The purpose of this study is to find the research trends relating to flipped learning through keyword network analysis. For investigating this topic, final 100 papers (removed due to overlap in all 205 papers) were selected as subjects from the result of research databases such as RISS, DBPIA, and KISS. After keyword extraction, coding, and data cleaning, we made a 2-mode network with final 202 keywords. In order to find out the research trends, frequency analysis, social network structural property analysis based on co-keyword network modeling, and social network centrality analysis were used. Followings were the results of the research: (a) Achievement, writing, blended learning, teaching and learning model, learner centered education, cooperative leaning, and learning motivation, and self-regulated learning were found to be the most common keywords except flipped learning. (b) Density was .088, and geodesic distance was 3.150 based on keyword network type 2. (c) Teaching and learning model, blended learning, and satisfaction were centrally located and closed related to other keywords. Satisfaction, teaching and learning model blended learning, motivation, writing, communication, and achievement were playing an intermediary role among other keywords.

In this study we analyze research trends on machine learning healthcare based on papers from the United States, the United Kingdom, and Korea. In Elsevier's Scopus, we collected 3425 papers related to machine learning healthcare published from 2018 to 2022. Keyword frequency and centrality analysis were conducted using the abstracts of the collected papers. We identified keywords with high frequency of appearance by calculating keyword frequency and found central research keywords through the centrality analysis by country. Through the analysis results, research related to machine learning, deep learning, healthcare, and the covid virus was conducted as the most central and highly mediating research in each country. As the implication, studies related to electronic health information-based treatment, natural language processing, and privacy in Korea have lower degree centrality and betweenness centrality than those of the United States and the United Kingdom. Thus, various convergence research applied with machine learning is needed for these fields.

In a language, noun and keyword extraction is a key element in information processing. When it comes to processing Korean language information, however, there are still a lot of problems with noun and keyword extraction. This paper proposes an effective noun extraction method that considers noun emergence features. The proposed method can be effectively used in areas like information retrieval where large volumes of documents and data need to be processed in a fast manner. In this paper, a category-based keyword construction method is also presented that uses an unsupervised learning technique to ensure high volumes of queries are automatically classified. Our experimental results show that the proposed method outperformed both the supervised learning-based X2 method known to excel in keyword extraction and the DF method, in terms o classification precision.
The purpose of this study is to explore professors' perception of blended learning. For this purpose, the reflective journals written by 56 university professors was analyzed using the keyword network analysis method. The results of this study are as follows: First, as a result of keyword frequency analysis for the blended learning, the keywords showed the highest frequency in the order of (1) 'instructional design', 'student', 'instructional method', 'learning objective' in the area of learning, (2) 'importance', 'instruction', 'feeling', 'student' in the area of feeling, and (3) 'semester', 'plan', 'weekly', and 'instruction' in the area of action plan. Second, the results of analyzing the degree, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality of network connection are as follows. (1) The keywords 'instruction', 'instructional method', 'instructional design', and 'learning objective' in the area of learning, (2) the keywords 'instruction', 'importance', and 'necessity' in the area of feeling, and (3) 'instruction', 'plan', and 'semester' in the area of action plan showed high values in degree, closeness centrality, and betweenness centrality. Based on the research results, implications for blended learning and professors' perception were discussed.
This study is to seek access to a way of learning of the discipline of mathematics education, one of several knowledge is required to pre-service mathematics teachers. First, by selecting the key topics and researchers in mathematics education learning materials were produced by the relevant classification information by keyword. This applies to pre-service teachers in the curriculum, and looked to clarify the theoretically connectivity among the researchers and concepts and principles of the discipline of mathematics education. And as a result, investigate whether there is any effect to the pre-service teacher education.
Given the growing volume of biomedical papers, the ability to efficiently extract keywords has become crucial for accessing and responding to important information in the literature. In this study, we conduct a comprehensive evaluation of different unsupervised learning-based models and BERT-based models for keyword extraction in the biomedical field. Our experimental findings reveal that the BioBERT model, trained on biomedical-specific data, achieves the highest performance. This study offers precise and dependable insights to guide forthcoming research in biomedical keyword extraction. By establishing a well-suited experimental framework and conducting thorough comparisons and analyses of diverse models, we have furnished essential information. Furthermore, we anticipate extending our contributions to other domains by providing comparative experiments and practical guidelines for effective keyword extraction.

Herein, we propose a document analysis system that analyzes papers or reports transformed into XML(Extensible Markup Language) format. It reads the document specified by the user, extracts keywords from the document, and compares the frequency of keywords to extract the top-three keywords. It maintains the order of the paragraphs containing the keywords and removes duplicated paragraphs. The frequency of the top-three keywords in the extracted paragraphs is re-verified, and the paragraphs are partitioned into 10 sections. Subsequently, the importance of the relevant areas is calculated and compared. By notifying the user of areas with the highest frequency and areas with higher importance than the average frequency, the user can read only the main content without reading all the contents. In addition, the number of paragraphs extracted through the deep learning model and the number of paragraphs in a section of high importance are predicted.

Recent advances in artificial intelligence have allowed for easier sentiment analysis (e.g. positive or negative forecast) of documents such as a finance reports. In this paper, we investigate a method to apply text mining techniques to extract in the financial report using deep learning, and propose an accounting model for the effects of sentiment values in financial information. For sentiment analysis with keyword detection in the financial report, we suggest the input layer with extracted keywords, hidden layers by learned weights, and the output layer in terms of sentiment scores. Our approaches can help more effective strategy for potential investors as a professional guideline using sentiment values.
The mobile visual search service uses a query image to acquire linkage information through pre-constructed DB search. From the standpoint of this purpose, it would be more useful if you could perform a search on a web-based keyword search system instead of a pre-built DB search. In this paper, we propose a representative query extraction algorithm to be used as a keyword on a web-based search system. To do this, we use image classification labels generated by the CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) algorithm based on Deep Learning, which has a remarkable performance in image recognition. In the query extraction algorithm, dictionary meaningful words are extracted using Wikipedia, and hierarchical categories are constructed using WordNet. The performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated by measuring the system response time.
The use of text data in big data analytics has been increased. So, much research on methods for text data analysis has been performed. In this paper, we study Bayesian learning based on conjugate prior for analyzing keyword data extracted from text big data. Bayesian statistics provides learning process for updating parameters when new data is added to existing data. This is an efficient process in big data environment, because a large amount of data is created and added over time in big data platform. In order to show the performance and applicability of proposed method, we carry out a case study by analyzing the keyword data from real patent document data.
