  • In this paper, we introduce a secure and minimal protocol for authenticated key distribution over the CDMA mobile communication network. The CDMA mobile communication network has been developed the security protocol that provides a means for user authentication and subsequent protection of user traffic. However, this model has no security assumptions for the intermediate, fixed networks. To avoiding these drawbacks, we introduce a minimal authenticated key distribution protocol. This protocol provides the security of the intermediate and fixed network in mobile environment, and maintains the confidentiality of user identification and the minimum size of information flow compared with the existing protocols.

  • Implementing Severe Accident Management (SAM) strategies is crucial for enhancing a nuclear power plant's resilience and safety against severe accidents conditions represented in the analysis of Station Blackout (SBO) event. Among these critical approaches, the In-Vessel Retention (IVR) through External Reactor Vessel Cooling (IVR-ERVC) strategy plays a key role in preventing vessel failure. This work is designed to evaluate the efficacy of the IVR strategy for a high-power density reactor APR1400. The APR1400's plant is represented and simulated under steady-state and transient conditions for a station blackout (SBO) accident scenario using the computer code, ASYST. The APR1400's thermal-hydraulic response is analyzed to assess its performance as it progresses toward a severe accident scenario during an extended SBO. The effectiveness of emergency operating procedures (EOPs) and severe accident management guidelines (SAMGs) are systematically examined to assess their ability to mitigate the accident. A group of associated key phenomena selected based on Phenomenon Identification and Ranking Tables (PIRT) and uncertain parameters are identified accordingly and then propagated within DAKOTA Uncertainty Quantification (UQ) framework until a statistically representative sample is obtained and hence determine the uncertainty bands of key system parameters. The Systems Engineering methodology is applied to direct the progression of work, ensuring systematic and efficient execution.

  • The frequency window method has been extended to include strong coupling and multiple connections between the primary structure and the secondary structures. The rational polynomial expansion of the eigenvalue problem and the analytical methods for its solution are novel and distinguish this work from other eigenvalue analysis methods. The key results are the identification of parameters which quantify the resonance and coupling characteristics; the derivation of analytical dosed-form expressions describing the fundamental modal properties of the frequency windows; and the development of an iterative procedure which yields accurate convergent results for strongly-coupled primary-secondary structures.

  • The notion of technological adoption such as Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) has been examined in various domains such as supply chain management, inventory management and health care. However, there are several unanswered questions surrounding how this technology is adopted in disaster management. This study attempts to explore the potential of RFID in disaster management. The notion of Task-Technology Fit (TTF) is deemed suitable for this purpose and thus used as the theoretical framework that is further validated by employing multiple case studies. The empirical findings indicate that there are six key factors influencing the decision to adopt RFID in disaster management. Some relate to aspects of RFID when it is put into practice, namely cost, compatibility, standardisation, implementation and locatability; while the other key factor relates to privacy and security aspect of information. It is hoped that the findings of this research will inform disaster management organizations to better plan the adoption of RFID for their operations.

  • Electronic commerce and application service is to universal on the internet, and a large quantity information transmitted on the network, It's needs procedure to access only permit objects for the integrity of information. In order to provide regional services is authentication for control resource and client identification. In particular, public key system is to implement in distributed environment, it is able to insurance users convenience and integrity at the same time. In this paper designed mechanism of cross certification between realms in PKI based on X.509 associated with DNS (Domain Name System) that is presented.

  • Novactaea pulchella was reared in the laboratory, from hatching to the megalopal stage at $25^{\circ}C$. The larval stage of it consists of two zoeal and one megalopal stages. The first zoea of the present study differs from that described by Terada (1990) in the setal presence of the carapace, the maxilla and the maxilliped, and the lateral process on the abdominal somite. It is reported for the first time that brachyuran zoeas belonging to a species share two types of lateral processes on the abdominal somites. They are either on the abdominal somites 2 and 3 or on abdominal somites 2 to 5. A provisional key is provided to aid the identification of the actaeine zoeas in Korea and the adjacent waters.

  • The genus Hypocrea, a member of the Hypocreales, has yellow to pale yellow-ochre, perithecial stromata and angular to cuboid ascospores. The isolate of Hypocrea microrufa collected on decayed tropical wood at Malaysia is compared with H. rufa and H. microsplendens. This isolation of H. microrufa will be the first record from tropical region and the first description with scanning electron microscopy. The ornamentation of ascospores used one of main taxonomic keys for identification.

  • This paper presents a method to extract flutter derivatives of bridge decks based on a combination of the computational fluid dynamics (CFD), system simulations and system identifications. The incompressible solver adopts an Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian (ALE) formulation with the finite volume discretization in space. The imposed sectional motion in heaving or pitching relies on exponential time series as input, with aerodynamic forces time histories acting on the section evaluated as output. System identifications are carried out to fit coefficients of the inputs and outputs of ARMA models, as to establish discrete-time aerodynamic models. System simulations of the established models are then performed as to obtain the lift and moment exerting on the sections to a sinusoidal displacement. It follows that flutter derivatives are identified. The present approaches are applied to a hexagon thin plate and a real bridge deck. The results are compared to the Theodorsen closed-form solution and those from wind tunnel tests. Satisfactory agreements are observed.

  • Seven species of the genus $Melanaphis$ van der Goot are recognized in Korea, including $M.$ $sorini$ Halbert and Remaudi$\grave{e}$re new to Korea. Morphometric analysis is performed based on 27 major characteristics to determine the morphometric correlation between species and to suggest useful diagnostic characters in this species complex. We provide the identification key based on the results of the morphometric analysis.
