집단지성에 대한 신뢰가 실용적 특성 UCC웹사이트의 지속사용에 미치는 영향

  • 최근 들어 WWW(World WideWeb) 환경은 데이터의 소유자나 독점자 없이 누구나 손쉽게 데이터를 생산하고 인터넷에서 공유할 수 있도록 한 사용자 참여 중심의 인터넷 환경인 Web 2.0 시대를 맞이하고 있다.Web 2.0 관련 기술이 발달함에 따라 UCC(User Created Contents) 웹사이트의 사용자 수는 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 여럿의 중지를 모아 만들어지는 집단지성의 중요성이 부각되고 있고, UCC 웹사이트는 고품질의 집단지성을 제공하려고 다양한 서비스 및 상품의 개발을 하고 있다. 또한, UCC 웹사이트들은 자신들이 제공하는 집단지성을 사용자들이 채택하도록 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 본 연구는 대표적인 UCC 웹사이트인 위키피디아(www.wikipedia.org), 네이버 지식인 (kin.naver.com), 윙버스 (www.wingbus.com) 를 비롯한 실용적 특성 UCC 웹사이트를 대상으로 집단지성에 대한 신뢰가 실용적 특성 UCC 웹사이트의 지속사용에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 구조방정식 모형을 개발하여 실증분석을 한 결과 집단지성에 대한 신뢰가 사용자 만족을 통해 지속사용에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되다.

Computing Post-translation Modification using FTMS

  • Post translational modifications (PTMs) discovery is an important problem in proteomic. In the past, people discover PTMs by Tandem Mass Spectrometer based on ‘bottom-up’ strategy. However, such strategy suffers from the problem of failing to discover all PTMs. Recently, due to the improvement in proteomic technology, Taylor et al. proposed a database software to discover PTMs with ‘topdown’ strategy by FTMS, which avoids the disadvantages of ‘bottom-up’ approach. However, their proposed algorithm runs in exponential time, requires a database of proteins, and needs prior knowledge about PTM sites. In this paper, a new algorithm is proposed which can work without a protein database and can identify modifications in polynomial time. Besides, no prior knowledge about PTM sites is needed.

  • The postbuckling behavior and progressive damage of composite laminated cylindrical shell under uniform external pressure were investigated by nonlinear finite element method programming. For the finite element analysis, nine-node 3-D degenerated elements were utilized, and arc-length method including line search was adopted for the iteration and load-increment along postbuckling equilibrium path. As results. buckling load, postbucking behavior, and progressive failure f3r various composite laminated cylindrical shells were discussed.

  • The impacts of EV charging demands on power system such as increased peak demands may be developed by means of modeling a stochastic distribution of charging and a demand dispatch calculation. Optimization processes are proposed to determine optimal demand distribution portions so that charging costs and demands can be managed optimally. There are two optimization methods which have different effects on the outcome. These focus either on the Electric vehicle customer side (cost optimization) or the System Operator side (Load-weighted optimization).

  • In this paper, LED traffic signal lamp's operating circuit using Flyback converter and PFC IC has been presented. Most power conversion circuits use PFC IC for Power Factor Correction. The design parameter's value of Flyback converter has been proposed and the error amplifier which regulates the output voltage has been designed Besides, the under voltage protection circuit and the over voltage protection circuit for protecting the operating circuit kin unbalance of common electric power source and the temperature compensation circuit for fixed optical output power have been proposed.

  • It is well recently recognized that quench is one of the serious problems for the integrity of superconducting magnets, which is mainly attribute to the rapid temperature rising in the magnet due to some extrinsic factors such as conductor motion, crack initiation etc. In order to apply acoustic emission(AE) technique effectively to monitor and diagnose superconducting magnets, it is essential to identify the sources of acoustic emission. In this paper, an acoustic emission technique has been used to monitor and diagnose quenching phenomenon in racetrack shaped superconducting magnets at cryogenic environment of 4.2K. For these purposes special attention was paid to detect AE signals associated with the quench of superconducting magnets. The characteristics of AE parameters have been analyzed by correlating with quench number, winding tension of superconducting coil and charge rate by transport current.

