Gas & Oil plant construction projects are increasing recently all over oil-producing countries. An EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) company, which participates in the plant projects, should possess pertinent engineering licenses and EPC management skills to create high added-value. Nonetheless, there exist various risks involved in the EPC life cycle process due to such characteristics of construction projects as long duration of construction time and complicated processes along with the procured goods or services subjected to various logistics. The objective of this paper is to analyze the overall EPC life cycle for proper process and to examine various information and document. Additionally, the principal data for the analysis of the EPC process are derived from personal interviews with experts and specialty contractors of the plant projects. The results of this study would be widely used as a guide for efficient and effective management of overseas gas plant projects.

건설생산성의 혁신적 향상을 지향하는 린건설(Lean Construction) 구현을 위해 가장 시급히 개선되어야 할 사항은 건설생산 프로세스의 개선과 건설정보의 신뢰성 향상으로 정의될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설생산 프로세스 중 설계/시공단계에서의 개선사항을 설계관리, 자재조달관리, 공정관리 측면에서 도출하고, 각 단계에서 도출된 개선사항을 웹기반 정보시스템으로 실현하여 건설산업 종사자들에게 필요한 정보와 지식을 제공하고자 웹 기반 분산형 건설정보 시스템을 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위해 건설생산 프로세스 각 단계에서의 주요 문제점을 파악하여 개선모델 및 요소기술을 제시하고, 모델의 구현을 위한 시스템 프로토타입을 개발하였다. 설계/자재조달/공정 관리지원 시스템은 웹 기반의 지식관리 시스템을 중심으로의 통합을 추진할 예정이다.

컴퓨터를 활용한 지식과 정보 처리를 위해 온톨로지를 구축하고 활용하기 위한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 현재까지의 온톨로지 개발 방법 및 온톨로지 구축 도구는 온톨로지 개발 목적에 따라 제한적인 부분에서 연구되어 사용되고 있다. 그러므로 개발하려는 온톨로지 특성에 따른 적절한 온톨로지 구축 프로세스와 도구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 특정 분야의 비전문가가 언어 자원으로부터 지식을 개념화하고, 개념을 형식화하여 온톨로지를 구축할 수 있는 온톨로지 구축 프로세스(OntoProcess)를 제안한다. 그리고 다수의 온톨로지 구축자가 동시에 온톨로지 구축 작업을 행할 경우 i)지식의 개념화 과정에서 동일한 개념을 중복 정의하거나 ii)개념의 형식화 과정에서 형식언어와 포구사용법의 이해 부족으로 인해 온톨로지 구축 능률이 저하되는 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해 메타 온톨로지를 이용한 다중 온톨로지 구축 프로세스(OntoProcess)를 제안한다. 제안한 프로세스에 기반한 온톨로지 구축 시스템 (OntoProcess)을 개발하고, 실제 온톨로지 구축 실험을 통하여 제안한 프로세스와 시스템의 효율성을 확인한다. 그리고 온톨로지 구축 과정에서 발견된 문제점 및 이에 대한 해결 방안을 제시한다.
