Objectives and methods : This research aims to study about Gimunchimbeop(奇門鍼法) from original text of ${\ulcorner}$Singyeol(神訣) and Bosingyeol(保身訣)${\lrcorner}$. I could know is contents about Gimunchim-beop(奇門鍼法) through result that interprets original text of ${\ulcorner}$Singyeol(神訣) and Bosingyeol(保身訣)${\lrcorner}$ with Hyeonto(懇吐) and analyzes, and Gimunchimbeop(奇門鍼法)'s contents are as following. Results and Conrlusions : ${\ulcorner}$Singyeol(神訣) and Bosingyeol(保身訣)${\lrcorner}$ is seen uses Honggukpoyeol-beop(洪局布列法)'s Saenggipalgwae(生氣八卦) among Gimunpogukbeop(奇門鐵法), and Yearngukpoyeol-beop(姻局布列法) that do Sigapoguk(時家布局) by putting first. It Introduced method that depends to Saenggipalgwae(生氣八卦) in Sigapoguk(時家布局)'s occasion and selects, and doctors depend to Bideungpalbeop(飛謄八法)'s Palmaekpalhyeolbaegugungpal-gwaedo(八販八穴配九嘗八卦圖) deciding Bongwae(本卦) via a day to look at patient and selects Juhyeol(主穴), Assign Saenggipalgwae(生氣八卦) laying stress on Bongwae(本卦) and makes Bojohyeol(補助穴) equivalent to Saenggi(生氣), good luck(福德) and Cheoneui(天宜). but, this need study more should use distinguishing how because was not proved. Wonpando(圓板圖) and Babdo(方圖) from Eumyangdun(陰賜遁)'s from 1 Guk(局) to 9 Guk(局) are thing for Yeamgukpoyeolbeop(姻局布列法). But it is few references about there decides Hyeolwi(穴位) that use even if arrange actually. Through ${\ulcorner}$Singyeol(神訣) and Bosingyeol(保身訣)${\lrcorner}$, I could know truth that took advantage of strange news to acupuncture methods(鐵法) but specific practical use method does not remain. Need to establish body of theory in reply in hereafter therefore and prove the effect through presence at a sickbed practical use.

Last deportation area was Maritime Province of Central Asia. The studied village is situated about 130km west in Vladivostok. Central Asia has a lot of unfavorable conditions than other area and there is cold area. Such climate is hard to do agriculture. Therefore, koryo people's life was very hard. In this study, investigated koryo people's life who overcome bad climate and develops new agriculture. Also, whether koryo people keep farm village how, and make the village by some method. Study finding following contents could know. Need specific to make village for fixing that is Koryo people's of Russia Maritime Province. Also, need governmental active support and support for village le ader's systematic upbringing and agriculture activation. Need agropolitics and various agricultures, stockb reeding educational programs construction.

Bi-2223 HTS tapes are used widely for application of superconducting power systems. However there are need the properties of high strength and low AC loss. Two kinds of Bi-2223 HTS tapes with different Ag sheath were used to know the effect of sheath alloying for the strength and the resistivity. The workability and reaction degree of superconducting phase at Bi-2223 HTS tapes were investigated. We designed conventional type-Ag/alloy and double sheathed mono filament type-Ag/alloy/alloy in order to increase the strength and resistivity of matrix in Bi-2223 HTS tapes. The effect of axial strain and thermal cycling on the critical current was investigated for the Bi-2223 HTS tapes. Because the workability of double sheath Bi-2223 HTS tape was lower than one sheath Bi-2223 HTS tape, it was need additional softening treatment. Bi-2223 formation reaction was decreased by Ag alloy matrix during sintering process. Two kinds of Bi-2223/Ag tapes with different Ag sheath were used to know the effect of sheath alloying for the tensile strain. Critical current is drastically decreased for Ag/alloy and Ag/alloy/alloy sheathed tapes at tensile strain above 0.24 % and 0.34 %, respectively. This result showed that mechanical strength was increased over than 40 % by introduce double sheath at mono filament stage.