Effects of Ionizing Radiation on Plants and the Radiological Protection of the Environment

  • Differences between the principles for the radiological protection of man and the environment are compared. The derived levels of exposure for man and biota recommended by the international agencies with dose rates for chronic radiation producing effects at different levels of biological organization were given in terms of the biological effects. Cytogenetic effects on plants after an exposure to ionizing radiation at low doses alone and in combination with other factors are discussed. A wide range of experimental data were analysed and the general conclusions were extracted to cover the topics such as non-linearity of dose response, synergistic and antagonistic effects of the combined exposure of different factors, radiation-induced genomic instability, and the phenomena of radioadaptation.

  • XML형식으로 표현된 RDF data를 VRML을 사용하여 시각적으로 나타내는 방법을 연구하였다. 현재 Web 환경은 동적으로 문서를 생성하고 Visual하게 표현하는 방향으로 발전하고 있으며 이러한 환경에서 XML은 실시간으로 data를 생성하기 쉬워 많이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 XML은 text 기반이기 때문에 data를 가시화하여 사용자한테 보여주기 힘들며 data를 표현하는데 너무 많은 융통성을 제공하고 있다는 단점이 있다. 이에 XML 표현에 제약을 둬 표준적인 방식으로 표현하도록 해주는 RDF가 유용하다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 VRML을 RDF와 결합하여 실시간으로 변하는 data를 시각화 도구를 사용하여 표현하는 방법에 대해 연구를 하였다 이를 위하여 Java Servlet을 사용하였으며 RDF 문서에서 data를 추출하여 VRML 펀드를 만들고. 그 코드를 사용자측에 전달하여 시각적으로 data를 볼 수 있도록 하는 시스템을 구현하였다.

  • 양방향방송서비스는 디지털 기술의 발달에 힘입어 통신망의 양방향성과 방송망의 광대역성이 융합도리 수 있는 환경에서 나타난 새로운 서비스들을 통칭하는 개념으로 이해할 수 있다. 따라서 양방향방송서비스란 시청자와 텔레비전 프로그램이 상호작용을 할 수 있다는 것을 의미하며, 여기서 상호작용이란 시청자가 무엇을 시청할 것인가와 언제 시청할 것인가를 통제할 수 있는 것이다. Enhanced TV는 양방향 디지털 방송을 실현하기 위한 첫 번째 단계로서 사용자가 TV를 통해 단순히 방송국에서 일방적으로 보내오는 정보를 받아들이는 것이 아니라 사용자가 원하는 정보를 선택하여 원하면 즉석에서 랜덤하게 볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 Enhanced TV를 구현하기 위하여 셋탑박스에 탑재되어 방송국에서 보내온 애플리케이션을 실행하기 위한 Enhanced TV Receiver를 구현하였다.

Motion of rigid unsymmetric bodies and coefficient of friction by earthquake excitations

  • Motions of an unsymmetric rigid body on a rigid floor subjected to earthquake excitations with special attention to coefficient of friction are investigated. Motions of a body in a plane are classified (Ishiyama 1980) into six types, i.e. (1) rest, (2) slide, (3) rotation, (4) slide rotation, (5) translation jump, (6) rotation jump. Based upon the theoretical and experimental research work special attention is paid to the sliding of a body. The equations of motions and the behavior of coefficient of friction in the time of floor excitation are studied. One of the features of this investigation is the introduction and estimation of the "time dependent" coefficient of friction. It has been established that the constant kinetic coefficient of friction $${\mu}(kin){\sim_\sim}0.8{\mu}(stat)$$ does not give the appropriate results. The method for the estimation of the friction coefficient variation during the time is given.