The purpose of study to know hand function in order to prevent disability or handicap. The ability to perform precise refined movements of hand is an important human function. Improvement in object manipulation is common goal of therapist. The ability to manipulate an object in the hand is need for many functional tasks, including writing, handling coins, small objects and ADL skills. Therapists have commonly used hand grip and pinch strengths as baseline measures to evaluate hand function. The patterns of grasps are precision grasp, power grasp, hook grasp, spherical grasp, sylindrical grasp, disc grasp, pinch, three point pinch and tip pinch. And the motion of in-manipulation are finger to palm translation, palm to finger, shift, simple rotation and complex rotation. The hand function are include to evaluate of ROM, sensation, muscle strength of hand. It used to evaluate of decision of effect and suppose of disability and acceptance of vocation. Good evaluation is need to pretreatment and baseline of treatment and help to evaluate of effect on treatment.

This research is carried to understand school meal system problems and to present a means of settling. To carry this problem, I analysised the elementary school's meal service system in cheju island and presented a means of settling, As we know the situation in cheju island a meal service by their school is regard the one of the best way in the school-meal-service will be possible when central government and local government with related school meal service cooperate one another and prepare financial working principle. Especially, to mange effective a meal service in the school is need to activate the committee essentially, We can conference main articles about a meal service with an administrative organ through the committee. We will be able to expect financial support to need to management and development from committee.

Urban transit administers need to introduce the intelligent system to know the situations in the urban transit service area automatically. It is one of the important elements to detect of intrusion in operation room or electric rooms, etc. In this paper, we describe the definition for detection of intrusion in urban transit area, and propose the context-awareness model detect of intrusion. We expect that the definition is helpful to extract the elements that are need to construct the intrusion detecting system. The proposed model that is based on an image analysis model and a rule-based model is also helpful to design intelligent surveillance model.

In spite of widely deploying information broadcasting services based on Internet, there are some limitations to use them due to the bound of Internet protocol. In this paper, a new Internet broadcasting technology for access network is proposed by employing IP address translation function in base station. There are some advantages such as; no need to allocate IP address to receiver, no need to know web site address, and reduction of traffic for server and network. Especially, this technology is very proper to wireless Internet local information broadcasting.

This study deals with needs assessment for home exercise of 233 arthritis patients, who visited 2 university hospitals in Seoul from May 27. to June. 15. 1996. Data was collected through the interview with them. As a result, we came to the following points. 1. Seventy five percent of all interviewees expressed strong will to home exercise, if they know how to do. 2. With no partners for life. the needs for home exercise were higher than those who have (P=0.016). 3. Christians(87.1%) and Catholics(86.4%) had more the need for home exercise those who have Buddhist(70.9%) and atheist (60%) (P=0.002). 4. In the direct ratio to level of education. the need for home exercise was high (P=0.027). 5. In the inverse ratio to age. the need for home exercise was high(t=6.20. P=0.0000). 6. Patients with arthritis for relatively short period of time had more than those who had long period of the disease need for home exercise(t=3.36, P=0.0013). 7. Those who have long distance from hospital had more needs for home exercise than those who line in short distance (t=3.15 P=0.002) 8. When average cost of hospital visit for each time is much. then need for home exercise was high(t=4.20, P=0.0001).

The field of this study is in Islamic jurisprudence. Taking the preferred saying is contrary to the original, and takes it if necessity or need arises. There are reasons for adopting the preferred saying that were mentioned in this research so that the mufti and jurist know when to take the preferred saying, and when to act with the most correct saying. The origin is the work of the jurist and mufti by saying the most correct. If the necessity or the need that prompted the mufti to take the preferred saying ceases, then he returns to work with the most correct saying, and gives it precedence over the most preferred opinion. The researcher recommends that this topic be given more attention from researchers, and that it is taken care of in jurisprudential developments; So that the embarrassment of the nation is lifted, and the jurists clarify the legal ruling on emerging issues.
